Drive thru was good. The beakfast sandwich I thought would have sausage on it, but it had bacon. That was okay less messy as I was driving.
I went to this location an Calvin took good care of us with service even tho they were short staff.

I tried their mini tacos 15 for 3 dollars. Muy delicious o. Just like the regular one just smaller and you get more of that crunchy part we all love. Oh, employees were above and beyond.
The team here is great! They’re always super friendly and patient. I go through the drive thru almost every morning or afternoon for an ice coffee and it’s always delicious! Urvon works the drive thru in the mornings and she always serves me with a friendly smile! She is so sweet! Her Carmel ice coffee is on point every morning! The team doesn’t complain about me coming in everyday. In fact, there’s 2 kind gentleman that work the afternoon/evening and they both like to make sure they get to say hi before I leave (when they’re not even working the drive thru). The food is pretty good and the line moves pretty quickly. I always feel welcomed here. Thanks guys, you rock!!
Scott and Ms Rosa are turning this place around; AWESOME employees!!! I work for the shops and my crew drops in from time to time and the food and service is here is top tier compared to some of the other Jack locations. The reason for the review is because this time around I stopped in on a personal day with the wifey and they took care of us, everything was super fresh, hot, and tasty! You guys rock 🤘🏼
It was an order to go. Compared with the Whataburger next to it, it was empty. I got two free tacos with a coupon that I printed. The BBQ bacon double something something was a good value. The taste of the burger was better than expected. I will return for sure.
This location is always open, as advertised. Unlike the other location in Allen. Food is good for fast food. The staff always seems to be in a good mood and are always courteous and friendly to me and my family. A bit slow tonight with a 22 minute wait in the drive through, but no complaints.
It’d been a while since we’ve been to this location. There was a long line at the drive thru but surprisingly it moved pretty fast unlike our past visits. I think they finally changed the employees! We were happy with our food being warm and fresh.
I want to thank Shamia for her wonderful safe service in the drive thru tonight. She was wearing her face mask properly, gloves, handled my order with clean napkins, and handed me my card back rolled in my receipt. There's a lot of us who are immunocompromised and haven't gotten our Covid-19 vaccine yet, but seeing an employee being as careful as I would be to protect herself and her customers made my evening! My food was fresh from the fryer hot too, which I always expect from this location. Thank you so much!!! 😷🍔❤️
Food came out fast and hot. The man behind the counter is absolutely wonderful along with all of the nice staff in the back cooking. For the first time I was asked how much ranch I needed ,so I had enough to enjoy my meal.
I pick up for Uber Eats from here a lot, mostly at night. The night crew is awesome! Fast friendly and my orders never wrong! Also, personally speaking...the guy at night makes the best Oreo shakes, and I mean THE BEST!!!
Update: Decided to give this Jack another try this morning and was very pleased. The extra crispy tacos I ordered were GREAT! Had to change my one star review. Keep up the good work! This was my 1st time visiting this Jack In The Box location. I ordered a taco combo with no salt on the french fries. What I got was extra extra salty, cooked to a crisp fries. The tacos had about 2 pieces of shredded lettuce each. Terrible meal.
I am torn about writing a review for Jack In The Box, but they've had the best stuffed jalapeños you can get at a fast food chain since forever. Chuch's, Chicken Express, and Golden Chick all seem to use the same vendor, and theirs are good, but Jack In The Box has always had the best, hands down.
On Sunday the 16th, I did a grubhub order for the staff at my clinic. When the food arrived we were missing some items. I called up and asked, if I brought my receipt in,would they fill the rest of the order. They were super awesome. They filled the order and we're extremely nice about all of it. The staff was wonderful!
I am an Uber Eats driver and frequent this location multiple times an evening. On New Years in the early hours of the morning when Jack is packed. Calvin was very helpful and supportive. Even being short staffed, he made a meal that popped up last second. Just one dude helping another. He seems like a good guy, and was willing to go out of his way to help me complete my Uber delivery. 5 stars and two thumbs up for Calvin!
Calvin was a great over night manager. He was very respectful and was prompt with serving our group.
I'm giving a huge shout-out to Shayle tonight! She was working by herself and her customer service was 1000%! Friendly, great communication, sweet and hard working she definitely was going above and beyond with each order and I didn't mind waiting my turn because I knew my order would be great! May God bless her for her exceptional work 🤩 my food was hot and fresh and absolutely delicious!

