If you like fastfood with a twist, this is where to go! I ordered Chicken Fingers and loaded baked potato plus a Baconator with a cup of chili soup. Raspberry frostee for dessert! So filling! the staff here are very friendly too!

I love Wendy's. This particular location had the best apple, pecan, chicken salad. My husband loved his burger and baked potatoe. Served immediately by lovely, young woman.

We stopped for lunch, the Service came with a smile and a "Happy Dance"!! Great fun!! And as it so happened, we ended back there for supper! It was extremely busy! (out of the ordinary at 8 PM, I think it had something to do with the eclipse!) The people behind the counter did a great job!

Check ur bags when ordered through drive thru as any time we do when we get home we are always missing something. Usually the chicken tenders and sauce. But they do charge us for them. Also I won't order the big burgers anymore as they are always under cooked. Even when u tell them and they make fresh ones they too are under cooked.

Bathrooms were filthy. No grated cheese for my cheese potato.

The Baconator is delicious! Wendy's chilli is better than Tim Hortons, even though it's still fast food chilli.

The place is clean, and the food is okay. The staff however do not clarify orders and frequently get them wrong. When you try to get an order corrected it is met with hostility and angst.

The food was nice, but they misspelled my name, and I only got three chicken strips when I ordered them, I've been told since that there are multiple sizes, but they could've asked, not to mention that the 3 chicken strips cost more than my budget and drink combined.

This is the third time I got the crispy chicken sandwich and 2 out of 3 times is was small. This time I went to the counter and they exchanged it.

Service wasn't the best seeing how someone on the kitchen staff had to show the cashier someone was waiting to order, then she didn't ring in my frosty but at least I wasn't charged for it and the food was made as ordered for a change.

It was a pretty average Wendy's. The food and service were up to standard, nothing exceptional, nothing bad, just decent Wendy's fare.

Pretty consistent and on par with what I'd except from Wendy's, good staff. A good place to grab a quick bite.

No side salads, Caeser or garden. Fries burgers and chicken strips we're all cold. Soda machine was out of root beer. Had to keep my coat on inside because it was so cold. The only good things I can say are that my chili was nice and hot and the building looks nice inside.

It is a good place to eat and the staff there is usually amazing my biggest complaint is the prices and they could be lower especially with all the competition these days

Got JBC twice at the Amherst NS location, the meat was pink.Guessing they weren't trained properly, and where they don't eat meat,they don't care if the customer gets sick.It really turned me off from going there.I ended up throwing them away.I gave them a second chance,and that was it,and the bacon was horrible.I hope that no kids get sick over eating half cooked JBC's.

Drive-thru is always fast, parking lot is full a lot of the time. They share an entrance with the busiest Tim. Horton's in town.

Everytime I order there is something missing. Today there was no dipping sauce and the nuggets were so cold and shrivelled up they were inedible.

Had a Dave's single burger, took one bit and then I trashed the rest of burger.

I got old home style chicken and it was not fresh at all it was yellow next to the chicken in the batter not a good experience

The woman at the cash was working both the inside cash and the drive thru cash at supper time I asked if she was working both she said her manager was just talking with someone at the moment. Every time I go there the manager Priya is always yelling at the staff even when it’s crazy busy it seems extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I feel really bad for her staff and I feel like there would be a better time to discipline her staff rather than supper or lunch time.

Gone downhill in the last yr. Food sucks, screen broke for last while so can't ensure order, lights broke on menu for at least a month, so can't see what to order at night. Used to like Wendy's. I'll gladly pass now.

Service has gone out the window. More than once Ive placed mobile orders and the kitchen has always been quick to make it, but the staff working the front take 10 and 15 minutes to move the food from the island to the tray. Cold food just gets microwaved in the wrappers and it just ruins the whole experience that Im paying for. The negative highlights were short tempers, eye rolling, cold food, short staffed, and not washing hands after cleaning the floors, washing on top of tables and under them, changing garbage, then taking orders and serving food.

This place not ok. It's busy, but the soda machine is out of everything except diet coke. Staff was able to give us something else from the drive through, but we are here at 3 in the afternoon. Seems odd that everything is out.

Ordered 2 egg, sausage and cheese on tea biscuit. Both came with no egg. Took them back and asked for egg on both. Both sandwiches were too salty and on one of them the sausage was black, Burnt. Never ever will we ever frequent this Wendy ever again…if you’re smart, listen up and don’t go there. Worst experience ever.

Since they switched management, service has gone to hell. Orders wrong, food thrown together as if the employees don't care. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Prepare to be disappointed.

They always get your orders wrong and workspace is not sanitary, staff are rude and disrespectful, you're lucky if you get your food warm after 30 minutes of waiting in line. I paid $2.29 (money that I work hard for) just to get a burger with a piece of lettuce the size of a toonie. Yes I like their food but not enough for me to be getting my order messed up every time, this place is going down hill

Always check your food if you are brave enough to order from this location. When I arrived tonight just after 8 p.m., there was one table of 4 and a woman who had come in from the drive-thru. The woman from the drive-thru needed a missing burger from her order, the table of 4 had to return 2 of their burgers, ask staff repeatedly for drink cups, water and dressings for their salads. My baconator was completely RAW on the inside, which after looking at other reviews, isn't the first time this has happened here. The drive-thru and dining area were not busy and multiple staff were standing around goofing off (mostly just doing absolutely nothing, one staff member was wearing a paper bag on her head), one tall blond woman and the one male on staff tonight seemed to be the only ones actually being productive. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. As someone who has worked in food service for over a decade, I was baffled by what I saw tonight and I truly hope management/head office can help this location to be on par with the standard set by other Wendy's locations.
