Good pizza, I always order light sauce as im not a big sauce fan. Its awesome how they work with the school kids and give away pizzas coupons for hitting reading goals. Our kids enjoy it and it rewards there hard work!
Albion marks is great. But I just wanted to address the newest comment regarding the driver tips. Driver tips made via credit card 100% goes to the driver, just goes into there paychecks. 🙂 I just wanted to clarify the review with the truth. Have a great one 🙂
Marks has been my favorite for more than 15 years I love there pizza and the customer service is fantastic only downfall is no tables to sit at usually people eat in there cats but get ready for mouthwatering food
My partner and I decided to give Mark’s a go after numerous failed attempts at another local pizza place. Mark’s is fast, consistent, and I have had zero issues ordering via website or phone. The price point is slightly higher than average, but I’m willing to pay to avoid the “other” place. We’ve tried a huge variety of options, and the only critique I can have is that the food could use some excess oil blotting (sorry guys)—but you don’t exactly order a pizza for weight watching. The bomber subs are killer and I highly recommend the garlic parm wings!

Just got my bone in wings and low n behold they're fried hard and a couple had a blow out...Ordered 2 doz boneless mild. Ended up with 1 doz boneless and had to be medium sauce. But good thing the 2nd doz of boneless wasn't on the receipt. The Marinara for the cheesy bread does not taste right.

Marks is always my to go to when we are hungry and need pizza FAST! Though there is a female employee who I get regularly who isn't very friendly and doesn't show interest or patience over the phone and makes me feel like I don't want to order again from this Albion Marks pizza. On the other hand when I get the employees that are sweet and want to serve you, it makes me reconsider and because of those excellent employees is why we keep ordering. Congrats on your wonderful staff but I ask that you check the others who demonstrate the contrary.
It isn't the best pizza place in town. That easily belongs to Uncle Sal's. I find the pizza sauce to be a bit too sweet for my taste. The prices are often ridiculous and don't really support the quality of food delivered. I've had a few times when delivery has been late in good weather. The food is okay but nothing too special. This isn't the place for you if you haven't got much money and want a quick meal.

Hispanic delivery boy pulling out as I pulled in tonight tried to block me from entering by pulling over my direction, then proceeding to tell at me to go around the block. I motioned for him to go ahead and pull out, but he wouldn't move, still demanding I go around the block to the other entrance. Because I was already so far in with traffic behind me, I ended up pulling over the curb and grass to get in. I mentioned something to the manager, who defended the punk. As a local business owner myself, I would have been appalled at the disrespect from the delivery kid if he was my employee. In complete disgust. Anyways, food is good, prices are getting expensive, delivery area is shrinking, and they don't always add the coupon even when you ask.

Use to love Mark's. But the last few times not good. More grease than food. Had pieces of boneless chicken harder than a rock.

