Muy bueno para comer, pero la paella no tenia sal nem sabor

Hemos pedido unas croquetas de pollo de entrantes, después pescado del día y paella mixta. Todo suuuuper rico, los camareros muy amables y todo fue por menos de 25€ por persona incluído bebidas, muy recomendable ;)

Comimos en una terraza interior (muy bonita y con techo retráctil de lona) por recomendación del dueño, un día con viento y fue un acierto total. La comida estaba muy buena y tanto el ambiente como el servicio fueron inmejorables. La comida hecha al momento y rapidez en el servicio, además en día de mercado por lo que había bastante gente.

Excelente atención y riquísima la comida ! Le pondría 20 estrellas. La atención de 10 y llegó todo muy rápido. La comida muy sabrosa ! Tiene opciones vegetarianas y veganas.

What a gem of a place! Delicious food served creatively. (We had the veggie burger with homemade roll and homemade fries, and salmon with zucchini. We tried the zucchini tapas plate with a yoghurt dipping sauce and loved that too.) It’s inspiring to eat well-prepared creative food. We want to try to replicate some of this fine food when we go back home to America. Thank you, Cristal Restaurant for our best meal out in Mallorca.

Visited this FANTASTIC Tapas Bar during an explore of Alcúdia Old Town. Wow!! What a lucky find! Excellent Tapas - great value for money and the staff were wonderful! Go! You won’t regret it!! Best croquettes I’ve had in Mallorca so far!

they had offering for a vegan or vegetarian tapas plate for $19 !! i love that they had these options, since most places only do seafood and meat tapas. nice outdoor seating in old town alcudia, there is also a mini garden/ patio inside the service was a bit pushy to pay with cash, but i didn’t have euros; so they ultimately let me pay with my credit card

Fantastic food. Those prawns were bathing in butter. Melt in the mouth steak and incredible Paella. One of the best meals we've had. Great service and GF options available. Well worth a visit 👍

I think what striked me the most, is how amazingly friendly the staff and owner are. It’s really noteworthy. To be truthful: the food was definitely ok. It’s not very high-end and it’s not cheap. But it’s to be expected in a touristic town such as Acudia. The amazing service is why you should visit Cristal during your stroll through the old town. With jokes, helpful tips and a very present and relaxed attitude, Cristal is the essence of hospitality. They prefer cash payments, so visit the atm a few meters up the road before your visit, if you can!

The food is prepared with fresh ingredients in an open, very clean kitchen. This alone is a testament to the high quality. Absolutely good here. Service super friendly. Food was delicious, we had the Paella de pescado, aoli bread and croquette de vegetables. Ambiente sitting there in the small streets of alcudia is perfect and very romantic. Picture is just an empty example of how the streets look there.

We had such a fantastic meal at Cristal. We had been after some tapas since we landed in alcudia and this was absolutely one of our top picks! The staff were absolutely lovely, really making you feel welcome and really friendly. A varied menu with loads of great choices, including lots of vegan and vegetarian options! Recommend the crispy chickpeas 🙌🏼 a must visit for tapas in Alcúdia!

We had a great dinner here! The staff went out of their way to make room for our family to sit inside. They also have a beautiful garden area however it was too cold when we went. The tapas were excellent, the sauce on the patatas bravas was to die for! The burger was good. But my highlight was the calamari. They were THE BEST and most tender calamaris I had in my life! So so good!!! Staff very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this place!

The tapas were good, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. The staff were really friendly, and the owner made us feel very welcome. I regret not trying the cheesecake – it looked amazing, and the table next to us finished every last bit.

What a great experience! „Cristal“ is easy to find in the old town of Alcùdia, right in a beautiful little alley near the big plaza. Inside you can find a stylish and cozy interior with an roofless inside terrace. We sat outside and the waiter (the tall, brunette one) was super friendly, professional but still casual and authentic and helped us with any questions with knowledge about the food. We ordered tapas and sangria and everything was delightful! Jamon serrano in a high quality, grilled and salted piementos de padron, fresh and spicy Albondigas, beautiful warm and buttery garlicbread, as always olives and ajioli. The Shrimps in garlic and oil were smaller ones but lots of them and the cooking level was spot on. Good menu with lots of options with high quality products and beautiful plating with quite big portions, accommodating service, pretty surrounding and ambience. Also a fair price for this experience and quality! We enjoyed this as our last meal on Mallorca before our flight back home and want to thank you for this beautiful and absolutely delicious dinner in Alcùdia! This is one of my favourite memories of this vacation. Lots of love from Germany - I will definitely come back!

Best Tapas in Alcudia. We, a family of 5 booked for dinner and had the pleasure of trying almost all the dishes on the Tapas menu. We ordered Garlic Bread and Paella. Bread 5/5 but the Paella was average. For the high prices I would expect more. But it was still okay. The waiter was super super kind and nice. Another waiter said we could not pay with card, which was strange. But somehow we managed it then, thanks! If the Paella and price would be a bit lower, this restaurant would deserve fully 5 stars!

Not more than average, way better places to eat. Aperol spritz is watery, garlic prawns just swim in oil without garlic taste, paells without much taste.

I chose this restaurant because of high google score, but was actually disappointed. The vegetarian tapas wasn't grilled at all - they were raw. Paella 🥘 seafood was also very mediocre. The place is really nice. The crew is rather chaotic. The prices are quite high, but normal for this city center.

Horrible. NO RECOMENDABLE!! Mala comida, mal servicio, mal precio, todo mal. La comida tiene una calidad pésima, terminas de comer y hueles a aceite refrito. Los platos excesivamente caros para la cantidad y calidad del producto. Los camareros a lo suyo, había que levantarse para que dejasen de hablar entre ellos y te trajesen las comandas. Para rematar no se puede pagar con tarjeta porque el datáfono no tiene cobertura (el resto de comercios y restaurantes sí tenían).

El peor sitio en el que he comido hasta el momento en Mallorca. Vinimos por las buenas valoraciones, pero la comida deja que desear. La tortilla de patata era recalentada, el pulpo estaba blandísimo y como un chicle. Toda la comida frita estaba pasadísima, seca y con sabor a aceite de freír rancio. Lo único bueno fue la tabla de quesos…

Nos llevamos una historia para contar, pedimos paella y estaba picante a rabiar 😂 Se nota que Alcudia está lleno de extranjeros, porque acabamos allí siguiendo las reviews de Google y vaya sorpresa.