The staff let us stand at the counter for about 5 minutes before finally coming to take our order. There was a female that looked at us and walked away. The manager looked at her with disgust and he took our order. The food was OK. My wife likes Jack in the box and I really don't.
The women at Allen on stacy rd Jack in the box are so personable and speak to you like they know you. Thos jack in the box always makes your food fresh.
We are from Michigan and make it a point to eat at different restaurants each time we come visit our kids. Today hubbs chose Jack in the box for lunch. It was easy to get to, the restaurant was clean and employees were friendly and efficient. I got the sourdough Jack with curly fries. It was a good choice. The sourdough was toasted perfectly, and the flavor meld made for a good flavor experience. Hubbs got the sausage burrito and a hash brown and he was very happy with his choice.
I love this particular one for its location and its munchie box. Unfortunately they were out of two things I wanted but I always enjoy my late night snack here. And the tacos aren't as greasy as some of the locations.
Trip Bac and Cheese burger. Very tasty sauce cheese was well melted. Overall a very good burger. Reg fries were hot and crispy with not quite enough salt for me but good none the less..
This is a Place of disappointment. Double check your drive through orders. Good luck. Update: Since the owner was kind enough to ask me for another chance I am bumping the rating to 4. And also next time I will make sure I have all my ordered items.
Love getting lunch for breakfast! Sometimes I don't want eggs and bacon, or sausage. I got a Sourdough Jack for Breakfast! It was hot and just what my appetite was in the mood for. It hit the spot!
Decent place to stop in and grab a bite to eat with the family it's a little bit pricey but the food usually the higher quality than what you would find at other fast food restaurants. The staff is pretty friendly and normally get your order correct. They have a wide variety of food and drink to choose from.
There breakfast selection is good and is served all day. Their burgers are ok, but nothing to brag about. Not my favorite fast food restaurant, but it is acceptable for a quick bite.
I'm not from the area but having a 24 hour location with all sorts of food options is a plus. This location was a tad slow at the time but food came out fine. Cant beat the 6$ munchie meal combos for late night. Dont come here expecting fresh and healthy that's just not what they are about. Definitely wish had one back home.
Took my wife, nothing for me, she likes the breakfast Jacks. The food was ok, service was slow but very friendly and it was difficult to hear at the drive thru but the order was accurate.
Delicious . First time and we don’t have these in Florida. As good as any fast food burger. Nothing mind blowing, but very good . Price was exceptionally good. Combo meals for $6.99 in Texas?????I’ll take it. In Florida , comparable combo meals are between $9.00 and $14.00
We enjoy dining-in experience, but this occasion the restaurant was extremely warm inside; nearly unbearable. But it was clean with prompt service, and floors were clean. Please fix the AC!
The dining area was clean only once of the last 15 or so times I was in there. Also, the burgers used to be fresh, now even if l order at 11:50 am or 12:15 pm it seems as though the burgers have been in the warning drawer for hours.
Today I went to this location. Its obvious they are having staffing issues cuz it shows in the quality of the service and in the food. I was in thewa slow moving drive thru line for about 25 mins so yes they were busy but when I got my cheese burger and fries they both was not even warm smh. I asked for some free dough balls for waiting in line for so long and they were fresh and was as the kids say " On point" lol Staffing issues and covid has affected every business, so hopefully, this was just a bad day and tomorrow will be better for this location. HANG IN THERE!!
Sometimes theyre nice and fast. And sometimes like this visit they are absolutely unbearably slow and i just want to cancel my order and drive next door because you could probably drive to the panda express nearby and get food and drive back through and find the car behind you still waiting at the window. The food is hit or miss too. Sometimes its great and fresh. Sometimes it tastes like youre getting something that was cooked on a grill that needs to be cleaned. Their breakfast food tends to be good though
Visited this place while I was in Dallas TX for last 3 months last year 2021 taking care of a personal business. At this place I did not like the service in the evenings. The servers were using the cell phones and sitting outside on the tables. I had the call the attention for service. The Jumbo Jack in this place are not good at all. The Jumbo Jacks had no taste, not good service all.
So, I basically paid $8 for a medium drink and curly fries. My "go to" order is the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The drink machine was extremely low on ice. It ran out of Coke. The chicken was over cooked and tough. It went in the trash. If I hadn't been afraid they would do something to it, I would have taken it back to the counter and had them fix me another one.