Horrible customer service. I never leave Google reviews, however I’m extremely disappointed in this location. Normally we have ordered from Mark’s whenever we get pizza and wings. The past two weeks have been nothing but bad experience. Last week we ordered pizza and wings. The wings were overcooked, my wife called and they sent a new batch which, the gesture was great and they were a little better. Today we had the same issue. When I got home from work, the wings were burnt again (keep in mind we ask them to be medium and saucy, not crispy or extra crispy). This time I called to try and see if there was anyway to resolve the issue. The women that answered the phone was polite enough to ask what the issue was and asked me to hold while she grabbed her manager. The manager then got on the phone to ask how he could help me, as I’m explaining what went wrong. He kept interrupting me asking how he can help me. He specifically then asked “were the wings burnt?” I said yes that is what I’m trying to explain to you. He then said he would send over another order but it will be a while as he’s short of drivers which is totally understandable. He did not bother to ask or confirm my address or order. Must have pulled up my number which is odd because my wife is the one who placed the order while I was at work. When we got the new batch it seemed to be loaded with vinegar and again burnt. Probably as a response to another complaint which they didn’t appreciate. I’m a manager myself. Do better. Your service during my last 2 purchases have been horrible and we’ll be taking our business elsewhere, I’ll be letting my friends and family know as well not to buy from Albion marks. Good luck. I hope you find better management for your business.
Mark's used to be the best place in Albion to order pizza and wings. Not anymore! Wings come missing sauce, chicken fingers are lukewarm, subs are messy and the meat takes like its been sitting out. If you want to pay an insane amount for shitty food, pick Marks
We have always order from Mark's, not bad pizza. But tonight i learned that when you call a order in for delivery they always ask you if you want to leave a tip for the driver. We have always tipped. Found out tonight that tip DOES NOT go to the driver. Not only am I pissed that driver isn't getting the tip, but feel like I have been lied to. I urge everyone not to order from Mark's. Not only do they screw their drivers out of a tip, but they lied to you about it.
Used to think this place was great. But as they say 1 bad apple spoils the bunch. Placed a $60 order online and called immediately with a very simple request, put the meat for the ham sub on the side. We've always ordered the sub like this because she likes to make it herself. Tonight a "manager" named Curt or Kirk decided to get an attitude, a condescending tone, and tell me we don't do that no one here does that. He offered to let me speak to the owner who told me, "it's Friday night, we're just trying to make food, and we're busy." I reiterated the simple request of putting the ham on the side was all i wanted. He repeated his earlier statement. So I told him now he's less busy, cancel my entire order. I have been a Marks Pizzeria customer, back when it was just a single location in Palmyra. I will never order again. Everybody has a bad day, but for a manager (should not be) and then a location owner to act in that manner toward a very simple on the side request from a customer is remarkable.
Asked to get my sliced warmed up and get my food thrown at me , terrible customer service. I'm not sure if your that cashiers boss but your are a loserrrrrr
Order our food and had a coupon for large pizza and 20 wings plus fried dough and pasta Alfredo. When I called I gave them the coupon code and the rest of the order. We got our food and we were only given 10 wings. I called back and the girl said we were only charged for 10 wings. And was pretty rude on the phone with me she kept cutting me off. She kept trying to charge me for the other 10 wings. I already paid for the wing with the price of the coupon. I'm not happy with the Albion store at all. I go in there alot to get slices when I work because it is easy to eat while working. We as a family get orders from there a lot.
Deliver to the wrong address, when I put in the new address and where it was to be delivered to, if no one was there and they know the phone number why not call. but the OWNER wants to give me attitude because I called asking where my food was…
Used to love to order salads from here. Used to be big with a hardy helping. Now they are much smaller with a larger price tag. I ordered 2 salads within the last week and both times the container I received wasn’t even halfway full with salad. And they only give you 1 garlic knot. I thought about complaining but I’m the type of person that believes complaining only leads to spit in your food next time. Last night I ordered a salad from Marks in Hamlin. The container was bursting from the seams with salad and you get 2 garlic knots for the same price! Sorry, I’ll be ordering my salad from Hamlin from now on and picking it up on the way to work. Albion Marks is nothing more than a bunch of crooks.
Needed food for 20 to 25 guest for my wedding rehearsal dinner, called the day before to get pricing, called back later the night before to place said order for 5pm the very next day and was told order was already placed (which I had not done on previous call). With it being on a Friday and feeling uneasy about the previous days phone calls I called again for a 3rd time to confirm the very large order/deliver time (was ensured everything was all set for 5pm sharp) got the full staffs 1st names so I could tip each individual bc I know how hard food services workers work for little pay. 5pm comes and goes and no show, no call, and when I call them they place me on hold 3 times. I'm furious and tell them forget it bc they couldn't find my order. I proceed about my life and 2 hrs later as we are all sitting and eating at a restaurant my wife gets a call on her phone which was never used to call these numb nuts (so idk how they got her #) and it's the driver wanting to know why we arent answering the door for our deliver, at this point most of our wedding party is starring at the cellphone on speaker phone in complete disbelief, we couldn't help but laugh at this point. Ruined the whole rehearsal dinner but made our night!

Absolutely horrible sub. Requested to lightly toast sub and meat and cheese but try to keep roll soft as apposed to the recent burnt toast we've received. Roll was not toasted at all with cheese. Meat was also cold. Bacon was only thing heated. Ordered and paid for double american cheese and you cant see any cheese on it at all. Manager answered oh its melted in the bacon. I also asked for cut in fourths which did not happen and it was told i was wrong about that because the manager seen the sub made. Ughhhhh. What is specs for double cheese? I wish I could a post a picture of this mess since the manager is convinced im wrong. This will be my last ordernat this site. if you want more description for the order fox the box for description or comments online. it also would allow for 5 word descriptions so I put special request in delivery box.
