They have great food and they're very friendly. It's considered a fast food retaurant, so don't expect the freaking red carpet to get rolled out for anyone. I come here at least once a week and the atmosphere is very chill.
The lobby and tables were absolutely spotless and clean. Our service representative was friendly and service was fast. The portion size was a little small but we’d stop here again.

I love Panda Express, and this visit was even better. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by a chorus of friendly voices welcoming me. That's how you create a loyal customer, by making them feel like you appreciate their business. Yes, I think the food is great. But the customer service is what really keeps me coming back. Big shout out to Anayah and the others working at 7pm on 7/11/18!
I've been to this loaction many times. The short girl working is the best part and all the staff does a good job. She's always so nice and does a great job. Got free drinks as I waited for veggies. food is good and looks freshly made. Again, major praise to the young lady working there.
Thos is in fact my favorite place to eat! The orange chicken with fried rice is my go-to but the new sizzling shrimp is really really good too!! Andddd of course the fortune cookies are always fun.. the staff isn't always the friendliest and some definitely ration you on the portions of chicken vs rice but I still go back!
My favorite place to eat! The food is so good. My favorite is the Beijing beef and the sweet and spicy chicken. The portions are large. The staff is always friendly and I like that you can taste it before you buy it I have eaten at 4 different locations in 2 Amarillo, 1 Lubbock and 1 Midland and they always have a good service and great staff and the food is always awesome.
These people were so friendly. Loved our experience here. The staff was so kind. We walked in and out baby spat her passy out on the floor. Before I could reach down to pick it up, a Panda Express employee came out of no where picked it up and offered to wash it. How kind is that?! Thank you!

2/3/24 When I walked in I was thrown off, in a good way, this was the friendliest and most professional fast food experience I've ever had. Not just the person taking the order but the whole crew was amazing and gave a welcoming vibe. Honestly felt like it was a crew from a panda express training video, just the perfect example of a model store. Food is pretty much what you expect.
The young man at the counter was very kind and friendly; he served us and cashed us out. We were the only ones in line so we got through quickly. The serving station was full and orderly. Our food was hot, fresh and very delicious. My only complaint is that the lo mein noodles were chopped up into tiny little pieces, so it made the noodles hard to eat with a fork, but still very tasty. The dining room was clean and tidy. Just a few tables needed attention but we were in just after lunch time. The drink station was clean and organized. The women's restroom was very clean and stocked well with paper products. I did notice there wasn't a baby changing station. I'm assuming the men's room didn't have one either but the condition of the men's room is unknown as we didn't use it. We'd be happy to choose this location for a meal again!

I love this place, if you want some quick Chinese food then this is the place to go. I ordered online and then five minutes later as I was making my way to the locationz it was ready. Hot fresh and delicious, this is the best way to go for a quick Chinese food fix. The staff is always smiling and you can tell by the vibe that is the best way of getting Chinese food without having to go to a sit down restaurant.

Fast service fresh food and friendly employees our favorite is Beijing beef and orange chicken. I like the noodles my husband loves the fried rice. The spring rolls are great.
Went yesterday and ordered the Broccoli Beef bowl with chow mein. The worker attending me Demarion was very kind through the drive thru speaker and when giving me my order! The food was fresh, and honestly it’s made better at this location than Coulter.
Very friendly. They gave us everything we asked for and did it with a smile. Love that they asked me if I had any allergies because the Kung Pao Chicken has nuts.

Usually don’t write a review for anything but feel this is absolutely earned. Had a not so good experience the last time I came here. Just an order gone wrong. Not that big of a deal. But I have COMPLETELY forgotten all about that now that I came back. The sweetest girl helped me today. Her name was Alyssa and she was so kind and her communication was so gracefully delivered. I come here every two weeks usually so I hope I get her when I come back! Great service! Hope her managers know what they have!
The food was hot and delicious. Exceptional service from guy who took care of our order and assisted us with couple small things. Also, the cleanliness of the restaurant was equally impressive. It is clear that staff takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for their customers.
