Love going to The Star's Location in Alton. The Place is Super Clean, The Food is Always Great, Always Well Prepared And Cooked. The Staff and Managers are Nice and Very Helpful. Love Listening to the Oldies while waiting for the food, Must Try the Salads, they Now Put them in this New Container, Super Compressed and Packed with More Flavor. Love the Classic and New stuff on the Menu, and Has a Great View of the Sunset.

Love this place, the staff is so nice and always making sure my order is correct. The food is really good and so are the prices. Vanilla shakes are my kids favorites. Happy hour on weekdays from 2p.m to 5p.m all drinks and slushies are half price.

The food is pretty delicious with a nice variety of things to choose from in reasonably priced I don't really have any bad things to say it hits the marks on what it aims for and I'll definitely be back for more

Food is okay. Kinda pricey. $6 for a burrito Supreme seems expensive but it reminds me of what my parents use to eat when I was a kid so I guess that's the price you gotta pay to be nostalgic about the good ol days.

Stars is starting to lose their quality :( They have changed their chicken strips, which were my absolute favorite thing! Instead of going to Whataburger, Cane's, or DQ for chicken strips, I would come to Stars because I loved their chicken and their gravy. The tenders have been changed to essentially chicken nuggets :( I ordered a large chili cheese tots and was expecting the usual container and portion. They changed that, too. :( It's such a shame Their service is wonderful, though!

Honestly it's rarely good sometimes, I was hoping the onion rings would smack but they just look and taste sad :( Everything else is not that bad but these are just not where it's at

Been waiting for 45 min and when they came out the only give me drinks and onions ring out off a 58$ order. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

Went tonight and ordered ultimate burger with no cheese, received a burger with double cheese, then I kindly asked for a substitute burger because I asked with no cheese. Received a burger with no veggies and plain and simple had no grilled onions neither jalapeños which a ultimate burger should come with it was not even close to a ultimate burger, cashier came and said he had to throw the other burger because of “policy” & to top it off got some stale fries that had been sitting there for atleast an hour. Horrible service & it’s shame I regularly come. Will not be returning, received to satisfaction whatsoever.

They're very stingy with Snickers ice cream. For the longest time I've always gotten their Oreo avalanche and I never had a complaint, its great. Nice layers of oreos, but with Snickers they cut corners, probably because it's more expensive for them. You have to pay extra to get the right amount, otherwise you just get 2 layers of snicker crumbs and mostly vanilla ice cream.
