They made my food incorrectly twice, on three consecutive occasions. The Manager does not perform well, which explains why the employees do not perform well. The location is convenient but the service is not. Go somewhere else.

The staff here don’t care about food safety. They kept accidentally spraying chemicals from the cleaners into the French fries and they make the burgers with their bare hands. Worst Burger King in Texas!

Customer service is terrible. I placed a pick up order thru Burger Kings mobile app. The manager Rayna was very dismissive when I arrived and said (we didn’t receive it I don’t know what to tell you) I showed her I was at the correct location and had paid thru the mobile app but she offered no solution and basically just wanted me to leave. There were several other people at the location with similar issue. Also asked for a phone number I could contact the owner or company that owned the franchise and she would not provide one. Side note it happened to be my birthday and I was upset I literally left with no food after paying. Will be escalating this hopefully I can at least get a refund.

My order was not prepared when I arrived, it was said to be done at 12:10. I waited 17 minutes to recieve my order, just for every item to be wrong. Items I modified were not modified, I paid extra for items that were not added. Terrible customer service. Do better.

I love burger King, but this location was straight trash. Blonde lady gave me a bland lemonade that had no flavor or sugar, I asked for a 12 piece chicken finger and gave me only 8. Never coming back

Ordered very simple plain DOUBLE cheese burgers. They came with the patties sliding out of the burger and only 1 piece of cheese. Looked like they were made with hate. We also ordered a bag of ice and they gave us that first and we had to wait for food. So the ice started melting in the car. 0/10. HAD to give 1 star but deserves 0. Go to the burger king by Kroger. Way better.

Sat there yesterday in line 20 minutes for the lady manager to mess up on my order twice..First I made my order what I wanted on the burger with cheese. We'll when I got the burgers they were both wrong,so they re did the burgers and still came out wrong didn't even get the cheese I payed for. And the Hispanic female manager working yesterday cuss me out when she was in the location in alvin next to krogers by 1462. I won't be eating any burger King locations in alvin anymore done. They all need retraining on customer service and directions.

Ordered an original chicken sandwich with cheese and this is what I got. Took us 8 minutes to get through the drive through, the order apparently wasn’t submitted when we ordered through the board, so we had to reorder at the window. Then we had to pull around to the front where we waited 22 minutes for our food.

This place has gone downhill recently. I used to love it, but not anymore. Look at the picture of my whopper with wilted lettuce and the bun is burnt. How do you burn something and then serve it to your customers??? I will now go to the other Burger King restaurant on the south side of Alvin from now on.

Got 2 original chicken sandwiches . Both of them cold and refried and just hard to eat. Being pregnant and craving a nice, hot, soft and fresh Original Chicken Sandwich and get this is so disappointing. And when you call to tell them about your order their phone is constantly busy . I never had an issue with this Burger King but now i don’t think I’ll even return .