I came right at close. But Sam at the window was so friendly and helpful! She helped me figure out what to order because I'd never been here before. I got Terriyaki, Chow Mein, and Some Other Dish Sam had recommended. It was just Fantastic!!! Even right at closing time Sam gave me a wonderful dining experience!!! I'll Be back!!! Sam deserves a good raise!!!
04/27/22 - As a first time customer with Panda Express, I was tentatively optimistic. I shouldn't have been. The food was absolutely oustanding. We ordered the Family special and got the Beijing Beef, Mushroom Chicken, Fried Rice and Sesame Chicken. And while EVERYTHING was delicious, the Sesame Chicken and the Being Beef were absolutely tops! And, the prices were very reasonable, especially in light of the portions. We will definitely be ordering from here again! VERDICT: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great place for fast food during lunch or dinner.. The word "fast" says it all.. Typical wait time not over 10 minutes depending on what you order.. Nice setting ..plenty of room for all.. Always nice to see smiling faces😁 when your having one of those not so sunshiny days

They finally had egg rolls!! The wait was a bit long after ordering. They were busy but drive thru only. Beef & broccoli no that much beef pieces. Fresh food, staff nice but pricey for wait.
Their chicken entrees taste good most of the time but they never taste good the day after. The chicken pieces include fatty and non chewable. The sauces are great. Kung Pao chicken is usually really good plus the Orange chicken.
Every time we go here there seems to be some type of leak or something wrong with the AC. But the food has been better lately for sure! It seems through the pandemic and post pandemic the food at Panda really started lacking, dry, more veggies than meat. But today it was better. Maybe they are making some recovery. Service was good today. The girl behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. That makes such a big difference in a dining experience, even for fast food.

The people in this store a very friendly an seem to be hard working but we have experienced under done walnut shrimp several times and he chow main and teriyaki chicken has no flavor. Please work on these things this Panda Express is closer to me then the other one.
No dine in, one 2 oz packet of soy sauce and the pepper chicken was great what there was of it. Measly portions and being cheap with the condiments is not the usual experience with Panda Express.... somebody needs training maybe?

Service and atmosphere was great. Food is decent. Disappointed in the cream cheese Rangoon though. They were very dry and flavorless. Wouldn't recommend those. Walnut shrimp is pretty good. Its ok for when you want quick Chinese food.
Another location disappoints. Ordered a bigger plate, and they didn't include the 3rd entrée, waited for the teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken, except they gave me 2 orders of teriyaki instead. Then they gave my second order of crab rangoons to the people behind me and forgot to replace it. When I asked for my second order, they had just given the last ones away, and I had to wait for that as well. Thanks for wasting my time and for the lack of good service. Maybe work on improving employee memory? At the bare minimum, they did fix everything after we had to remind them. Ridiculous.
Like many restaurants Panda Express has chosen to increase prices while reducing portions and quality. To make things worse the employees are very apathetic. This formula of paying more and getting less isn't working so well I doubt if I will be back.
Place has pretty good food, but they have a bad habit of putting dine in orders into to-go boxes. It seems like a small complaint, but there is not a single restraunt in amarillo that would have you sit down at one of their tables and eat out of a to go box.
The food is always good though the only thing that keeps me from not wanting to come back is the rude staff I go through the drive thru every time and every time the staff have some sort of attitude for some reason. Also I know it's petty but how hard is it to give me the straw with my drink instead of saying it's in the bag when it's not?
