I'd like to point out that Domino's Pizza in Alzira delivered an incredible delivery to my house yesterday. We were in a country house, where the address wasn't shown, and I gave them directions, at night, with no illuminated road, and they arrived. A ten for the two delivery drivers who came to deliver the 9 pizzas and nuggets.

Good pizzas at good prices. Very fast service. For €7.25 per person (minimum 2 people), you can order as many pizzas as you like, and for €9.25, you can also choose from different types of dough and order toppings (chicken wings, camembitos, grilled potatoes, etc.). You can also refill your drinks as many times as you like.
De las mejores pizzas, es una lastima que esté tan lejos, si estuviera más tipo, plaza mayor y así Pues sería estupendo Pero buenas pizzas Eso si ojo pq cobran por lo más mínimo

Everything was great. The pizzas were delicious, and the truth is that if you order them with a thin crust, you'll feel super comfortable and you'll get a lot more. Having that type of crust makes it super good, so I'm giving it 5 stars on that score. But what I didn't like was that a guy answered several times as if he was "funny" and was very rude to us. But that's fine, everything else was perfect.
Very clean place, efficient service
Probably the best value for money Pizza company. Really great menu and wide choice of toppings. Very tasty pizzas. You are also able to split the pizza and choose two different flavours in the same pizza. starters are really good too. Their dessert section looked really nice but we were so full we didn't order anything. They home deliver if your in their area. Friendly staff.
The pizza and appetizers were delicious, and everything was thoroughly disinfected. Customer service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, it wasn't crowded, and the atmosphere was peaceful. We'll be back.

Dominos pizza, que se puede decir del Dominos pizza... Hoy hemos ido y hemos pedimos el menú de buffet premium (ese en el que entra los entrantes) y bueno, el servicio a sido un poco lento, aunque es comprensible porque estaba bastante lleno, las pizzas estaban bien, aunque tuvimos una sorpresa desagradable, un pelo en el borde de la pizza. Y los entrantes estaban genial en especial las alitas de pollo, aunque en esta ocasión también tuvimos otra sorpresa desagradable, pues en el plato había un pelo negro super grueso que era completamente indistinguible entre barba o cojones. Quitando de los incidentes capilares todo estaba rico. Pero no se si volveremos.
Friendly staff, but the pizzas could be better. And they don't mark them as ready for pickup on the app when they're not actually there. Compared to other Domino's restaurants, they have a lot of room for improvement.
My experience at Domino's Pizza in Alzira was a bit bittersweet. They offer dine-in service, which is appreciated. The waiter was very attentive, to be honest. The problem is the wait time. It took over 30 minutes to bring us two pizzas, which felt quite long. The tables are also very close together. If you get one, it's close to the counter and the entrance, and the constant hustle and bustle of people and delivery drivers coming and going is a bit annoying. It takes away your desire to enjoy your dinner with so many people around you while you eat. Overall, the food is average, but the atmosphere and table service could be improved significantly so the wait isn't so long and you can eat more peacefully.

We ordered the baby and lunch portions, which cost almost €10 each... There were four of us... We were full with the two family-size portions... We barely touched the two medium portions on the table because they don't let you take them away... Are they selling them by the slice??? I didn't like it...
El Servicio de reparto es muy efectivo , pero tengo que decir que en el Pedido de hoy sábado 7 de marzo . En. El Dominos de alzira , en la pizza de Cheesix encontré 2 pelos largos . Entiendo que un pelo se puede Encontrar pero ya dos pelos , Hay que mirar a quien le cae el pelo Por lo demás todo bien como siempre
15 minutos me dijo la chica y estaba vacío y lo entendí por el tiempo de cocción, esperé 45 minutos pero resulta que el pedidos llevan rato hecho pero pasan por encima de él y nadie me lo entregaba. Pocas ganas tienen
Pésimo servicio. Llevamos una hora y media esperando para que después nos traigan algo que no pedimos. Hasta se me quitó la hambre de comer. Horrible, muy horrible.
Very slow. We've been sitting here for an hour, even though we ordered before many other people, only to be brought something we didn't even order. Lots of laughs, but very little service.
I don't think I need to explain why I'm writing this negative review; this order was terrible. They couldn't be more stingy with the product.
The people on the phone taking orders don't know how to do their jobs. If you order for 8:45 PM, they think it's an hour later, 9:45 PM, and when you go to pick up your food, it's not ready, so you have to wait for nothing. This is the fourth time this has happened to me. They should take action against the staff. And I came from another town! From now on, I'll have to go to the competition for dinner because that's what everyone's asking for. It's not worth making a reservation or ordering delivery. The service is terrible.
I'm not going to lie, we went in to order just 3 but only my son and I wanted to eat. My friend didn't want to but the guy at the counter wanted to force us to turn off the phone and say you don't want to eat and he told me it's company policy. I never ever let this happen and the store was empty that's why people don't come to Domino's. I won't be back because of the guy's bad behavior and he let us go without saying anything that's why I give him a 1 and he doesn't deserve it either. I like Domino's and pizza.
We came to eat at a place that was freezing cold. We ordered drinks to cool down a bit, but they told us they wouldn't serve them. Instead of soda, we got dirty water, and the pizzas had more dough than toppings. I love eating there, but on this day, October 8, 2024, around 8:37 PM, we wasted our money and left very disappointed.
