We found this gem while staying overnight in Amarillo while traveling. The location is easy to find and access right off the highway. The staff were so friendly! Courtney was our server and did an excellent job!! Hunter was the manager and made a point to stop by and visit a while which made for a personable experience. Our food was delicious and we were so grateful for the clean, kind service while we dined.

We arrived about 8pm and we got right in. We were just traveling through and I had looked up restaurants in the area. Aspen Creek Grill had pretty good reviews, so thought we'd give it a try. It did not disappoint! Friendly faces as soon as we walked in with great personalities. Our server's name was Madi. She was AMAZING! Very attentive and informative and super friendly, but not overly. Since we are traveling we didn't want big meals so my husband got the club sandwich and I got fish tacos. They were both delicious, however we weren't able to eat it all. You will definitely get fed there!! If you stop in, ask for Madi, she'll take great care of you!

Awesome Food and Outstanding service. Kiana was amazing at keeping my drinks full and making sure my food tasted delicious. This was my first time here and I will definitely come back again. BRAVO / SPECTACULAR!! Returned on 11.30.2024 and was served by Christian. He recommended the Cajun White Fish and it was awesome. Returned again on 12.7.2024 and was served by Christian. Had the Aspen Bleau Sirloin and it was Spectacular. The combination of flavors were outstanding.

Sat at the bar; had great service from Brittany who was very friendly 😊. Got the steak and pow wow shrimp. Shootout to the cooks! My steak was cooked to a Perfect MR. The shrimp was also really good with the right amount of sauce. I was very surprised how good the food was to how affordable the prices were. I will definitely go back there 😊

First time here & it’s my new favorite place. We ordered the boneless bbq wings for appetizers & they were the juiciest ones we’ve ever had. We ordered the bacon chicken sandwich and it had a whole butterflied chicken breast on it! Huge! French fries were so crispy. I give it a 10/10. Highly recommended!

First time eating here , just traveling thru . We were glad we decided to try it. Restaurant was very , has a cozy feel to it. Our server was named Dutch, he did a great job, didn't try to rush us , helped with any questions we had before ordering. He was very friendly and checked on us often . Having a good server like that makes a big difference. The rolls were very good, side salads were great. We had fried mushrooms and fried pickles for the appetizer, which was very good. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, very tender and had a great taste! We look forward to coming back!!

Service was great. Food delicious. My first time there, so I don't know if this is the norm, but we were served 4 little pretzel bites with some queso. 2 in our party. I would have preferred chips or hot rolls. Had a lot of fun with my friend though. I will probably be back soon.

Enjoyed having a late lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. There was no wait and it was fairly quiet. Got the Mile high meatloaf, which was very tasty and well seasoned. It Could have used more gravy, but the portion was large and I ended up not eating all of the mashed potatoes anyway. I would for sure eat here again next time we are in town.

Food was tasty and the service was pretty good except for the small amount of people in the restaurant, I think my waitress should have been more available near my table. Mostly quiet atmosphere however some of the music not that great. Surprisingly I even had a cook or manager check on me shortly after the meal was served. A little pricey for the food. The chili is killer.

Outstanding service with a great menu selection. Steaks were perfectly cooked to desired temperature. From MD Rare to MD Well, the color was perfect. Unlike other big Texas steak houses, the steaks were actually tender & full of flavor. Fried pickles & wings were also delicious, as we're the salads, rolls & pasta. Definitely recommend over the local novelty steak joint.

Yes, I would recommend aspen creek grill. Their appetizer of: pow wow shrimp. I never liked shrimp but I do like this. If you like spicy stuff, you will like this. Lots of items they cook is good.

Service was good, and I got served quickly. The server was very nice and courteous. The atmosphere was good, except for the A/C was a bit too high. I know it's hot outside, but it was cold inside. 🥶 Now the food is another story. Don't get me wrong, but the cook used a lot of salt (season) on everything. The gravy was very salty (Both white and brown, yes, both were ordered). The steak was also very salty. It looked good but was salty. So the food looked good, but looks can be deceiving.

Used to be Aspen Creek regulars. The food was always great! We took a break for a while and then recently have came back. The last two visits the food was sub par. Poorly prepared, bland, not hot. Today was the last straw. Came in with a large group. All but one meal had issues. Most everyone’s food wasn’t even warm. The french fries for one person tasted like they were old and were chewy. Everyones mashed potatoes were cold and had huge chunks of potatoes in them. The gravy tasted strange. The chicken was cold. The waitress handed my daughter a burning hot plate and didnt warn her subsequently burning my daughter’s hand. Not even an apology. I guess the clue that things had changed here was the fact that they were dead at lunch time on Saturday. Sorry Aspen Creek but we wont be back