Food is meh, my real complaint is constantly asking if I want to donate or round up my change. Makes me not even want to go there for food. If I wanted to donate I'd say so. Tried it again and its hot garbage
8/16/25 fried rice is terrible idk who cooked it or what they did but no good
I went recently and got a simple bowl and orange chicken. And when I got it I was so disappointed the rice was literally like a block and cold the orange chicken was good it just killed my mood had to many bad experiences in the past which involved losing money and all they did was say sorry and gave me a 30% discount coupons. Gave it a 2 start because I really did like the orange chicken
After being asked to donate my change to a charity I stated no I donate on my own terms the cashier repeat my asked me again and again to the point where my children in the car and I all felt pressured that our food wouldn’t be right if I continued to say NO.Panda is a Billion dollar franchise Donate to your own charity with your funds! Leave single moms with children out of the equation! I run a charity and I donate to many but I don’t give billion or million dollar franchises extra to help them donate!
I think today was my last time to eat at this location. For the last 2 visits I was asked to pull up or park in the drive thru, waited over 25-30 minutes for my food both times, but today, I didn't even get everything in my order. I trusted everything was there and didnt check every container and drove 15 miles home to find my bigger plate only had 2 entrees instead of 3 like it was supposed to. I'm tired of paying for food I don't get, especially after they had 25 minutes to make sure my order was right.
No sweet fire chicken - or at least it takes 15 minutes+ to get it. Orange chicken was hard and overcooked. Drive through worker was nice and super apologetic though about the lack of sweet fire chicken. Probably might give them another try.
Once a great place to eat. Now everything is dirty. The bathroom wasn’t clean, had no towels, and the toilet was plugged with old mess and toilet paper. The staff looks like they hate their job. They only say “Thank you” in a zombie monotone when someone rings the stupid bell for giving of their extra money to support a cause that’s supposed to be important. The food is okay, but from the unclean state of the building, I’m not sure the very few employees they have staffed are making sure to wash properly. Not to mention the state of the building in disrepair with lights gone on the sign or missing letters. Where’s the pride in your store and service and product?
If was rating it solely on the food I would have Givin a 4 cause the egg rolls were burnt however I'm not rating on just the food as soon as we walked in my 5 year old said he had to go potty tried to take him but the bathrooms were locked asked why and they told us that they were closed to the public. So as we ate our food of course we were looking around only to see that most the employees were handling food without gloves kept play with their hair then would go back to handling food and 2 of the girls were waring gloves but watched them go to the bathroom with their gloves on and come back out with gloves still on and go right back to handling food without changing their gloves We enjoy panda but it definitely makes us wonder if we want to go back after seeing all that
I called 5 times no answer. But was missing my honey walnut shrimp in my order. And was charged for, hoping yall can make it right. After I have already checked in hotel and having to drive back.
Your food is delicious, but the water used to mix the drinks has a very unpleasant taste. Please consider installing good water filters, because the taste of the beverages is really bad.
They always take such a long time! Even if there is no cars in the drive up the wait time is over 20 minutes. Then they ask what sauces and plates you need and don’t even give you anything why ask.
I placed a mobile order here two weeks ago and it provided me with an estimated pick up time (roughly 15-20 minutes after placing the order). I arrived at the location about 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready; it was not. I waited about 20 minutes until they finally had my order ready...making it roughly 45 minutes after I placed my order before I received my food. Fast forward two weeks to yesterday evening... I ordered the bigger plate with super greens, kung pao chicken, and (my favorite) black pepper angus steak. The latter requires an upcharge of $1.50. When I returned home with my order, I found that the scoop of black pepper angus steak was MOSTLY VEGGIES...there were literally TWO PIECES OF STEAK!!! So, not only did I pay extra, I paid for a whole bunch of vegetables, and hardly any meat. I have never had this problem before...but when a restaurant charges me extra for certain items, and then doesn't give me a sufficient amount of the ingredient that I purchase that premium item for...i am not happy and unlikely to return. This makes two issues in two weeks at this location. Let's get it together, Panda!
Ordered food at 5:00 for a 6:30 pick up. When we got there we were told it would be 10 minutes for the rice and chow mein. 25 minutes later we still didn't have our food. They kept taking new orders in front of ours. When we finally got our food everything but the rice was cold. I know they were busy but they should have waited to make our meals till everything was ready.
