Héctor Alonso

A very pleasant and spacious Italian restaurant (with two floors). The menu offers a wide variety of dishes: salads, pasta, pizzas… even meat and fish. So there's something for everyone. They also have a variety of desserts. I recommend the Diabola pizza (which isn't very spicy) and the Titamisu. The meal is accompanied by live piano music.

Awesome meal and a great staff

Fuimos 11 a comer un domingo y nos gustó mucho. Muy buen precio y la comida muy rica. El risotto con marisco, el de setas, la lasaña, las pizzas y el arroz con leche estaba muy ricos. Los tallarines del menú picaban y no lo advirtieron en la carta. Tenían opciones sin gluten, todas las pizzas y pastas se podían adaptar. El sitio es muy bonito y tenían música de piano en directo, y nos atendieron muy bien. Volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en Burgos.

Buen restaurante, el día que estuvimos tenían música en vivo. Me gustó la atención y la cocina. He vuelto después de bastante tiempo y me ha vuelto a gustar mucho. Buen menú y muy buena atención, como siempre. Aparcamos en la avenida de la paz que en domingo es gratuito, y está cerca del centro y parte antigua. Miramos el Google Maps algún sitio cercano para comer y fuimos a éste. Comimos muy bien. Tiene dos comedores amplios. Ese día había una pianista amenizando el local. Me gustó que pudieras elegir tanto el tipo de pasta como la salsa para acompañarla. Había poca opción de postres, creo que eso debería mejorar. El servicio perfecto. Sólo pedimos un carpaccio para compartir, un segundo de pasta y postre.

Local agradable y bonito. Comida muy Rica y buena cantidad. Personal atento. Hay menú del día y carta. En el menú siempre hay opción vegetariana. Entre semana el precio día festivo 20€. La Carta no tiene precios desorbitados. Situado cerca de la plaza España y a cinco minutos del casco histórico. Tiene terraza exterior.

Nice Italian restaurant.

Bonito restaurante, ambiente y decoración romana, con piano en directo. Comida bien sin más, bien las pizzas y ensaladas, risotto tenía principalmente champiñón de lata. El servicio en nuestra mesa en planta alta fue muy lento. Éramos 11 y tardaron 1 hora en sacarnos el primer plato a todos, la bebida ya fue más de media hora. Faltaba mucha actitud en nuestra camarera. En la planta baja el servicio parecía bastante mejor

We've been a few times, but this last time we left very disappointed. The pizzas have shrunk considerably, they're now very expensive for what they are, and they've never been great quality. And the worst part was the service. They seated us at a table in a corner upstairs, and we're convinced they forgot about us. We had to call the waiters over for everything: to take our order, they took more than half an hour to bring the food and didn't bring it until we asked, they didn't clear our dirty plates before the second course, and on top of that, there was a lot of disorganization. A different waiter came each time, two different people went to get the bread, they looked at us but in the end, none of them came... Very slow and disorganized service.

La cosa empezó regular y fue cuesta abajo. Pedimos el menú y, sorpresa: de las tres opciones, no quedaban ni el primer plato ni el postre que quería. Un menú con opciones… pero sin opciones. Lo que llegó a la mesa estuvo correcto, sin más: ni para tirar cohetes ni para acordarse al día siguiente. El servicio tampoco puso mucho arte, más bien parecía que todo daba un poco igual. En resumen, una cena sin salero y con poca organización. No fue un desastre, pero salimos con la sensación de “pues ya estaría”. No creo que volvamos.

A rather disappointing group dinner. The food was just okay: nothing special, nothing exciting, nothing worth returning for. Everything tasted "average," which shouldn't be a compliment in a restaurant. The service didn't improve things either: dishes were served up to 10 minutes apart, making it impossible to eat together. It felt like a lack of enthusiasm and zero coordination. Furthermore, the restaurant was cold, which didn't help the experience at all. It's not a complete disaster, but it doesn't meet the minimum expectations for enjoying a dinner with friends. Two stars, and that's it.

We are in a large group and unfortunately did not have a great experience. The food was good but the service was not. We were given bread without asking and asked to pay for it. We could not get tap water. We were a group of 15 and we could not have the bill split. We had cake as a birthday dinner and were told we would be charged 1 euro each if we wanted a plate from the kitchen. Unfortunately overall not a great experience.

"I left here with a feeling of helplessness and hunger that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Feeling ripped off is an understatement to describe this experience. Charging €35 for this menu should be a crime. The absurdity, course by course: 1. First course: They called it 'Risotto,' but it was boiled white rice, mushy and completely BLAND. It had not a trace of salt, flavor, or any zest. An inedible mass that I had to leave. 2. Second course: I ordered pork knuckle expecting something substantial, and they brought me a ridiculously small sample. It was a tiny knuckle, like a toy, all bone and fat, with hardly any meat. Three bites and it was gone. 3. Dessert: The final insult. A piece of dry, mass-produced Panettone, clearly from a cheap supermarket box. Zero preparation; they just put it there as if they were doing you a favor. I paid a fortune only to leave the restaurant and go straight to find a sandwich somewhere else because I was starving. The quality is terrible, and the portions are... It's an insult. Take my advice: don't go in, not even by mistake. It's throwing money away.

Christmas dinner, €35. The first course was a terrible risotto, awful in taste and a very small portion. The second course was baked cod, a small fillet that was salty on one side and tasteless on the other; the thicker part was raw and the thinner part overcooked. For dessert, we had panettone, a pathetic mass-produced sponge cake that didn't resemble a real panettone at all. The food was a disgrace; nothing homemade about it. The waiters were friendly, but there were long waits between courses. In short, the quality of the food was terrible, and you feel ripped off when you finish.

I recently dined at villa trajano restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The pizza and pasta were below expectations in terms of taste and quality. I hope the restaurant considers improving these aspects to enhance the overall dining experience.
