Believe every 5 star review and just go. Everything that came out was better than the last and by the end it was impossible to choose a favorite because everything was 10/10. Worth the money, worth the wait. Would go back to Algeciras just to eat here again.

We recently had lunch at a this relaxed tapas restaurant with a group of eight ladies, and it was a fantastic experience. Each of us chose different dishes, and every single one was delicious, showcasing exceptional quality and a wonderful variety. The staff were lovely and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. Drink prices so reasonable as well. We’ll definitely be returning and can highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great tapas!

I’ve been to Casa Pepe twice. We made the journey especially from Tarifa. The food, decor & atmosphere is fantastic. The best tapas restaurant I’ve ever been to. I took my son again recently, but we couldn’t get a table or even a seat at the bar, so get there early & be prepared to wait while. It’s worth it.

Delicious food and nice service. Was expecting less fried food but the Merluza with spinach was perfect. Come for opening time because we tried to come the night before and was already full by the time we got there :)

Amazing tapas, friendly service, and very welcoming to the non-Spanish speaking crowd (aka us - though we can get by, it’s definitely not conversational Spanish). We had mostly daily specials, so I won’t list them here since they may or may not be available, but the Raviolis de langostinos (Shrimp Ravioli) from the regular menu was amazing!

Great tapas place, there is a regular menu and daily specials tapas. We tried many different ones and liked all of them. The service is friendly and fast as well. The place is normally very busy, so I would recommend to come as early as possible after opening time to get a table and avoid waiting in a queue. 2021 Dec UPDATE: The bar moved to the different place, but very close to previous one. The interior is much more modern now, the food is very similar like before. Still can recommend to visit!

Place was recommended and opened at 2030. We arrived 10 minutes early and the queue was huge. Staff were fast in alloating tables and tapas were high quality and cheap. Recommended but be prepated to wait!

Fab little find, tucked away in the "real Spanish area" not on the tourist strip! We're not sure what we actually ordered (apart from the Steak) but we were presented with 5 traditional Tapas (which were great) then our Steak was served just cooked with a separate hot skillet to continue cooking to our preference - great Idea! Would definitely recommend (& next time maybe learn better Spanish so we know what we're ordering lol) Enjoy!!

The restaurant is not in the city center but in a quite neighborhood, so you may need a car or something to get there. I inside there are around 10-11 tables but many waiters so your order will be picked up fast as the food. I have ordered the tapas, their specialty (beef covered by cheese with bbq sauce), patatas bravat, chickens wings and chicken croquet - everything was very good.

Lovely place with great food. It was full with locals on a Tuesday night which j alway feel is good. Whilst no English speaking staff it was not a problem - very friendly with good atmosphere. You could buy small tapas plates or same for single large meal, we went for the tapas 6 dishes all very tasty and with a couple of beers €25 so great value for money. We would highly recommend if ever here.

Forgive English language, please. But, i had fried artichoke hearts (gorgeous & galiccy), morcilla with onion chutney, and aubergine fried with honey & goats cheese. All were genuinely fantastic. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were in Algeciras for a night to catch a ferry to Morocco and needed a spot for dinner. Great find. Amazing staff who were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to translate the specials into English for us to understand, and we were glad they did. The food was amazing, and prices were very reasonable. We had four plates of tapas and two glasses of wine each for €20.

A must go to restaurant if you are in the area. We were a family of 10 people ranging from 3-83 years old. Ordered around 16 tapas plates which fulfilled us. Something to please everyone there. Total bill including drinks was €51. Friendly staff but didn’t speak English however they were willing to let us try in our bad Spanish. I wrote our order down on my phone from the number of each tapas and quantity to make the order process easier.

Es un bar que siempre hay gente tienen distintos tipos de cervezas, vinos, cócteles y refrescos a escoger. Suelen poner los partidos de fútbol al tener varias teles suelen poner varios a la vez cosa quienes muy bueno sobre todo a finales partidos de temporada. Tiene 2 mesas de billar un poco caros a 2€ la partida pero bueno se sobrevive. Disponen también de unos dardos. Buen sitio para tomarte unas copas. Suelen poner buena música actual. Plantilla muy amable y servicial.

It’s always a good sign if many locals are visiting a restaurant. That being said, be at the restaurant a couple of minutes before it opens. The food is good, the ambience is modern and bright and the staff is friendly and take good care of the guests. They serve delicious tapas.

Es un lugar muy central. Y los precios un poco elevados. Podrían agregar una carta buena de tapas y poner más detalle en la atención al cliente. No está mal. Podría ser mucho mejor

Los cócteles son horribles, son pura agua, no un pedacito de piña 🍍, no se diferencian cual es cual en fin, la decepción..

No acepta perros fuera de su terraza, las mesas están en la acera (vía pública) y tampoco te puedes sentar allí con tu perro. los camareros correctos y comprensibles.

Bar solo para extranjeros , carta cara , creyéndose que soy un extranjero más y soy más español que Manolo el del bombo , mesas clandestinas con cervezas calientes y las tragaperras no dan ni un euro.

Acabamos de irnos de allí,somos clientes habituales, llegamos a la puerta, si bien la terraza estaba llena ,dentro había 1 mesa libre y sitio en la barra ,había un chico fuerte en la puerta nos dijo sin mirarnos a la cara que no podíamos entrar ,le pregunte porque y dio la espalda , nos fuimos con cara de tontos y avergonzados, vivimos en la zona ,jamás volveremos

El servicio al cliente es pesimo. Te falta el respeto los camareros, les pedi una bedida y paso media hora y no me dieron nada cuando les pregunté me dijeron que ahora te lo traigo paso 10 min y nada al final me fui sin comer ni beber

Ayer fuimos a tomar una cerveza 3 persona , llevábamos un caniche de 2 kilos. Nos prohibieron sentarnos en las mesas de la calle por el perro. Las mesas de la calle que además están el la acera, dificultan el paso de las persona, ya que íbamos con silla de ruedas motorizada, pero no permiten el sentarse con perros. Creo que es ilegal.

Me ha parecido de vergüenza querer sentarte en las mesas de la misma calle (propiedad del ayuntamiento) con una perra que no llega a 8 kilos y que te digan que no te atienden por llevar perro.

Educación 0/ yo les retiraba la licencia por vender botellas fuera de hora .!! A 50€ y encima venimos de starlite y nos niegan la entrada ??? siendo vecino señores ?? Enserio ? Con una señorita que encima es letrada de madrid .! Que formas .!sin motivo ninguno eso no se llama a Bar se llama Ghetto,ha cambiado mucho no lo siguiente !!! ahora se ven los coches por en la misma puerta quemando llanta y acelerando , sr de aspecto árabe y conduciendo en chanchas en la puerta del mismos bar.!! YO OS MULTABA .!! Por que hay cámaras de seguridad que creo que que graban un poquito más para fuera de lo permitido ,en fin en la vía pública creo que no se puede grabar .!! pero creo que no estoy seguro. .!!!?Un saludo espero el ayuntamiento de mijas Los expedienté .!