Never ever once been here. Stopped on the way to a meeting to get a quick to go. Got the supreme breakfast croissant sandwich. So $4.00 and 10 minutes later I have it. Croissant is a bit undercooked, soggy. The ham slice is so thin I could see through it. The bacon is a HALF STRIP and not cooked it was pink. Supposed to be cheese but there was no cheese. The egg was fine but tasteless-no seasoning. Overall after removing potential pork poisoning product called undercooked bacon, it was just tasteless. I wish I could say otherwise, I really do.

Really bad experience. Food was old and cold. And I'm actually offended that anyone would serve my family such bad food. We went for early dinner and it seemed like we got what was left over from lunch? I got a spicy chicken sandwich that was dry and hard and cold. Cold fries. Two stars because they happily replaced my fries. Sat down after that to eat my chicken and felt bad about going back to ask for a different sandwich. I have been to this location once before and had a re All great spicy chicken. Won't be back because they serve food to people that they them selves wouldn't eat or give to their families integrity is important to me.
Food and service was great however they were "out of ice" in the dining room and every soft drink they had was flat and undrinkable. Not to mention the selection of drinks on the machine, they only has a handful, not many. We actually had to go to McDonald's after our meal to get drinks. We could not drink our drinks at all, totally disgusting. This is not the first time we have had this experience here sadly. Food and service is good but drinks are HORRIBLE.
We pulled up early in the morning around 12:30 am and ordered some food. Ordered the prime burger with bacon and a few other things. A few things that I’ve noticed: they need to clean the soda machines, I paid for extra bacon and there was no bacon in my soggy burger (dry the lettuce) and the tacos were old. Common!
Honestly, just give up and do something else. There is no point in running a restaurant like this. I did not receive what I ordered, AND the items themselves were not even correct Jack-in-the-Box food items. Please, for the sake of everyone, just stop. Thank you.
I had been craving eggrolls since arriving at work at 6am, my boss also wanted eggrolls, so I go to this location for my lunch break. At first I was relieved I chose JitB, because the Whataburger next door had two long lines, but I soon regretted my decision. After placing my two orders, I waited in the drive thru for 25 min(almost a full 30) even though the were only 3cars in front of me, just to get to the window and my orders hadn't even been putin the system. Not only did I not eat; but I was late getting back to work, and my manager ended up buying me lunch for working from 6am-4pm with no food. When I called to speak to the manager on duty, the only thing she could say was they were shorthanded, but being shorthanded has nothing to do with my order not even being in the system after it was repeated to me in the intercom. That's just incompetence and bad management. First and last time ever going to this location.
Sign on the front door says open 24 hours as well as on Google however, after going into the open doors and waiting several minutes an employee says they are closed. I've been to this location at the exact same time twice before and never had a problem. Wouldn't recommend this Jack in the box, there is another one a short distance away that is open 24 hours like they claim to be. May 16th 2021
2 for $5 ultimate cheeseburger special 2x my order. So a total of 4 Burgers . Total kept coming up to $21 and change. Argued with her through the drive-thru. Ended up backing out of the drive-thru and going inside. Where I had the exact same problem with another girl. After four times explaining the deal she finally got it right. To come home and fine that the order is wrong. Set my husband to get it right. Will never come back to this location.
Do not recommend going to this location, the customer service is poor and the time span in which you get your food is not at all "fast" it is very slow. I had went there today and ordered an extreme sausage with a large fry, a small shake and a breakfast burrito combo. The person who took my order sounded very confused and once I got to the window, they had read me back my order and messed up. I had to correct them on adding my large fry and when I had gotten my order they didn't even include the extreme sausage but ended up charging me more on the order and didn't even bother to give me a receipt. Horrible service, poor staffing and just an all around horrible experience.
We placed our order at the drive thru menu speaker at 1030 pm. There were 5 cars ahead of us. We didn't get our food at window until 1115. They were completely unapologetic. They claimed they had numerous dining room orders. As we passed by there was not a single customer inside the building. I have been nauseous all afternoon after having a late lunch at this location. I almost cancelled my order when I pulled up to pay because the window was so disgustingly filthy - looked like months of greasy, dirty buildup on the glass. But we were starving. I had not eaten at Jack in the Box in a couple of years; it used to be good back in the day! Not anymore. The meat doesn't look or taste like real meat and the fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. I will never go there again.