Drive-thru is a joke They take as many orders as they can and just keep having people pull forward so no one spends to much time on their drive-thru timer. There were 3 or 4 cards ahead of me waiting on food. I was told to pull around and park in the parking lot. Got food with no sauce (if you were served at the window you could ask for sauce) and they forgot part of our order. I asked to see a manager but the manager was on vacation.
I didn't eat any but Linda and granddaughter sait an old left out tv dinner would have been better. I looked at the serving staton and everything on it looked pretty old. I wasn't about to get anything from it. Definitely wouldn't go back.
If you guys hate working at Panda Express then quit! It's too bad we waited for more than 30 minutes wile you guys continue to ignore us! Do you have any business working with food service with that attitude!? Not to mention I see a health violation with a worker placing his personal drinking cup on the steam table ....you guys literally fail ....on the other hand only El Paso , Midland , Lubbock , San Antonio , Houston and Dallas has the best Panda Express
Walk-in. Standing waiting to be acknowledged and it didn’t happen. Understand doing take-out and window but a ‘we will be with you in a minute’ would’ve been nice. Nope. Other young lady wandering… Nothing…We left.
Made us wait 25 minutes to get wontons and all our food was cold while they gave what I ordered to someone else. Then other employees eating in lobby go back into the line never washed hands ✋️ disgusting.
If you want a long wait even with an online order and to be ignored by staff, come to this location.
I wish I could give this place no stars. We’ve had our orders messed up over and over again, we’re given a certificate to come back for free, and was given attitude by their staff every time. Terrible customer service and terrible staff all around. It seems that no one was trained properly and if there is ever an issue, it’s always the customers fault. I’ll never come back here again, and I suggest you take your business elsewhere, where you will be respected by the staff.
I visited the drive through on May 7 at this particular location and was asked not once, but TWICE, by my cashier (Jessica P.) if I wanted to make a "Panda Cares Donation". Both times I politely declined saying no thank you as I had already balanced my check leger with the original amount and did not want to fuss with changing it. So the next day comes and as I'm checking my bank by phone app I noticed my Panda transaction had been approved for a larger amount than I had balanced into my check book. After fishing out my original reciept, come to find out she went ahead and added the donation anyway despite my objection. That is THEFT. BAD business Panda! I hope that your corporate office agrees that the $.82 cents you helped yourself to was worth a negative review and the loss of a customer.
They handed me my order when I went to pick it up and the entire togo bag and my order was covered with sauce. If someone buys an extra entree that has sauce drenched all over it, please for the love of God put that tiny box in a separate bag.
Was just at their drive thru and had the worst experience ever. The guy attending me was DeMarion B. He was super rude, slammed the drive thru window on us every time we wound try to ask him a question and would ignore us. Took him over 15 mins to get our food when we asked for sauces he said they were out of them and once again slammed the window and walked away.
I was disappointed and upset with Panda Express. First your menu shows a list of entrees but doesn't say there is a premium price for certain entrees just a price by the plate and amount of the plate. So of course the stuff that looked good was n additional 1.25...and everything I wanted was an additional 1.25. So a bigger plate listed at 10.50 was bumped up to 14.25, add the drinks and another charge and I'm paying 41 plus for a family meal. At that price I could have went to a steak house and felt like I got a deal. Second, the fried rice was dry, no sauce or seasoning in the world could have saved it. And third, diet coke as the only diet drink is just plain sad, diet coke to me is what I image lacking wet pavement would taste like. The unsweet Tea however was one point. Overall I'm not coming here again. At prices and a selection like this, just pass and go to a steakhouse or settle for a gas station meal.
