Buena presentación, servicio rápido y gran atención al detalle por parte del equipo, además de por su buena actitud. El espacio es algo ruidoso cuando está lleno. Buen rape y buenos postres (torrija y crema catalana).

Mi visita a Puntapiedra fue una de esas experiencias que se quedan grabadas. El restaurante combina a la perfección la esencia de la cocina mediterránea con un ambiente relajado y elegante. Desde que subí al rooftop, supe que iba a ser una velada especial: la vista, la brisa y la iluminación crean un escenario casi mágico. El servicio fue cercano sin ser invasivo. El equipo sabe cómo hacerte sentir bienvenido y se nota que disfrutan lo que hacen. Me recomendaron varios platos y acertaron en todos. Lo que más me sorprendió fue lo equilibrado de la experiencia: buena comida, un espacio precioso y un ambiente que invita a relajarse y disfrutar sin prisa. Puntapiedra no es solo un restaurante, es un lugar al que te apetece volver, ya sea para una cena tranquila, una cita especial o simplemente para disfrutar del rooftop con algo rico. Sin duda, volveré. Puntapiedra tiene algo que engancha.

Hemos celebrado nuestra boda allí, y de principio a fin maravillosa experiencia. Ha salido todo espectacular, la ceremonia increíble con vistas al mar, la comida inigualable, y sobre todo el trato del personal no hay palabras. Excelente ambiente y muy buena música, ideal para disfrutar de una gran noche. La atención del gerente Patricio realmente marca la diferencia: siempre profesional, cercano y pendiente de cada detalle para que los clientes se sientan cómodos y bien atendidos. 100 % recomendable.

La comida está buenísima. Pedimos platos de picar y todo estaba bueno. No nos gustó que nos pusieran cosas en la mesa que no pedimos y luego nos las cobraran, como el agua o el pan, incluso después de decirles que no lo habiamos pedido. Los precios son elevados, pero la verdad que estaba todo muy bueno.

Muy recomendable, estuvimos cenando 3 personas en el salón interior. El servicio perfecto, Judith muy atenta todo el servicio pendiente de cada detalle de la mesa , muy buena profesional. La comida todo muy rico, acorde con el precio y el ambiente bueno, quizá lo único que destacaría es que en el salón se escucha bastante la música del fuera y dificulta tener una conversación en tono bajo pero no es algo incómodo.

Carta variada, pedimos varios entrantes y luego arroz de principal. Terminamos con postre y café. Atención fantástica y los platos muy buenos. El sitio muy elegante con vistas a la terraza. El parking aunque sacas ticket, te lo validan a la salida así que es gratuito. Repetiremos.

That was one of the best evening that we had in Alicante. That evening, we were served by Ariana. She was incredibly attentive, instantly responding to any requests, and her recommendations on dishes were absolutely spot on. For starters, we ordered everything except the salads, even though we had initially planned to have just one main course each… but after Ariana started suggesting appetizers, and once they began arriving – each one better than the last – the evening turned into a full-on tasting of almost the entire menu. The food was a solid 5+. The service was outstanding – I honestly don’t understand why some other reviews had complaints… I couldn’t even find a single thing to criticize, not even the English – everything was perfect. It was a special occasion for me that evening, and they even surprised us with a candle to celebrate. After we continued in bar.

My Favourite Club in Alicante this summer!! Wow this place is amazing. Everything from the location to events with different decorations and themed dancers with very good djs and very friendly and helpful staff. Follow them on instagram to see all the latest events. They also have an easy website where you can purchase tickets in advance. Tickets can also be purchased at the entrance also. If you visit Alicante you must try this place out.

Service has improved a lot since the opening. I started going again after 1yr and I was happy. The servers are so much nicer than last year. I celebrated my birthday there with the Social ChiCaS | Alicante and we had a great time. I find the dinner prices overrated, but I do love the beef carpaccio, nachos and pineapple cream dessert. I recommend just going to the terraces for drinks and snacks. Cocktails are delicious. The events are FuN. Music is 80s/90s and reggaeton on Saturdays, which is not my thing. 👎 I wish they would have DJs that play techno and contemporary EDM.