My last time I went there, the employees there were obviously not focusing on what they’re supposed to do, and the person who took my order mistook my order of “a Large Curly Fries & a Small Drink”, when he gave me “a Small Curly Fries & and a Large Drink”! What on Earth?! If I could give that place half a star, it would be complete satisfaction for me, so take my advice, don’t waste your money at that place.
If zero starts was a option that's what they would get. I'm with uber eats and sat watch the employees not answer the phone causing customers not to get their orders. They had a cone in the drive thru but the open sign was on. Never again will I go back! Well I just visited the location a second time for uber eats. The employee was outside and once at the drive through they asked me to wait. I waited over 15 minutes with no reply and was forced to cancel my delivery. This makes 2 TIMES!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Asked for 10 regular tacos. Was given minis, when handed the bag I had told her the mistake, she asked me how many I needed I said 10…. She goes 10 in a shocked loud voice… and she just stared at me. Well I only charged you for minis. I just left it at that. I didn’t mind paying at all but her reaction was just rude
They ALWAYS have a long wait and if you are inside they ignore you until the drive thru is clear. I went to pick up on 2 occasions uber orders and they told me the 1st they were out of tacos and the 2nd order they didn't have croissants. I was the first in line at the register and she proceeded to ask someone they came in after me and standing behind me if she could help them.
I work overnight at the shopping centers right by this location. Stopped going here as I'd frequently get terrible quality food. Sometimes great, but not often enough to keep wasting money. I don't expect perfect food at 2am from a fast food place, but I do expect something at least somewhat edible.
It bothers me to give just one star, I do not do this normally; however, if the complaint is about health in a restaurant that’s what I’ll do. We’re in a worldwide pandemic and the female manager working on December 20, at 6:50 pm had her nose out of her masks when dealing with our order, at one point (that I could see), both her face and mouth were out. I am not one of those to just cancel the order and make a scene since that just feels like throwing gas to the fire, but we did throw that order to the trash when we got home. Made me feel more than unsafe.
Absolutely lazy, drive by at 9pm and you can see them on there phones in the lobby when you drive around with headpiece on. Drive through lights off, drive in and they take our order pull up to window and they say we are out of munchie meals. Went to Whataburger instead way worth it and lights came on 30 minutes later in drive through. Just absolutely lazy never going back terrible experience. Go nextdoor to Whataburger or in and out everywhere nearby is better than jack in the box at this location. Always have issues never returning.
lady charged me $13 extra for absolutely no reason, she couldn’t understand me saying “the 2 for $5 sausage croissants and somehow ended up with and absurd total. ended up not being able to get a refund because “a GM had to do it”. she ended up taking cash from the register and giving it to me for her mistake. will not be coming back, horrible service.

I PUT IN A MOBILE ORDER AT 11:15 & DIDN'T GET IT UNTIL 11:40... I WATCHED AS THEY MADE 6 ORDERS FOR DRIVE THROUGH THAT I KNOW I ORDERED BEFORE THEY DID... THEN AFTER I GOT MY ORDER IT WAS WRONG, WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN...
Easily the worst fast food experience in awhile. There was no one in the drive through and no one else inside at 2pm, but it still took the manager about 4 minutes to take our order while she walked around cleaning up and wiping things. Then took the 2 drive thru orders before us, even though we had been waiting. The heat must be broken as it was colder inside than outside (and it was under 20º outside!); all the employees were wearing heavy jackets, but the manager didn't offer an explanation or apology. Then it took over ten more minutes for our food (again, NO ONE was in the place!) and when it arrived the order was wrong. Took another 8 minutes to redo a single burger, which we finally got a single "sorry" from the manager when she handed it back. Last time I will eat at this JITB, for sure. No wonder every other place on Stacy Rd. is packed full of people and JITB sits empty every day.
I am so disappointed! I visited the East Stacy Road location this morning! My food was awful. I pulled up about 2 a.m and there was no one in line at the drive thru. I ordered the Grilled Sourdough breakfast sandwich. It was not toasted at all and the bread was stale. The egg was cold and cheese was not melted. They served me food that was awful. I lived too far to go back for a refund and I was tired. The only thing that was decent was the hash brown. Also they didn't give me my drink. There was a female that gave me my food and she was the one who prepared it. I saw her thru the window. I'm so disappointed because I love Jack In the box. I will not go to this location again. I am attaching a pic of my sandwich.
Ordered for pick up. 8-10 minutes time to pick up. After 20 minutes, asked about our order. The guy helping got sidetracked, so asked another employee. Order was laying out waiting to be bagged. A total of 40 minutes for our order to be ready. Checked bag to make sure everything was there before we left. Food was cold when we arrived home less than 5 minutes later.