Went to the location on Georgia today at 12:20 in the afternoon. I always check my food when stopping here because they never impress me. It's always something, well today once I opened my box of food there was a hair right next to the orange chicken. I yold the lady I didn't want it because of that, she looks at me and says we wear hair nets. Apparently not if there is hair in my food, I parked and went in because this is not acceptable, no apology nothing. When I went inside., None of them had on hair nets, so she lied. This place will never get my business, next stop is the health department
I haven't ate at a Panda Express in maybe a year...since when did you stop giving samples. I wanted to try the new spicy shrimp and the guy told me I could sample it after I bought it, like totally a smart Alec response!!! SUPER RUDE!!! He told me due to covid protocol blah blah blah...covid has been over and I have been to Panda since then and NEVER HAVE I EVER been treated so rude in one before now. I bought what I know I like bit I wanted to try something different. I said if I buy it and don't like it will you switch to something different and he said NO!!! I will NEVER go to this location EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THAT PUNK!!!!
Absolutely horrible had to wait for 15minutes for the food to be cooked, while I waited had to listen to the manager walk around complaining about employees calling in sick and then they have bathroom doors locked and I asked the manager if she could open the bathroom so I can wash my hands before I eat and she tells me no so I asked if she atleast had germx or a hand cleaner and she said no so i told her that's a health hazard not allowing customers to wash their hands and I get told to go one to of the restaurants on either side of them but not gonnan happen here! So I pay 20$ for a meal had to wait for it be made cause employees were to busy talking and complaining back and forth to the manager about people calling into work instead of cooking and get told to go to another business to use the bathroom Definitely won't be back!
This is an understatement for this Panda Express. Walking in close to closing I asked if I can still order food the gentleman said yes he said our kitchen is closed this is what we have left I said no big deal I'll go ahead take the little Chow Maine There was Orange chicken supposedly be on chicken the gentleman then went and said oh we're going to have to charge you extra there was not even enough on The line to even give me a full order Cannot believe this gentleman had the nerve to actually expect somebody to pay extra for not even having a full menu I would highly recommend going to any other restaurant then this panda Based on their knowledge on how to take care of a customer obviously this is a negative star the gentleman who actually had the conversation with me needs to be taught how to treat people bette
I hate that even when they mess up my food I can’t even call them to get it fixed! It shows how much they care about there customers when there phone just says no on can pick up the phone and then hangs up. I got a plate and instead of giving me what I ordered they just gave me all orange chicken. Also the lady in the drive thru was so rude to my friend and I. Terrible customer service. She just shoved our bag of WRONG FOOD in our face then slammed the window.
I went here and ordered their biggest plate. They have with 3 entrees and a Side. I asked for soy sauce and sweet-and-sour sauce. And when I got home, there was just one tiny packet of each inside the bag. Really???
I ordered the black pepper steak and waited for it. I get home and see I was given 3 pieces of steak and 5 mushrooms. The rice is very bland as well. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Will not be coming back.
Have been to the Georgia and Dunavin location twice in the last couple of weeks and have been VERY disappointed. First time we went through the drive thru and were asked if we wanted to know if we “wanted to know what was left in the kitchen” it was 8:30 and they closed at 9:00. Really?! Second time we went through the drive thru we let them know we would have a big order and we’re met with a very sarcastic “lovely!” from the Panda Express worker Brylee.. REALLY?! That is not good customer service. We left the drive thru both times without food. Sad that this location has such terrible customer service. We will not be back.
Disgusting. Orange chicken was dry, crunchy, and too tangy, tasted like battery acid in my mouth. the water tasted like filtered dirt. They refused to restock the tea and gave a sketchy refund on the drink. Not processing it in the machine and not giving back the receipt or tax I paid. And the service was also not the best.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. My husband went to this location today. He bought our food and 3 additional egg rolls. The first one he bit into had a piece of plastic in it. Our 4 year old was going to eat this one and THANK GOD he didn’t as he probably would’ve choked. This is completely unacceptable and a hazard to customers. Panda Express has lost a customer for good and I will be posting this everywhere I can.

I ordered Orange chicken and I was about half way threw it and I found STEAL WOOL in my food. I was completely disgusted. I will NEVER eat there again. If you have a choice I’d eat at the one on Coulter. To bad My expirence made me not want to eat Panda Express ever again. I also got really sick with Salmonella Gastroenteritis and I had to miss 3 days of work.
