A chilled, relaxed and enjoyable place for a quick drink or bite. In the shadow of the trees you can escape the humidity and heat with a cold drink. The local chickens might even pay a visit too.

Located inside a great park. Offers great family friendly service with free bouncy castle and a selection of toddler rides for €1. Food is nice and good value - more cafe style, great for lunch or a snack. Good selection of alcoholic drinks, serves fresh orange and good coffee. Children loved visiting for a complimentary lollipop and balloon after an icecream. Table service is efficient and staff speak good English and are very helpful.

Lovely bar with a very large terrace, situated just inside the gates of the beautiful Paloma Park. With lovely background music it a joyous place for a snack while taking in the breathtaking surroundings of the park. Definitely a place to stop while you are here

There’s also a children area around the other end of the building who we cdnt hear from our side it was peaceful

We tried going to the other bar ( Europa) in the park and it is the slowest service ever. Here, we sat and within a few minutes we were greeted. Service was ( and always is) lovely. Our group ad beer, snacks and coffee while the kids played. We are regular customers. It can get crowded on sunny days.

Auditorium bar is s must in the park La Paloma which is considered one of the most beautiful and elegant in Europe. However sitting inside you feel like in the forest. Some decades ago the bar started with planting huge trees. Now they give natural shade for visitors of the bar. Here there are snacks, tapas, coffee,drinks. The waiters are quite fast in bringing the orders and very fast to take away empty glasses. Sometimes the birds can be thieves. So look out! The prices are higher then in other places. But it is worth paying more for fairy-tale atmosphere.

Gorgeous venue and great bathrooms but no food for vegans other than a salad (ask them to remove the tuna and egg). Waited ages for my salad and it only arrived when everybody else had finished their food and my daughter went inside to ask where the salad was. But great venue.

I have been here 30+ times within the past 3 years, this review is a general assessment of some of my visits. [I will continue to go here]. I have only ordered food once – fried breaded chicken strips, they tasted of old oil, and I would not eat here again. The service is very hit & miss, sometimes waiters serve you quickly, sometimes they serve you very slowly, but sometimes [3 times in my case] they have not served me at all, and I have left after waiting over 15 minutes. It’s not really something that I would complain about, as it clearly doesn’t bother me – I keep going back…. I have just read around 30 reviews that say the customer left because they didn’t get served. The general response is - we don’t remember that happening, so it didn’t happen. You are losing money because sometimes your staff simply ignore customers, and the customers leave without giving you any of their money, sometimes your staff serve the customer only 1 time, and then ignore them. Sometimes they manage to do a great job, but if this were my business, I would like the servers/service to be more consistent. When you ask your staff if it happened and they say, “no it didn’t” you should at least give some thought to the quantity of similar complaints and put 2 & 2 together?!

Sometimes the service is slow, but they are all friendly. The outdoor seating area is very nice, even with all the heat, it feels super breezy to sit under the big tree. There is another outdoor seating area on the other side, with children's play area. There is also a play area indoor but the toys are very dirty 😔

Nice looking place and relaxing but the coffees are terrible. We ordered short espresso with milk on the side and they brought some gigantic Americano type coffee, very burnt and very long. Also the churros are too oily. Hot chocolate is good.

This could really be a good café,jungle like in the park.Really good size,plenty of seating around and good service.They also have a children's play area.The main problem they have is the toilets,no ladies toilet at the moment and the shared gents is just disgusting.At least have one good set of toilets.To be fair work was being done to the toilets but people were leaving not to happy.One other thing to mention are the trees,the roots are tearing up the block paving.This could become quite dangerous.

Ordered two English breakfasts. They arrived cold. The sausage were hotdog style sausages from a can. Despite the menu saying it came with beans, we got no beans. When we asked the waiter, he didn’t seem to care. Unimpressed.

Nice area, but service terrible and off the non-alcoholic 'Slushie" drinks menu of around 18 flavours, 3 were available. They did have a small kids areas with a tiny bouncy castle which was good to entertain younger kids.

It’s a lovely setting and relaxing background music, but the service outside is terrible. The waiter tries to avoid getting your attention and you have to go inside to ask for your change.

The location is great inside the beautiful park! But that is it.. Lower your expectations. The food I got (a ham and cheese baguette) was fine, but nothing I would not have been able to make better myself. I'm pretty sure the pizza my girlfriend got was a Dr. Oetker or similar. The staff was somewhat polite but way to slow compared to the amount of customers.

20 min wait for a server, then 40 min to get an espresso and a croissant. Unorganized and slow. The jumping castle for kids is nice and the server is friendly but overwhelmed.

Awful! I had to go fetch 1 out of 4 staff inside after 15mins, then another 10mins for a drink ..meanwhile 4 more tables came in and were sitting our entire time and still not served..

This place is rubish. There are lots of flies and service is dreadful. Took very long to get what we ordered and food came before drinks! Strongly recomend you do not come here!

