This is the second time I've eaten Chipotle. My kids and boyfriend have never had it. The food was good and the service was fast. The eating area was messy, and most tables were dirty. I got the bowl, and my kids & boyfriend got Burritos 🌯 We had so much food. They packed those burritos with a lot. We could of ordered only 2 bowls or burritos an all four of us could have eaten an probably still had leftovers. I'd eat here again for sure.

Update: while we have had some amazing meals from here and a really kind manager one time gave my chihuahua a free sample, overall, their chipotle lane pick up window is horrible. Every time we have tried it, we pull up, no one in line and they are right by the window just ignoring you… I’ve had it take upwards of 5 mins while I just sat at the window, workers right there even on their phones, no greeting, no “hey it’s gonna be a minute” nothing… it’s rude. I wonder why they even have the pick up window if they barely service it? While the food has been good here, we may just try a different location. This location can be hit or miss but I wanted to give an amazing review for the experience I had tonight. Take out was ready at the stated time and the associate was so nice! She offered my Chihuahua a sample of chicken & was just such a kind person! You don’t see customer service like this anymore and I hope she can get a huge shout out! She had a shy guy tattoo and was working this evening 7/26 around 7:30 pm! Not to mention my meal was amazing!!! Thank you Amherst chipotle!!

Placed a pick up order for a pretty loaded bowl and when I got home it was rice, beans, and guacamole. It looked disgusting. Plus dude at the pick up window was rude because I was 3 mins early for my pick up. Then it was a pain to get a refund. Which they wouldn’t even give me. Tried to give me a bogo coupon and I had to haggle with the guy just to get a free entree coupon.

My husband called the restaurant and no one answered so he sent an email. We received 2 free burrito coupons, which kinda useless because burritos are one of the only things we don't order and we probably won't order again. Here were the issues we had, the biggest being the first I'm going to mention: only 2 tiny pieces of chicken on each of my daughter's tacos, missing the side of rice for my other daughters quesadilla, chips were nothing but salt (I know Chipotle chips are salty, these were SALTY) and half of my fajita veggies were burnt while the other half was still raw.

This Chipotle is always hit or miss on the quality of their food. Sometimes it's really good but lately more bad. Our online orders have been wrong more than they have been right. Always missing something! Now they don't have lids and use aluminum foil to cover the bowls. I never get a notification when I order from the app when my order is ready from this location.

I'll let the picture speak for itself. This was absolutely ridiculous. And charging me for something that is literally half the size of a regular sized burrito, is more ridiculous. Even my boyfriend (who used to work at chipotle) said that this isn't standard standard. And if standards changed to this, shame on you.

I went to this chipotle recently and the manager and cashier were very rude & got in my face and another ladies. All because my food wasn’t bagged properly and i asked them to remake it as it fell out.

They have me food poisoning 2 weeks ago... me and my husband. Do not go here... there's definitely something wrong here.They're either improperly storing their food.There is something wrong with their refrigerators and coolers, or they have had food sitting that has been expired and still cooking it. I'm literally never eating chipotle again.Just because of this

This place is a joke. There is no consistency with the quality of food. One time it will be delicious next time it's garbage. Ordered food for the Chipolane on 3/4. Rice is extremely undercooked, barely any chicken or lettuce.

This is ridiculous! One of the worst Chipotle restaurants I’ve ever seen. The staff is so rude, there were two women one with some blue green colored hair and other was young black lady with glasses. They were really rude and I don’t know what hurry they were in as if they just wanted to finish the customer real fast. I understand there was a long queue but they were all waiting patiently. And these two women, the attitude they showed up! I mean you don’t treat your customers like that. They’re out of faijtas and then just slid the whole thing towards the billing table. They manager needs to take action on such employees and hire the one who are POLITE.

Restaurant is filthy. Look in the drink cooler and you will be repulsed! Despite seeing that during my last visit, my team at work requested lunch delivery so I ordered via the website. Over half of our order was missing. The Dash driver told us he asked at the restaurant and they girl at the counter said ever Was in the bag. Spent over $220….and received odd pieces parts of an order, we couldn’t be make a bowl. When I called customer service they offered a pittance of a refund….just awful! So 2 strikes… not going to give this store a 3rd chance.

Start checking your orders at the drive through and when picking up. This is now the 3rd time I paid for extra steak and have got 8 pieces, they forget to give drinks as well. If I wanted to eat rice sour cream corn and guacamole, I would have got a salad

Never give correct portions of food. I ordered extra chicken and my bowl had 12 pieces of chicken… I counted. I also ordered chips and queso and they forgot the queso. I know people say never to order online at chipotle but how hard can it be to just make things correctly

I would love for the owner of this establishment to reply and tell me why it is so hard for their employees to get orders correct. Order is wrong 95% of the time. It is almost laughable how much if a guarantee it is that this location will mess up your order.

Food was good quality they just skimp out on the ingredients for the burrito entirely. The chipotle in Norton is the only one I go to anymore because the other ones including this one rip you off. A 11$ burrito that is literally half the size of what other chipotles make them. Won't be back.

Definitely the last time I go to this Chipotle. After I'm in line and tell them what I want, which was a chicken bowl, they put my rice in the bowl and THEN they tell me they were out of pinto beans!! First of all, how do you run out of a food item in a restaurant?? If you're out of beans, you should post a sign, because what the hell is a bowl wothout beans?? You're supposed to let the customer know ahead of time that you're out of a food item before you start serving them. This isn't the first time that I've received bad service here. But it was the last! Also, after being a manager for over 40 years for a global company, what every manager needs to know is that your customers ARE EVERYTHING! In today's world, with so much competition, you need to be an EXCELLENT MANAGER.. AN EXCELLENT MANAGER WILL MAKE SURE THEY DON'T RUN OUT OF ANYTHING, PERIOD!! UNACCEPTABLE!

The wrong rice, no sour cream and the wrong beans. No fajita veggies like I ordered. My wife's was overloaded with sour cream and hot salsa which she didn't order. I paid 32.00 and Uber eats would only reimburse me 5.00. You can't get ahold of them, and when I called chipotle they said (through a bot) that they have no responsibility even though they created the issue. They don't care and I'm out 32.00. I may just ban them all together. They give you a link for chipotle and it's over once you tell them it was uber eats. (Even though the store made the problem) #nobody cares

If I was able to leave no stars I would have. My husband ordered a burrito and got a bowl, paid for the extra meat and there was no meat, wrong rice, no fajita veggies. When trying to contact the store they said through a bot they are not responsible even though they're the ones that made the order. My bowl was way overloaded with sour cream and a very hot salsa that I did not ask for and my mouth was on fire. Tried to go through the app and all they were able to credit him was $5. We are never ordering from this location again. They don't care what you get as long as they're getting paid.

This Chipotle is the WORST. Paid $15 for a burrito bowl, paid for guace, queso and extra rice and meet bc they skimp so bad. The bowl had NO guac, hardly any rice or meat. Horrible business. It’s always this way here.