The poor old person serving had difficulty performing her tasks. Bless her heart, she tried. There were a few scraps of meat in our orders but it was tasty. Our meal was cooked in sweet n sour sauce and afterwards we needed to wash our hands. The restrooms were locked so I asked a server for a possible key. The manager was standing behind her and stated the restrooms were for employees ONLY. I asked if he was kidding and he said that was company policy. That was the last time I’ll ever go there.
Cold burnt food i ordered mushroom chicken and like another review it should be called mushroom chicken the sauce is xtra or should be in a bowl. Not in the Bag. N wants the point of special instructions they'll just read better next time.. i want a refund pls..
I tasted Panda many locations, but this location was the worst one I ever had. Food is not taste and portions are not enough. Manager Anna was very rude person I heard her conversation with another customer he was telling her he waited for chicken teriyaki because it was not ready and his other food on the counter more than 10 minutes so they are cold now and Anna said there is a heater they are not cold but the food was on the counter not under the heater. So when customer said his right and food cold because not under the heater she said very mean way you can just leave or you can take it that's it.😡 He was a good person just take the food and leave with out saying nothing...
Overall it felt like they were understaffed and catering to drive thru only. We ended up waiting to order for 7 minutes at the counter while they filled drive thru orders in front of us. Also the air conditioning was out which means the restaurant felt like it was about 85 degrees inside. Another issue with the store was all of the booth tables were dirty and there was paper towels in the women's bathroom. Finally, thru couldn't give us a glass of water because their fountain machine didn't have a water only output. Normally we like Panda Express but I don't think we'll stop at this restaurant again.
Went today at 8:20pm. Panda Express doesn’t close till 9:30pm. When I was about to place my order, the lady (rudely.) said would you like to know what we have left first before you order, our kitchen is closed. They only had 4 options of entrees left and didn’t have enough servings to complete my order even when choosing from the 4. I get maybe closing the kitchen at 9. But not an hour before you close.
Ordered broccoli and beef. The server scraped the 4 pieces of broccoli with 2 pieces of meat from the dish in the hot case. I said I would wait for fresh and was told it would be 7 minutes. After 15 minutes I went up to the counter and was told the broccoli was getting done. I asked for my money back and left. Never going back to that one again on Georgia.
They wouldn’t cook my super greens when I pulled in at 9:48pm and mind you this was the drive thru not even inside because they close at 10:30pm so I get it everyone wants to go home but they told me the super greens takes 8min I said that’s fine. Time to pay they said the kitchen was closed and they weren’t making my super greens but had the nerve to offer me chow mien when I wanted the greens this was at 9:52pm at that point since I just got a bowl-.- they just refused to make the greens out of pure laziness. Very disappointing.
Diego didnt acknowledge me for over 5 minutes even though he was right in front of me and noone was on the line. he needs to work in the back of the store
Ordered broccoli beef, literally recieved 1 piece of meat and 5 scraps of meat. I bagged it up and plan on taking it back to them so they can see why I am so upset with my food. When I called to tell them of the disappointment of food I received, they only said "okay ill tell them." When I was about to ask what they were going to do to remedy the situation they hang up on me. Seriously very deeply disappointed with the food, and customer service. The food quality has steadily gone down hill. Don't plan on going back anytime soon
Coulter location doesn’t do online orders, apparently only the Georgia location. Arrived ready to pick up my Uber Eats order. When I got to the window they mentioned they weren’t doing online orders because I didn’t have a receipt. When I mentioned I had the receipt on my phone they still said “no, because they need a physical receipt for the store”. Well I’m sorry I don’t carry a portable printer in my car so I can leave you with a “physical receipt”. Really upset because when I asked, what was I supposed to do because I had already payed for my order ahead of time, they just ignored me. Had to drive off without my food. The odd thing is, when you get to the drive thru, the screen invites you to “order ahead”.
