Casa Emeterio restaurant is located in Tres Cantos, very hidden away. It's one of those surprises you stumble across unexpectedly. For starters, we ordered cod-stuffed peppers with a very smooth sauce that leaves your palate wanting more; they're delicious. One of the best I've tried so far. Main course: Segovia-style lamb, very juicy, and for dessert, cava sorbet. The entire meal was a success from start to finish. They even gave us free shots. Highly recommended.

In the heart of Tres Cantos, Casa Emeterio Restaurant is much more than just a place to eat: it's an experience that pays homage to Castilian cuisine with an authenticity that's hard to find these days. Since 1990, this family-run establishment has kept tradition alive, combining time-honored flavors with an attention to detail evident in every dish and every gesture. One of the highlights of their menu is undoubtedly the roasted Churra goat, suckling pig, and select grilled meats. Here, fire is not just a cooking method, but an art form. The carefully selected red meats are expertly prepared over embers that enhance their natural flavor without masking it. The result is a succulent texture, an enveloping aroma, and that perfect level of doneness that can only be achieved when there's passion behind the stove. Whether it's a ribeye steak from mature beef, a perfectly cooked T-bone, or a sirloin steak, every bite is a celebration of the product and the expertise. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding. One of the best in Tres Cantos and the surrounding area. A place to visit and return to, without a doubt. The suckling pig is absolutely recommended. You don't need to travel to Segovia to enjoy it properly.

Llegamos antes de tiempo y nos facilitaron la mesa sin problema. Nos pusieron unas patatas tipo bravas con una salsa no picante. Buenas. Se agradece un picoteo antes de traer la comida para ir abriendo boca. Pedimos de entrantes los torreznos que estaban muy buenos y crujientes, y las setas que estaban fuera de carta, para mi gusto sin más. Algo insípidas. Para comer pedimos un cuarto de cordero para compartir entre dos, bastante rico, le faltaba un puntito sal y salió algo templado, hubiera agradecido que estuviera más caliente. También pidieron cochinillo, que pude probar y estaba muy bueno también. Otras dos amigas tomaron solomillo y por lo que nos dijeron estaba exquisito. Para terminar pedimos dos tartas de queso, estaban muy cremosas como si fueran una mousse. Estaban buenas pero no de las mejores que he probado. Para beber pedimos vino, cerveza, coca-cola... Salimos por 37,80 por persona. Personal amable y atento. Ambiente bueno.

Me habían hablado demasiado bien de Casa Emeterio, por lo que tenía grandes expectativas que cayeron finalmente. Cocina castellana, especializada en asados. El chuletón estaba espectacular, pero el cordero flojeó. Los peces, mejor en el mar. Los platos “modernos”, mejor en otro sitio. Las innovaciones no son lo suyo. Zapatero a tus zapatos, y a dedicarse a asar con maestría como bien lo hacen.

I was there on Saturday, January 18th, eating with my family. The food was quite good overall. The suckling pig, sweetbreads, and pork rinds are particularly noteworthy for dessert. The cottage cheese with honey and the yogurt ice cream are delicious. The service was very good. We were served quickly and the tables were very well set. The suckling pig was served by Raúl and was splendid. As an appetizer, they served us the patitas bravas (bravas piglets), which were delicious. The sweetbreads were good, but they had lots of vegetables and relatively few sweetbreads. The good thing about this place, at least on the day I ate, is that there were no double seatings. We ate slowly and quietly. I can tell you that since there were quite a few people, the noise got a bit loud, but overall, it was very good. I recommend it for barbecues. Reservations are essential.

A good place in Tres Cantos for a family meal. Traditional dishes and good service. The only thing that didn't quite make sense to me was that they served us with roasted potatoes with the sirloin steak and the pig's trotters; we weren't expecting the latter to be breaded either. The oxtail was fine, but with more roasted potatoes... if we had known, we would have ordered something else; we were a little disappointed 🙁. The starters, however, were well-prepared and tasty. Overall, I thought the prices were a bit high considering the quality of the dishes we ordered. The restaurant is nice, but we probably didn't order the right dishes... we'll try again another day and see if we have better luck 🤞🏻

Comemos menú del día y de segundo pedimos hamburguesa.. pues nos ponen la carne sola con un beacom por encima sin pan, ni quetchup, ni mahonesa , ni nada.. si al menos te avisan pides alguna carne, no una hamburguesa ( encima la carne cruda. ) enfin. Ya que pedimos hamburguesa lo mínimo es que venga con el pan .. ( la primera y ultima vez que lo veo porque ni de coña vuelvo a comer aquí )

We went for lunch on the recommendation of some friends. Upon arrival, we were served quickly and were served patatas bravas with our drinks. The food overall was quite good: the grilled vegetables were perfectly cooked, and the pork rinds were exquisite. As for the main courses, we ordered roast suckling pig, sirloin, and cod à la Vizcaína. The disappointment began with the main courses. They served all the main courses together except for the suckling pig. The latter arrived much later. So much so that everyone else had practically finished their plates by the time it arrived (and this was a pre-ordered dish, which normally was almost the first to be served). Nevertheless, the food was good, although one of the sirloins had a lot of sinew (for a meat that should be much more tender). The desserts were good, but at coffee time, the waitress seemed to be in a hurry, practically putting on a sour face when serving us. All in all, the food was a good experience, but the service left a lot to be desired (almost making the food a secondary issue). We'll see if there's a second time.
