I have never had an issue at this location until today. They were quick to fix one of my orders that I realized was wrong before i got to far. I didnt realize the 2nd bowl I had was wrong also until I got home. I didnt want to go back for the 2nd time to get it corrected. Hopefully they start paying attention to substitutes and add ons.

The açaí bowls and smoothies here are the most delicious and healthy I have had. They have a wide menu variety as well as supplements you can add to your açaí bowl or smoothie. I also recommend people to try their avocado toast selection, it is very tasty. Our favorite restaurant in town!

We got the all American acai bowl and the green gator smoothie that was recommended to us by the staff. The service was good and so was our bowl and smoothie. Look forward to trying the other menu items.

The service and atmosphere are without a doubt the best in town. I have been a usual customer for almost a year and have gotten to know most of the girls. My favorite workers are Ashton, Shelby, Kayzlee, Kyrsten, and Everley. And I guess Payton.

Of course I love the bowls, they are so refreshing and my daughters love to go every weekend. It's a very special place to spend quality time with my girls. The front desk girl ashton in specific was really nice and she was very patience with my daughter who has a high allergy issue, it's very hard watching people have short patience with my daughter due to her allergy, so the girl at the front being patience with her really makes me appreciative and I really am grateful the other girl employee were so kind as well !

A nice oasis of health in Amarillo, TX. For the price, bowls are rather small but I’m also used to large açaí bowls from Los Angeles. Also, the toast is pricey for just one slice of toast. Overall, The Açaí Bar caters to a niche group of health conscious eaters, but for those used to having plenty of options for açaí bowls, be prepared to pay more for less than you’re used to.

I was a little harsh on the quality and variety that this shop offers, but I realize that’s because I come from a city that has many açaí options. My only complaint with this store is the massive number of ingredients in each item; at most shops, their bowls and smoothies have about half the number of ingredients. Also, the atmosphere feels a lot cheaper than most shops. This is the kind of place you grab a bowl to-go after yoga class, not sit down and converse with a friend over a morning bowl. That’s ok though.

Terrible. Ordered a nutter butter SHAKE no blueberries extra banana got whatever this is. It pretty much all blueberries little banna and not a shake. When tried to bring it up to the lady she wanted to argue and ask me if I'm sure that I ordered what I want; when I said it twice and it still came out wrong. Watched them messed up 3 other orders and argue while there. I changed from one star to 4 while this experience was still terrible mostly due to the argument and attitude of the girls that day.. i have gone back and have gotten what I ordered correctly each time, and the shakes have been delicious.

Expensive, terrible service. Employee was lazy and didnt blend all the way through. Got a mouthful full of protein powder. Paid $15 for a bowl

Not fresh, everything is prepared in advance, and in the freezer they only put a few fruits. Also, I ordered ice cream with a lot of fruits and peanut butter. I only got tasteless ice cream with dark chocolate, as if it were rocks.👎🏻

Ordered nutter buddy online last night paid for extra peanut butter and wasn’t put on. Decided to order another one today but went to location this time. Asked cashier/manager Zoe how it worked when ordered extra because it’s only on top and this where it usually is. She said she puts in the middle and on top. So when I got home I didn’t have extra peanut butter but yet got charged again. The problem was that when I called they argued that it was on bottom when I’m clearly looking at it and it isn’t.when I told her if I take it up there and it isn’t there how ya gonna make it right all she said was I refunded it and it should be in your card in 3 days. Wasn’t friendly at all. At that I tipped her I should have got tip back as well

I enjoy acai bar very much but after a visit at the gym with a friend we were really looking forward to a bowl, our bowl came out completely frozen in clumps and completely flavorless. Very disappointed definitely recommend the other location! I will say the workers were really nice but the bowl was not good!
