For work reasons, I've been eating regularly at "Paiper" for the past month, and I have to say it's been like eating at home. The service from the entire team, and especially from Miguel, the manager, has been perfect every time. The daily menus are varied, with just the right portions and excellent value for money. There's also a delicatessen section within the restaurant where, among other things, they have very high-quality hams. Miguel can give you detailed advice, as he's also a master ham carver. In short, 100% recommended.

The sandwiches were great, the service was excellent, and even though there were only three of us and they were busy, they were incredibly fast. The girl went above and beyond, and I go back whenever I can for my favorite sandwich and a slice of carrot cake. Absolutely delicious! 🥰

We only had lunch once, and the sandwiches were very good. We decided to go to dinner with some friends. We had appetizers for dinner, with house wine. We had delicious torreznos (pork rinds), perfectly fried. We tried the potatoes with cheese, which were very crispy and the melted cheese was very tasty. We continued with Iberian ham croquettes, larger than usual, with lots of ham and perfectly cooked béchamel. I don't think they're homemade, but they look like it. To finish, we had a plate of perfectly fried squid and a very good cremaet (a creamy sauce) to finish. The service was fast and very personalized. The portions were good-sized. The price was reasonable. Thank you for your effort!!!

A very pleasant place for lunch or dinner. A varied menu of Spanish food. Very good prices. You can also buy cured meats, cheeses, salted fish, etc. Fast and good service. Highly recommended if you're in Almassera. The sandwiches are delicious, made with rustic bread.

Good food, tapas and typical snacks, maybe they could improve the way the girls treat us a little, for my taste they lack a little “empathy” with the customers, maybe a smile would be nice 😉

A good place for a snack, lunch, or dinner. The dishes and sandwiches are quite good, as are the tapas (the hummus is especially well made and presented).

Toxic Brain

We went for tapas and ordered some fried squid, broken eggs with ham, and chicken tenders. The food itself was just okay, nothing special, which disappointed me a bit since I knew it had very good reviews, and perhaps I was expecting something more, although it wasn't bad. The price for these three tapas, two draft beers, and a cortado came to almost €29, a reasonable price. That said, it's essential, at least on weekends, to make a reservation, as it was packed. The service was adequate, but you had to be constantly checking if the waiters were looking at you to get their attention, as there were only two, and they were quite busy. Even so, the service was polite and relatively quick. Would I recommend going back? Perhaps I'd try it again in a different context, like for lunch, to see how it is, but for a casual lunch or dinner, I don't think so. P.S. I should add that the cortado was especially delicious, and that's not something that's usually highlighted, but it was :)

A very good place with an excellent menu. And also with a wide selection of snacks. The Doble Turia beer deserves special mention; it's very good. Highly recommended.

El ambiente bueno, pero han tardado 35 min en tomarnos comanda y cuando la han servido fría... Sin comentar que un sándwich mixto frío y duro es incomible. Adjunto el Sandwich mixto que se me ha servido.

It wasn't a good breakfast experience. Despite the name of the place, the ham left much to be desired. The tomato sandwich was soggy and tasteless, and the bread was over-toasted, so the bottom crumbled from the tomato while the top was too crispy and toasted—it was simply not enjoyable. The toast was the same. I wouldn't go back for breakfast or lunch.