I haven't been to Jack in the Box in years and my first visit back has been very disappointing. The food has no flavor. In the past the curly fries used to be so good but today, they are gross. The portion sizes are very small. I'm just super sad how much they've gone down hill. Now I will say the service was good and friendly. They were also fast but the food itself is the reason I won't be returning.
I ordered a chicken sand-which with no tomatoes , they gave me tomatoes. Sandwhich looks a steam roller ran over it . Bacon looked weird . Asked for a receipt, dude shut the window on me and I got no receipt. Dude at window was rude and had an attitude. No you’re welcome, no friendliness, just rude. It’s not like they were busy I was the only one in line and they were both on their cell phones .
10-29-2024 between 5:15AM-5:40AM I went to the drive thru twice and nobody answered, I had three different orders I needed to place for people I work with so this was very inconvenient. I understand waiting for maybe 5mins but I left and came back and still no answer.. I also wasn’t the only person that came thru the drive thru as well. Super unprofessional.
Took about 15 minutes to get through the Drive Thru. My car started to overheat in the process (I had already been on the road for some time). Asked if they had sweet tea. Guy taking my order said yeah. Asked for sweet tea, emphasis on the sweet. At the window I asked the lady if it was sweet tea. She said ya. I pulled over to a nearby parking lot to let my car cool down and eat. The tea is definitely NOT sweet, I did not receive a receipt, and no one is answering the phone. The line is longer now. If I have to sit in line for another 15-20 minutes just to get a different drink I won't be a very "Merry" person. I get that it's busy... but if it isn't sweet tea, or if you don't have sweet tea, don't lie to me about it. Complete waste of my time and money.
My mom was visiting from out of state and had never eaten at Jack In The Box. I also had never been to Jack In The Box, so we stopped on our way to the outlet mall. I ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwich with french fries and my mom ordered a burger, fries and drink. The clerk asked me if I wanted the combo and I said yes but with fries instead of hash browns. The clerk handed us one cup. We had to ask for a 2nd cup. Then when I got my food I noticed that I had gotten hash browns instead of fries. So I returned to the counter and waited approximately 5 minutes for a clerk to come to the front and acknowledge me. I told her that I was supposed to have fries instead of hash browns. She started punching in something on the cash register. I told her that I had originally ordered fries instead of hash browns. She told me that it should have costed us a dollar more but she would let me have the fries this time. She then filled the fry bag less than half full. No matter, I took the half order of fries and sat down. I opened my sandwich and it was all full of ham. The picture of the ultimate breakfast sandwich showed bacon on the sandwich. So I went back up to the register and waited again for a clerk to acknowledge me. I had the sandwich open and told her that it was supposed to have ham instead of bacon on it. She didn't say a word to me for a few seconds and then said "can you just pull the ham off and I will give you bacon". So I pulled the ham off my sandwich and she brought me a single slice of bacon broken in half. I just took what she gave me and went and ate my meal. There was no apology or thank you. Nothing. Then I saw the hiring sign in the lobby. The cashiers are pain $10 an hour, the cook is paid $11 per hour and the team lead is paid $12 an hour. I'm pretty sure that the person who took my order initially had difficulties with English. No biggie, everyone has to start somewhere when learning new things. But I pointed at the picture of the sandwich and said several times that I wanted fries instead of hash browns. Anyway, I realize it's fast food. I don't expect total perfection, but figured that if I were the manager, I would want to know what is happening in my store.
Horrible Service ! Me and my Family went out of are way , to eat at this specific location . Thinking we would have a regular night out , and eat something quick . But , in result we waited for 15 - 20 minutes ! Thinking the workers would attend us but , would instead ignore us . And didn’t even come close to the counter , very rude and un responsible . They didn’t even bother about us , and we didn’t even get a greeting or “we’ll be their right with you”.

I would give a zero if I could. What a ghetto experience! The employees were yelling at each other, a customer came in yelling after being told on the drive thru to go somewhere else. My mobile order took almost 30 minutes and there was no one else in the store. People were yelling and cussing and on top of that they got my order wrong AND the food was cold! I didn't even want to eat it because I saw 5 dead roaches on the ground and live crickets jumping around. I will NEVER eat there again!
If you don’t speak Spanish, stay away from this location, it’s ridiculous. But most jack in the boxes are trash anyways!