El sitio es espectacular, una reforma con mucho detalle y la carta cuidada al milímetro. Experiencia: Nada mas llegar mi hijo entro al aseo y se le cayó la tapa, cosas que pueden pasar; cierto es que cuando nos íbamos ya lo estaban arreglando. Llegamos puntuales a la hora de la reserva 13h, llegamos los primeros; hasta las 13h20 no nos tomaron las bebidas; la comida no nos tomaron nota hasta las 13h30, y atendieron antes a otras personas que habían llegado mas tarde que nosotros; cosas que pueden pasar. Cerveza: No puedo creer que un restaurante de esta calidad no tenga unas cervezas mas oscuras e intensas; la oferta de cervezas es nula; solo tenéis cervezas muy rubias; Alcazar, Heineken, desperados... me sorprendió muchísimo. Al no gustarnos las cervezas pedimos un Bloody Mary y un zumo de tomate; y no os quedaba zumo de tomate un viernes? en serio?. El Aperol Spritz y la carta de vinos si que estaba de 10. Cocina: el arroz de carabineros estaba espectacular, perfecto, temperatura, un 10 en mi opinión. Los entrantes el bimi muy rico y el tartar de tomate seco con queso Comte no tenía sabor; no se si le faltaba sal, aceite o que... sin sabor; ese plato nada recomendable. El postre una torrija espectacular que sacaron con una vela. El menú de los niño está genial, pueden elegir rodaballo, carne o pasta, ensalada y crema de verduras o croquetas, una pena que eligieran la pasta y croquetas pero aun así les encantó. Ambiente: En el espacio hay unos ventiladores tipo de las granjas de animales; pero no son suficientes para refrigerar el calor de Alicante. No hacia calor pero se echaba en falta un poco de frescor. Camareros: Había de todo camareros muy muy buenos; y un par un poco despistados. Aun así la experiencia fue muy buena; era el cumple de mi mujer y cuidaron un detalle para ella. Precio total 180€; 2 adultos y 2 niños. el arroz estaba a la altura de su precio, los entrantes en absoluto. en general demasiado caro; En general, muy agradable experiencia; pero cositas a pulir.

Went to an Ibiza style event, Masaka. It was a little disappointing but not a bad effort. Probaly wouldn't go again, but the venue is pretty cool. I'm not sure what it's like on a normal night. Parking is not great as very limited spaces. Music was terrible, they need a good DJ.

My friend and I visited punta piedra on 2 occasions. Once for drinks at night and the other for the day time coastal club. The night time service wasn’t great, as it took some time to get served. However, the service for our day time experience exceeded our expectations. We rented one bed and stayed the day. Menfis, our server, was fantastic. He checked in on us many times and swiftly cared for our every need. Food was delicious as well. We were worried there wouldn’t be any sort of relief from the heat as there is no pool or beach advertised with the day rental. But we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful pebble beach right behind the property, so we were able to swim when it got hot. There is also a foot bath and amazing outdoor showers on the premises. Ambience 10/10. Highly recommend visiting their coast club for the day.

Comimos menú del día en el restaurante Tiro Pichon y la verdad que estaba muy bueno y de precio muy bien. Si vas a la playa luego puedes comer ahí y si eres socio te puedes bañar en la piscina. El precio un poco elevado.

Un sitio muy chulo pero nos dejó un sabor agridulce… El restaurante estuvo fenomenal, nos atendieron muy bien y compartimos todos los platos, todo muy rico y bien asesorados por el servicio… Pero luego a las 00:00 h aprox.salimos a las terraza de copas, es sitio muy chulo también pero totalmente desatendido, ya no funcionaba nada de la coctelería que se supone que debería haber sido uno de los puntos fuertes del local… uff solo copas, mal servidas, ni te las remueven al ponerlas… un sitio que sirven como en la barra cutre de una verbena de pueblo… que pena que mal aprovechado y no sirven en mesa y ni siquiera las recogen ni limpian . Música muy alta y ese día tirando a chabacana y algo anticuada (Cumbias, salsa de hace más de 20 años: Sakira, Carlos Vives, ufff) Yo, en el caso de los dueños me lo haría mirar… con un montón de camareros ociosos en las distintas barras, están perdiendo dinero a tope, por no explotarlo adecuadamente. La verdad es una pena!