Burnt awful pizza, overcooked fries, and a vegan sandwich that contained egg and tuna. Also the lights don’t work in the mens toilet and there was no hand dryer or paper towels. People like this shouldn’t be allowed to run a cafe. Vegan food in Spain is virtually non existent. Get with the 21st century

Great setting, plenty of outdoor shaded seating. The service is desperate though. We ordered for two adults and two kids, one adult meal arrived after about 20 minutes followed by one child’s meal 15 minutes later. After another 15 minutes we enquired about the other two meals. They eventually arrived 55 minutes after ordering! We have eaten here a number of times over the years and the service is always terrible. We assume something might change as staff changes but it doesn’t and we clearly never learn our lesson 🫣 Definitely won’t be back which is a shame as it could be a great spot.

We waited at the table for 30 minutes for the waiter to arrive, after which we went in to the counter to order drinks/food, there we were told that the orders are taken from the tables. We told the waiter that we have already been waiting outside for 30 minutes, so this is clearly not the case, after this our party of 9 left the place.

The service is horrible. Been here couple of times and every time need to wait so long for someone to notice you, later waiting for that order to arrive. Stuff just standing on the bar doing nothing, chatting. Looks on waiting staff is horrendous, like they are not so happy to be here or do the job.. its sad, could be a nice place to hang out while your kid is playing. But definitely will try not to waste the time coming here.

I've been coming here for over 10 years, putting up with bad service, terrible food, and disgusting toilets. I keep coming because my kid likes the bouncy castle and I can have a drink quietly while my hyperactive, autistic child plays. Today, however, there was an incident. My son went inside and I followed right behind him to go get some juice ( you have to go inside, otherwise it could take 40min before you'll get served), the door was closed and my son, infront of me with his scooter, pushed the door open slightly too hard. As he was infront of me, I couldn't quite reach to stop it from banging. The owner, at the same time was on the other side of the door. She could have stopped the door easily as she was on her way out. Instead she proceeds to have a go at me, and continued being argumentative even after I explained my son's condition, saying he shouldn't open doors if he has autism. The way this woman spoke to me was atrocious. She knew it was an accident, could've prevented the whole thing, knew about his condition and still treated us disrespectfully. Its never acceptable to speak to anyone that way! Anyway, if you have a child with special needs, don't go here as you will get no sympathy, instead you'll be disrespected.

Terrible service. Only 3 small tables occupied on the patio, including our own, nobody inside and yet nearly impossible to get the attention of the TWO people working. They disappeared inside for 5-10 minutes at a time and took an incredible amount of time to serve our 3 pints and the two coffees & cake to the nearby table. Beautiful place but service is severely lacking.

This place has absolutely nothing to do with the park other than being IN the park. The service is terrible, slow and orders are frequently forgotten; The food is overpriced and terrible, and the toilets lack soap, toilet paper and are dirty. The only reason this place exists is a result of tourist turnover. It’s impossible to believe they have regulars unless they enjoy waiting for hours for service or have no taste buds. Avoid unless it’s just a drink you need and time on your hands. Añadido desde que me escribió el dueño. No vale perder tiempo decir estas cosas a los camareros. Pero no te preocupes. I don’t tend to review restaurants having owned my own for several years. This place is unbelievably bad. You wait for ages to get served and eventually your food comes before your drinks. Incredibly bad service, rude staff and the food kinda sucked. I really don’t understand how people can get something so terribly wrong. The cafe round the corner, with plastic patio furniture and it’s simple menu was brilliant when we came yesterday. What a difference a day makes.

Should have read the reviews. What a disaster, seems nice and cosy place, good lounge music but THIS PLACE IS FOR DRINKS ONLY! Food was awful, pizzas as others said were FROZEN, ordered burger and chips, burger came, chips not. Started eating burger as was gonna go cold, explained don't want chips as no point, still came of course. Not even going about the waiting time, after 15min ended up going to the bar asking to be served... Never again.

We have been waiting for our 3 drinks (coffee, coca cola and a smoothie) for more than 30 min. The place was empty. 3 tables besides ours. At least 3 waiters insie doing I don't know what. I saw one of them going to the toilet, another cleaning the tables and none came to our table to take tue order. We had to go inside to ask. Absolutely ridiculos. Laze unfriendly staff. Very bad. Don't go there. Also very expensive for a small smoothie 6 eur.

Nice spot to stop for a bite to eat/ a drink but the service was abysmal. Waited ages for someone to take our order, no one came so went inside to order directly and was told to wait for the waiter to come which took even longer. Also had to ask for the bill twice so everything took so much longer than it needed to. Didn't have any food so can't comment on this.

Had to clear my own table. The waiter doing the table service seems to have given up despite there only being like 4 tables. Ended up going to the bar myself just to order a couple of drinks and a milk shake. Milkshake was warm too.

Always feel invisible here! It takes half an hour for the waitress to take a simple order. It has a kids corner, but it’s so dirty and outdated, most toys are broken or missing parts… food quality is questionable.. such a nice location and so much potential! Please clean up! Outside area is nice

The place has terrible service, the tables are always dirty, the waiters take a long time to take orders, the menu is dirty, the selection is terrible, there are no seafood or healthy food. Constant queues for service, the waiters are not friendly. The toilets of the establishment are dirty and constantly broken, without lids. A trampoline and toys for children, a beautiful Paloma Park would make this place great if it had a good owner who would clean up. I do not recommend!!!!