New employees gave us nothing but sass, tried to go in to order food but they said indoor seating is closed even tho it says on the door 24/7 indoor seating and window service. Decided not to question it and was just going to take my food to-go but when I pulled up to the monitor they said I had to wait 20 minutes to order with no explanation. I just left, this place used to be convenient since I would come here after work but not anymore. Something changed.
Can't even get an ice water. Do better. Hire more appreciative people.
This was the worst experience I had. I felt unwelcome. They fell to knowledge me oh wait I take that back they knew I was there but the choose to ignore me and pretended I wasn’t there. Until they saw I was leaving they to get each other attention to see who want to help me nobody wanted to help me. The staff was to busy talking among themselves and using their personal phones while on the clock . I think they thought I didn’t know Spanish which I do and heard all negative comments. This place need a whole new staff that show they want to work even though it’s Jack in box. But is still someone company business. Avoid this location if y’all can.
Run run run!! Go to McDonald's. This location was so unprofessional so much attitude even after they mess up your order. No one was in line, the inside was empty and everyone was on there phone not even wanting to walk to the counter to get my order . I use to love Jack in the box , these youngsters are making our experience less than 1 star!
Ordered grilled cheese, cheese is obviously plastic since nothing was melted. It was pretty disgusting overall.
Worst location I’ve been to. Went thru the drive and there was only one car behind me. I ordered, got to the window and had to repeat my order. So after ordering twice, my order still got messed up. Was charged for a jumbo jack with cheese when I specially ordered one without it. And I ordered a value drink and was charged for a regular/non-value drink almost .50 cents. Food wasn’t that fresh either, despite it just being made. I understand if they were busy but there was literally no one there and it was still that awful of an experience.
It’s a shame, cause this is the closest Jack-in-the-Box to me Every time I go there through the drive-through my order is always wrong and most of the time missing items the people there don’t speak much English and it’s very hard to communicate. Very poor service. I have to drive to a different Jack in the box to get decent service in food. Do not recommend this location of Stacy Road in Allen.
Jack N Box is supposed to be 24/7 right? well it’s not, they only allowed door dash and uber eats. take your money somewhere else. obviously they ain’t worth your money.
Really bad service at this location. Also saw a employee handle food without gloves. She grabbed fries off the counter with her bare hands.
I went through the drive-thru and was told they only take online orders. My phone was dead, so I asked if I could just place my order in person, and they just kept repeating the same thing “we only do online orders.” No attempt to help or offer a solution, just rude and dismissive.
I door dashed an order tonight.. I called the location.. atleast 5 times.. NO ANSWER. You don’t have an option to ask for condiments.. I just wanted some taco sauce.. which was already frustrating… then I cannot get ahold of anyone in the store. Really? I tried to let it go and just crossed my fingers and hoped that sauce would be given voluntarily.. the food smelled and looked great.. I ordered the a couple spicy jacks chicken.. I don’t know if this chicken was extremely old or frozen without being properly stored..(it definitely smelled freezer burned) they were absolutely disgusting. The breakfast croissant was poorly made (there was hardly any ingredients on it) and completely smashed on top of it.. the tacos were stale and bland.. with hardly any taco sauce to cover it up after I had to go out of my way to receive any in the first place because apparently picking the phone up is too tasking of a job… $60+ worth of food I just gave to my trash. I won’t even give my dogs this as I am afraid it might make them sick. I am so disappointed..I will not be ordering from here ever again. It’s no wonder y’all’s rating sits at a 3.5.
9/17 : I ordered jumbo jack cheeseburger with everything extra and I got the burger with normal quality and missing cheese. I called the store and they told come back tomorrow when manger is available. 9/18: I called back the store and spoke to manager Rosa and she gave me a free burger because of they messed up my order yesterday. Booomm after getting back home when I opened it there are only extra veggies. Cheese was missing again. Not sure what kinda cheeseburger is it without cheese. I’m sooo pissed at this location
I came here late on 8/16/24. I came to the Drive thru ordered a sour for jack and a 5 piece Chicken Strips. Order number #134 Employee Reinald. And I did not receive my chicken strips instead received churros for some odd reason. When I realized what had happened at home. I attempted to call the store from the number on the receipt. No Answer, I tried to call again 5 minutes later. No Answer. I would usually just let this go but the no call back or even attempt to make this right I find very unprofessional and disappointing.