Celebramos el día de los enamorados este sábado 14 de febrero y decir que para personas de comer o cenar normal, la comida resultó muy muy escasa, tuvimos que pedir pan para saciar un poco. Después el lugar de la fiesta sobrepasaba el aforo de estar cómodo en un lugar... no resultó, en general ,la noche que esperábamos...

Hemos estado en este restaurante muchas veces, pero después de esta última sin duda no volveremos. Pedimos el arroz de carabineros y rape y sinceramente no sabía absolutamente a nada, insípido y sin gracia. Encima lo sirven ahora en una paellera cuadrada y la ración para tres personas es ridícula, muy pobre para el precio que cobran. La croqueta de cecina y queso estaba buena, pero poco más se salva. Las vieiras sin más, totalmente olvidables. La tosta de sardina sí estaba rica, pero no compensa en absoluto. El servicio no fue el más rápido , pero sus camareros fueron muy agradables . No me extraña que la valoración del restaurante haya bajado tanto. En definitiva, la cuenta no vale ni la mitad de lo que pagamos. Muy decepcionante.

The initial experience was ok — pleasant atmosphere, the place looks fine (although a bit hot in summer, especially if you want to dance). The DJ wasn’t the greatest, but ok. Then the water in the women’s bathroom stopped running, and when we went to use the one inside the restaurant — a basic service we had paid entry for — we were treated in an incredibly rude and disrespectful way by a so-called security guy. He wouldn’t let us use it and made us feel as if we were trying to steal something. Ironically, I still don’t understand what great 'value' that inside toilet had to justify such an attitude. I have been living in Spain for three years and have never encountered such arrogance and lack of respect. That guy should not be working anywhere near people.

The location is absolutely beautiful stylish, well-situated, and with a great atmosphere. For that alone, I would give 6 stars without hesitation. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by the behavior of one staff member – likely the event manager. We were initially invited into the VIP area, but shortly after, the event manager (VIP Chef) approached us in an unnecessarily rude and arrogant manner because there was one VIP wristband missing. His tone and attitude were disrespectful, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. Especially when dealing with female guests, I expect more courtesy, professionalism, and tact. Although the other guests were very welcoming and kind, the incident left a bitter aftertaste. Tolerance and respectful behavior should be standard in the event and hospitality industry sadly, that was not the case here. Conclusion: A stunning venue, but disappointing treatment of guests. ➡️ Overall rating: 2 stars – purely due to the unacceptable behavior of the staff member.

Started off well with the starters to mess up with the “ribeye” which we ordered to be rare. What came to us was a piece of meat full with nerves and chewable at a level that my jaws were tired! We sat down at the restaurant at 9 PM, but our food didn’t arrive until midnight. The service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. When we expressed our concerns to the waitstaff, they responded with attitude and were quite rude. They brought the wrong wine and incorrect starters, and instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, they blamed us. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. We came to celebrate our friend’s birthday, but by the end of the night we didn’t even feel like having dessert. It completely ruined the mood.

**Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended** We ordered a Ribeye steak at this restaurant but were served a Rump steak instead. When we brought this to the server's attention, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake. The distinctive marbling that a Ribeye should have was completely missing from the Rump steak we received. Additionally, the service was extremely poor. Our drinks were delivered far too late, and we had to wait a full 45 minutes for our espresso. To make matters worse, we ordered chocolate ice cream but were given vanilla instead. For a location like this, you would expect significantly better service and higher-quality food. Based on this experience, I would advise against dining here. There are definitely better options in the city.

Literally an hour to get served and it's not even busy. I'm not sure how they make any money if not even able to serve people. Not exaggerating. 30 mins to order and another 30 to get the drinks. Went for a burger to the food truck and guess what? Empty too. Had to wait there 10 mins. I thought my drinks at least would be there when I got back to my table... Not a bloody chance. It's a stunning spot and should be a great beach club. It seriously sucks instead. Avoid if you like drinking or being served...
