I ate well, the cassœla brianzola, ribs, verzini rinds, with taragna polenta, delicious. I also tried the roast pork 👍 mixed cold cuts and cheeses, house wine... good! Generous portions and honest prices. We've been going there for a while now and I must say it never disappoints.

Lunch at Trattoria Morena wasn't bad; the pasta was perhaps a little too al dente for my taste, while I found the main course very good. We've been customers for years, and we decide to have a family lunch on Sunday noon. Extremely slow service, the first courses were served cold at 2:00 PM. We're told they added us at the last minute (?????). We notice water leaking from the bathroom and report the problem to the bar. The "waiter" accuses us of causing the damage and tells us he's just swearing (!!!!!!!) Unbelievable!! They deserve a lawsuit!!! We're content to write that no one apologized. Adios...

Sunday lunch with family. We were seated at 12:30 and served at 1:15 with appetizers, which had already been agreed upon when we booked with a set menu. We had an equally long wait for the main course, which had also been previously agreed upon, and it arrived cold. Rude and unprofessional staff. Toward the end of lunch, already annoyed by the long wait and the mediocre quality of the food, water began to leak from the bathroom adjacent to the dining room (in the basement), flooding the room. We made sure to notify the staff, who rudely blamed us, oblivious to the fact that the dining room was shared with approximately 20 other people. As we were leaving, a "waiter" insulted a fellow diner at our table with rude and offensive words (... even to her mother). I hope the owners take action against these staff, who appear unsuitable for their roles. We would have expected an apology both for the insults and for the TERRIBLE treatment. It would be better to continue cooking set lunch menus, not dinners or lunches that people consider important for an occasion, whether important or not.

😠 Review: A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT and an unacceptable decline (Lunch) 👎 ​I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, and I've always enthusiastically recommended it. Unfortunately, I must sadly note that the situation has deteriorated significantly, reaching an unacceptable level. What was supposed to be a pleasant lunch turned out to be a terrible experience in every way. ​❄️ Cold Food and Nonexistent Quality ​The most disappointing aspect was the quality of the food, especially considering it was a pre-ordered menu. My dishes arrived completely cold, a clear sign that they had been ready for a long time and had been left waiting. The meat was barely warm, barely edible. It's unacceptable to serve dishes in these conditions, especially when the number of people and orders are known in advance. 🐌 Extremely Slow Service (Despite Pre-Ordering) ​The service was excruciatingly slow, even though we already had the agreed-upon menu. We waited far too long for appetizers, main courses, and even the bill. Even though the place wasn't packed, there seemed to be complete disorganization in the dining room. The wait times completely ruined the atmosphere of the meal. ​😡 Rude and Unfriendly Waiters ​To make matters worse, the wait staff was rude and completely unprofessional. Despite our polite comments about the cold food and the wait, we were treated condescendingly and even rudely. We felt like we were being inconvenienced. A smile or an apology never came. ​In conclusion: It's sad to see a once-recognizable restaurant fall so far. The decline in quality is evident, and the service is unacceptable. Given the terrible experience, the cold food, and the rudeness I received, I won't be returning. I hope the management takes serious action because in this state you don't deserve the customers you've lost. Rating: ⭐ (1 Star)