I am not one to write bad reviews but I think that people need to know you could get sick eating here. When I first came to the door I should have left the windows and doors were not cleaned. The restaurant was not overly dirty but not clean either. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a coke. Why was the meat a whitish grey color? It smelt like death. ☠️ the manager at this store needs to do something to address this issue. It is completely unacceptable. I didn’t know what to do so I threw my food in the trash and went to McDonalds instead.
Went in to Drive-Thru, about 7:48 or so to pick up a mobile order. First, it took about 6 minutes for them to actually answer the intercom with only a SINGLE CAR ahead. In that time, Already had 4 cars pull behind me. They left the headset on, so I Knew they were there, and got attitude when I simply said "Hello" to try and get their attention. Already not a great start. So when I finally DO get to pull up to the window, I only get 2 SWEET AND SOUR PACKETS for my 2 Chicken Teriyaki bowls. Not ONLY that, when I ask to add on the simplest of things, an item that takes a MINUTE at MOST to make, A Large Grape Powerade, I get told I need to pull BACK around THROUGH the line. Like come on. I WORK at a food place, it isn't THAT hard to add a drink and take payment. But whatever, fine, Drove home cause I was NOT waiting for probably a HALF HOUR (Again, assuming the people there were as SLOW to respond to me as the other cars that piled up behind me) for a single drink, and have my dinner get cold. So we get home, everything seems all fine. My Chicken Sandwich tasted too crispy, like it was all breading and almost no meat inside. Even the meat that WAS There, was dry. As for my Mom's Bowl, where she got JUST Chicken and Rice, NOTHING Else. One of the most BASIC dishes: They managed to mess it up. She said the rice, I quote "Tasted like as", like it was somehow both Undercooked and Overcooked. As for my Dad's Bowl, just look at the photos and tell yourself: Would YOU eat that? The brown stuff in there that looks like shredded beef? That's supposed to be BROCOLLI. We we're already starving and didn't want to go back out, so we ate what little bites we could. I will NOT Recommend this location to anyone, and would rather tell them to go to the one on McDermott, or just avoid Jack all together. Absolutely HORRIBLE Experience.
Normally this is the location I go to. I probably won't be back. I ordered 4 tacos, 6 egg rolls and a jumbo jack with cheese. I got 2 sweet and sour for 6 egg rolls, had to ask for more. I got 4. Not the end of the world. I had to turn around and go in. They only gave me 2 tacos and a hamburger. The jumbo jack with cheese I ordered without onions or mayo. I showed them the burger, pulled it out and opened it up and they said yes that's it just in a different wrapper its because you omitted stuff. I said yes, onions and mayo. It's supposed to come in a box. I didn't even notice there was no cheese until I got home. The girls working the drive thru/counter had no clue. I didn't want to go back. I'll be going to the other one from now on. Very disappointed because I've always liked that location.
Don’t come here! This place takes waaayyyy to long! Literally 31 minutes in line before we even ordered! The cashier said they are short staffed which I understand but he also said the manager refuses to hire anyone! Jack would be better off shutting it down for a week and hiring people than allowing this sub par customer service continue especially when there are 8 other competitors all within the same shopping center
I am NOT a satisfied customer! These people don't listen mainly because she was too busy carrying on a conversation in the background instead of utilizing customer service and quality control skills required to properly function in this role. I specifically requested NO cheese on my breakfast sandwich and the photos speak for themselves! I have a food sensitivity to dairy so this is essentially a waste of my hard earned money. Furthermore, I cannot simply go back thru the line because I have my own job to attend. I swear these people sick at their jobs these days!!!
I must reiterate; we don't want any FREE FOOD!!! We only want the food we paid for, prepared the way we paid to have it prepared. So where do I start? Well, I ordered dinner for my kiddos thru the Door Dash app. I had to order it twice because they completely screwed up the order. I called the store to let them know. The mgr I spoke with apologized and actually asked if I could come to the store to get the correct order. Ha ha!!!! Why did I order it thru Door Dash if I wanted to come out in the cold night air to get it myself? She then advised me to go back thru the Door Dash app to have it resolved. I did that and eventhough the receipt says clearly what was ordered, the order was still incorrect and cold. Everything was cold!!! Idk if someone wasn't watching the order prompter but I'm done. 2 orders right behind each other and they're both incorrect. And how did I order 2 Bacon Ultimate CB but neither on the 1st order had bacon but did include a lot of mustard and American Cheese, which one kid hates?! Photos in the comments below.
