I have been going here for over 20 years, both in their new spacious location in addition to their older smaller location back in the day...and I have NEVER had a bad slice, a bad pie, a bad hot sub or bad appetizers...just got them earlier tonight in fact for Halloween horror movie viewing and it was yet another yummy home run...BBQ chicken gourmet pizza and boneless BBQ wings. Always glad to be a customer🍕

Again, one of my favorite places. Its pizza makes a difference. We ate delicious, wonderful pizzas. We ordered bufalo chicken and eggplant bella pizzada and loved them. The place is very clean. The service is very good and they are very polite. By far the best pizzeria in Capital region.

So. GOOD! (Doordashed) Fried dough bites Garlic knots Medium boneless wings Margarita pizza & slice of white broccoli pizza So delish! The wings could of used a little more "crispy" but honestly not a deal breaker for us at all. Lots of chicken, not over breaded, good medium-buffalo flavor, plenty of sauce. Garlic knots were really good, bottoms were a little overdone but overall taste really good, very good marinara sauce with it. Both pizzas VERY good, crust was perfect, plenty of great flavor throughout both. Fried dough bites good taste, sweet, dough felt a Little tough for traditional fried dough but over all, very good! Good fair prices, plenty of options, and was done honestly pretty quick! Would 100% go to again!!! Yum yum!

They have good deals on food. Reasonable price comparing to others. I’ve been eating here since 2015, stopped for a while. And just started getting their pizza again, totally glad I did again. Wings are so good. So so so so good. Pizza is a little doughy, I think if the crust was a little thinner it would go well with their pizza Sauce and cheese. But it’s still tastey.

While visiting the area I looked to see what food options I had while staying at a local hotel. This place had good reviews and tasty sounding options so gave it a try. 20 dollars later I can say it was decent at best. My wings order ended up being nothing more then saucy nuggets from Wendy's. They were drenched in sauce in foil and nothing more then generic nuggets. My fries were a mess as they were what jammed into foil and the steam essentials made it one giant fry mess. My pizza slice was cold so I had to ask them to reheat it before I left and they didn't even give me my drink from my order. Thankfully while waiting for my pizza slice I realized it wasn't in the sealed bag they gave me for my food. The pizza was okay but nothing I would drive any distance for. I had passed many places on the way to get this food and definitely would recommend you either eat it fresh there - skip take out or look to purchase elsewhere.

This is the last time I order! My Grinder is sloppy and soggy. The previous time my family ordered there was something wrong with the chicken salad and within 10 minutes they were SICK threw up half the calzone and the bit of the salad they ate. And when they asked for credit these people tried to give $6. I had previously LOVED the tuna salad it's great but I was the only one sitting in there and they didn't check on me left me I waited patiently for 30 minutes while their cashier boy gave pick up orders to people that walked in and three guys stood around the computer talking.

Every time I've ordered, I've had to wait because they've been "busy." Today they messed up part of my order, told me it would be 10 more minutes (we're going on 15), and no apology or discount.

I wish I could leave a zero star for the service I received tonight. I placed an order at 8:42 and was told the food will arrive in 45 to 50 mins. My food didn’t arrive until after 10pm and my kids kept asking when will the food be arriving. The food was cold, so cold that you could see more sauce than cheese. The manager was very dismissive and unapologetic. I sent the food back and demanded a refund. I called back to insure that I will be receiving my refund, they hung up on me twice and I had to call from my daughter phone. I WOULD NEVER ORDER from Bella’s again and I wouldn’t eat if it was free. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

It was New Year’s and I was having a holiday party New Year’s party at my job. I ordered one cheese and one pepperoni. The girl went and picked them up and both of them was cheese. I called back told him they made a mistake. The man at the register told me oh it’s just pepperoni, sir. It’s just my money and I need what I ordered. talking about all they can do is give me a 10% discount that’s fine but I was gonna write this review because I eat there all the time. I enjoy your food, but you’re not gonna play me on a holiday on New Year’s Day and then gonna say always just pepperoni well I was having a whole pizza party at my job. Thanks so much.

The second half of my pizza was delivered 20 minutes after the first half was delivered. One thing I don't like is someone being sloppy with my food. If you don't have enough delivery drivers, maybe don't use just your own and allow other grubhub drivers to deliver the food so it's not an hour late.
