Food was prepared as we waited. That is y they get 5 stars. Fast food doesnt mean not fresh. The cashier was a kind lady. She asked if we needed any thing, doubled checked once again. Soda was bubbly. Sandwich was great. Its just as good as ever. 😁

Friendly service, and although we were given the wrong food, the counter fellow brought us new in short order and made certain we were happy with our correct replacements before returning to his post. Very clean here. Food was good, but took longer than expected for fast food. Not complaining since it was good, just saying to set expectations. It was expensive though. $20 for regular size chicken sandwich combo.

The food is what you should already expect. The atmosphere is OK. Small dining room compared to there Carl's Jr I've been to. Cold inside. They have a few heaters inside but barely made a difference.

Can be slow at times (but not always). In general, fast food quality can always vary dramatically from location to location (regardless of the chain). But, the manager here (an older, short woman I've seen a few times) consistently makes sure the food is prepared very well. When I come to this location, I know I won't be playing the traditional fast-food-roulette with a chance to get a sloppy, inedible mess. So, kudos to her and the staff for consistently making the best out of fast food.

The manager Gabriel was working the register when I visited this location for the first time. He was very friendly and made recommendations. He hand delivered the food to my table! The food was fresh and not greasy, restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean and fully stocked, plenty of parking in the back, and the whole experience was very pleasant.

It's Carl's Jr. people. Three stars is as high as I can go for fast food.

Tried the Beyond Ultimate non-beef burger. It was well dressed with lots of lettuce, tomato and melted cheese. But the Patty was unfortunately not worth calling home about. If I had not added pickled peppers from Green Burrito, there was little taste in an $8 sandwich.

The food was not good, it was the lowest quality food I've ever gotten from a Carl's Junior.

Food was not that great... Burgers need to be juicier and a bit more sauce... Could only try the beyond burger 🍔... But at least this was an option for me unlike burger King in El Camino Real... Which advertises the impossible burger 🍔 but did not have it in stock with the lame excuse that its still being trialed in some outlets. Yet the TV ads and in store is plastered with the ads... Any ways Carl's Jr needs to make larger juicier beyond burger patties then they'll really rock... Food ain't that cheap either considering what you get

Expensive, the food was meh. Gristle on the 10$ chicken sandwich which really sucked. The carpet smells. But the staff is nice. Way overpriced

I got the santa fe chicken was terrible hard and dry. Bought lunch for my co worker he got some burger we both got frys and med drinks $23.49 Last time Carl will see me.

Got the new chicken sandwich. Sandwich had gristle and the chicken had an unpleasant rubbery texture. Way overpriced too! 2 to 3 times the price of KFC and Popeye's chicken sandwich.

The customer service was great. The woman was sweet, friendly and helpful. However, she technically did get my order wrong. Not one, but two mistakes. So, I had to go back, walk-in and correct it (paid extra). This was the worst Carl's Jr. burger I've ever had. The meat was burnt (not extremely but black enough to notice the excessive char). The fries tasted re-fried (lazy trick instead of cooking fresh ones). The lettuce was yellow and white and barely enough (left-overs). The tomatoes were faded red (probably left out from no customers). They don't take QR codes from the official Carl's Jr. app and this store will not show up on store locator. Overall, I have eaten at Carl's Jr. for nearly 20 years — this is the first really bad burger. I've had bland burgers at Carl's, but this takes the number one spot. The last thing is, this store does look like as if it's closed-down. Inside is empty, outside has a parking lot filled with old leaves. I woudn't come back.

I need to remember to stop trusting Carl's Jr. I went here thinking, "hey, I haven't been to Carl's in a while, and I'm feeling like trying whatever they have". I know Carl's is the most expensive drive-thru in the world, and I felt like splurging. What did I get for my whopping, choking $12.40? A half filled box of fries, soda with ice after I said "no ice" (it's how I always order a drink), no straw, and a burger that looked so sad I thought it was a simple "Hamburger". The burger actually tasted decent, but absolutely not $12.40 decent. I remember the good ole days when the "six dollar burger" was a play on "look at what you get for $3.50". Now it's like, they stopped calling it that, because for $6, you get what you could get for $3.50 at Burger King.

Fast food is fast food, so I knew I couldn't expect quality. I expected fast food. It took a while. Places get busy I get it but I got the wrong order and then when they fixed my order , it had taken longer than the first time. My meal was late twice so you'd expect a good burger. The patty luke warm, suspiciously cold, ingredients shoved in condiment s were randomly.squirted. I noticed at work so I ate and.forgot about it. Woke up the next morning sick. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because someone at least tried. Then they either got frustrated and half assed it( which got me sick), or was embarrassed served it as quick as possible
