They're food was excellent and sticky rice and shei lei sauce and fish sauce well just everything was awesome and they wait staff did great at their job!!

Love this place out of the big three, thai garden, thai house Bangkok, in East ridge or city this is by far the best great food great atmosphere and superb service and prices. always a treat.

We are blessed to have so much amazing international cuisine in Amarillo. While there are many spread about the town, the greatest concentration is along Amarillo Boulevard, aka Route 66. There you will find Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, Somalian, and more. And if you want to escape from there banalities of typical American cuisine, this is the place to do it. I had reason to venture to Amarillo’s north side to hit a Mexican fruiteria today, and then chose Thai Garden on the Boulevard for dinner. It is a very unassuming place, not among the highest class of Thai restaurants their government has subsidized through their gastro-tourism program the last two decades. But pretense does not always mean good food; I’d rather keep it simple and just have good food. Which is exactly what Thai Garden served. I went with the Yellow Curry, a hearty plateful of veggies and spicy coconut milk with a side of steamed rice. I was in heaven; I give the heat factor a rating of 2 out of 5, enough to get my attention, but not enough to have me sweating or crying. It was just right. I took the time to look around, and as per my usual assessment when dining at International restaurants, I wanted to see how I fit into the crowd. To my liking, I was the only white guy in the place, which is a good sign. It means that this is no corporate chain with faux food, but rather a place that has a loyal following among its own people. Better yet, this is on the Mother Road, and restaurants like this represent the future of the road. I give Thai Garden two thumbs up, and shall promote among the many Route 66 travelers I know who journey across this road each year.

My only regret is that I couldn't order everything twice. The next time I'm in Amarillo I'm going to eat like a king here.

Top notch! The food was fresh and well-prepared. The servings were enormous, and the service was prompt and courteous. They made me feel welcome. I will be making a habit of eating here! Oh, added bonus: NO CANOLA OIL POISONING! You can eat here and KEEP your breasts and prostate gland.

I have a very picky eater with a special diet and this food is deli cious,cost friendly,healthy hot.

I got the beef fried rice, the portion size was enough to have it for dinner, it was super tasty. Only parp that suck is that its kinda far from my job but super good.

The food was very tasty. A bit of a wait, but I didn't mind considering how busy they were at the time. The Krapao was delishish and even came topped with a fried egg, and my wife, who usually goes vegetarian, got the chicken wings with sticky rice and absolutely demolished it. I'll be back to try more dishes for sure.

First time ordering from this place. Overall it was ok. I've enjoyed Bangkok way more. The seafood soup was good, but I wasn't a big fan of the dancing shrimp. I felt like it had a sweet and sour taste to it. The combination fried rice.was.a.bot greasy for my taste too.

Seems like everything here has an orange/yellow sauce on it. Ordered the combo Ladna, forgot to give me the entire order. Had to go back to get the rest. The paid Thai was a yellow/orange color with not much taste to it. The ladna noodle was stir fried with the same pad Thai sauce so I’m not sure what to make of this restaurant. I just gave it to the neighbors to eat and ordered from Super Bowl noodle. I wanted to support what seems like 100 asian restaurants in Amarillo but not anymore.

We love this place so much that's why we drive all the way across town just to get take out but it would be nice that when you asked for extra meat and vegetables, you got extra meat and vegetables and if that was extra meat and vegetables I still feel like it was not worth the price and not worth the travel hopefully next time it will be better because we really do enjoy the food.

More attention and focus is given to call-in orders than the people inside the restaurant. Better off going to a place that wants your business.

Update: The food is usually alright. I usually get drive thru pick up. The window employee adjusted the price to suit her own tip and did not give change. What's most disappointing is that my 9 yr old daughter saved up her own money to get food from there. We will not be back!

My cheese wontons were so little with like half spoon of cheese... Only reason I gave them 1 star is because the girl attending was nice.

It's one of those places that makes you wonder if you're going to be ok later that night, or if you'll be in the bathroom most of the night! There's people going in and out of the kitchen who probably don't even work there. Just if you want Thai go somewhere unless you like to gamble.

So I called in a order and it was around 9:46. They didn't tell me they were going to be closing soon or anything like that yet there sign when I got there said they didn't close until 11:30. Like their sign was literally still lit up saying they didn't close until 11:30. I pulled up the park to go in and pick up my order and the doors were closed. I called and I was told that I needed to go to drive through because they were closed yet the sign was still on... Well trying to argue with the person on the phone that hey nobody told me that y'all were closing and all that the person decided to hang up with me and due to the fact that I then had to get behind a vehicle that pulled in after I had parked on the drive to window they didn't want to give me a discount considering that at the window it says there is a 3% charge for debit card charges which is not advertised on their site. So I was asking for discount considering that I was not tall that the restaurant was closing and I had gotten hung up on. Not a place that I would ever recommend to go to. I would just that you go to Thai arawan before even considering going to this POS

This place is the worst place you can order take out. They would say about 15-20min, I waited for 30min before I leave my house come out here still have to wait for more than 30min. This place doesn't care about people taking out all the care about is people eating in because people that come in and eat after I order my food the would get there food before me.

The girl who took my phone order kept laughing and you could hear her chewing food while talking to me. I had to repeat my order 3 times. If all the other places weren't closed I wouldn't have gone there.

Not only they were trying to get more money out of me for me getting too small fried Rice's which are $10 each and charging me $26 for two small fried Rice's and when I asked why it was 26 and not the usual $22 that I pay she then got very angry with me and kicked me out the store and yes I was very irritated when I showed up and they said that they didn't even have my order when I recited them their phone number she said she didn't even know the phone number to your own store which caused me to get very irritated and I walked off. I greatly do not recommend this place if you want some good food that's for almost the exact same price you should just go down the street to the Thai House never again will I be eating at this Thai Garden restaurant The Worst by far experience I've had with them and I've already had run-ins with them for charging me more than what they should have they supposedly said it was another staff member but when I confronted the staff member that was working today about it she got confrontational.
