Busy N Amityville location with high drive thru and medium walk-in traffic. Quiet, clean, neat dining room, clean mens room. My order completed shortly after getting my drink.

Take out ordered on the app we picked up in the take out spots and everything was hot, and the order was correct.

Since the new renovation it was my first visit. The ambiance is excellent and the public setting is five star. Although it was lunch time it was noticeable empty however the service was excellent and I will continue stopping by for my meals. Pleasant visit.

I had a great experience today with a worker named Lisa, i came through the drive thru mid late night rush for some shakes and a frappe. She very kindly made my food and thought there was a misunderstanding with the order she dealt with it amazingly. More then happy and I will be coming back.

I stopped by the Amityville McDonald’s (900 Broadway, Rt 110) at 1:46 AM, and I was honestly blown away. The night crew deserves serious recognition. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked (everything was well done just as I asked), and the entire restaurant and parking lot were spotless, not something you usually expect that late at night. What really stood out was the staff’s patience and politeness. They were friendly, professional, and made sure every detail of my order was correct. The service felt like daytime peak hours, efficient and respectful, but with the calm and care you hope for at night. This was hands down the cleanest and best-run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to at this hour. If you want great food and great service late at night, this is the spot. Huge credit to the night crew, you can tell they care.

I don't know what to tell you but almost everyone knows McDonalds and almost everyone know that they have some amazing food. I love the Mc chickens; and I think I can eat 10 Mc chickens or more no joke, because I love them and I would definitely recommend you to try them out as well for the other goods that they have like the Big Mac!

There is usually a long line in the drive thru but they are always quick and they get your order right. For some reason they give less fries... but I think this is true at most McDonald's lately.

Relative to Mc'Ds this is one of the better locations. The staff have come to know me for my morning coffee and sometimes I don't even need to say it. The drive thru wait is never long and the location is very clean. They always smile, say hello and brighten up the start to my day.

Absolutely loathe the second lane to order, I feel terrible for the employees having to deal with that .. but employees are for the most part friendly and helpful. Been going here for almost 2 decades and have had very few negative experiences there.

Typical Mickey D's..usually get nice staff in the drive thru window...24hr drive thru is very convenient, sometimes you will see a line. Make sure you double check your order before you leave, have had it happen twice where I get home and am missing an item..but overall it's a nicer McDonalds.

Went here this morning since it has been awhile. Notice that they have touch screen ordering with still a couple of registers. They also added service were once do you order your meal they will bring it to you and take the number they gave you. Only thing that is messed up about it is there should be a reminder to let people know that the order is being brought to them. All in all I waited about 20 minutes a coffee two breakfast sandwiches and some hash browns because I guess the cooks didn't have it ready. The customer service was very good where they checked on each person to make sure that they're enjoying their meal. Will probably go again in the near future

It's not bad for a fast-food establishment. I have always used the drive-thru and have never had any issues. It's also open 24/7 which is great since I work overnights. I wish they would bring back some classics like the chicken wrap though.

Had the rudest employee last night 1st time ever feeling like I was disrespected. Young lady at register was not nice ks#2 small Latina girl slammed receipt on counter when I asked for my copy. Bad attitude she should be in the back unloading boxes not at counter serving customers.

They get my order wrong frequently. Last time I had to wait 15 minutes in the reserved spot for my food, only to have to go inside and ask them about it. No one knew what i was talking about. The food was good with one caviat! I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal but actually received a 2 hamburger meal. 🤨 I didn't go back to drive thru because it just wasn't worth the trouble of waiting again. Instead, I'll need to check future orders before leaving? Maybe this will work? Then again, checking the order probably would not have worked in this case. Why? The 2 regular hamburgers were wrapped with wrappers clearly reserved for cheeburgers! Someone at this McDonald's is just not paying attention to what they were doing or perhaps the staff is just poorly supervised.

To long a wait at drive up. My friend was driving and she didn't stop to check the order. I always do because this what happened. I have gone to many drive ups and the person Always messes up my order. I gave up going to driveups years ago but my friend is to easy around people. We went to driveups and I ordered a plain burger W just ketchup. We said it 3TIMES!! I am lactose intolerant and I was given cheese and no extra ketchup! These kids at the windows want the money but they don't do the quality!! There were to many cars to pull over and stop and get it right! We were running late for somewhere and had no time! This is why I never go to McDonald's. I'm a Wendy's person, or Burger King. They always get it right, and at the counter. I never go to driveups.

I don't know if it's just this McDonald's or all McDonalds's, but they discriminate against people without a motor vehicle. There is a WALK UP window for delivery apps. DoorDash, GrubHub 24 hours. But they will refuse service people using the McDonald's app.. I once tried to order from the walk up window after hours, and their answer was "How do we know that you are not going to rob us"? Unreal. So even if you already paid for it on the app, somehow you're going to rob them. Sounds like Democratic policies.

This particular McDonald's I've been to a few times and although it's very clean inside, I only gave it 2 stars because the service is not good. The drive thru isn't the slowest but if you go inside it takes forever. And just about every time I've gone, they forget at least one item in my order

If you have a sign up next to the drive-thru that says all day breakfast,shouldn't that mean you have all day breakfast. This used to be one of my favorite McDonald's to visit for quite a few reasons. However since their recent remodel things have gone down the drain. Every time I go to the drive through I'm always asked to pull into one of the spots to wait for my food (usually 2 kids meals that is the extent of my order) then to to that off I always need to check that order now because I have to walk back in because they either forgot something or got it wrong. Once again 2 Kids Meals! I miss the old staff, I've never had this much of an inconvenience literally every time I go there. I will not be visiting again.

I wish the burgers were the same as the bait and switch pictures they put up on the menu board. I ordered a BIG Mac and asked the server to make it like the pictures on the menu board... I was given the dumbest look ever! Next time, I'll add a photo comparison.

I haven't been to McDonald's in years but the spicy chicken nuggets had me curious so the marketing team got me. About halfway through my fries I found a little curly hair and I can't stop thinking about it. And PS Wendy's Spicy Chicken Nuggets are way better. I will not be returning.

When.your diabetic and they constantly put sugar in your ice coffee when you clearly asked for Splenda is beyond inconsiderate. It should be criminal. One time I didn't know they put sugar in my coffee my blood sugar went to 590 which means I was moments from a stroke or going blind. This isn't a joke and I've complained to each restaurant and sent letters to their main offices ad they just don't care. Never has anyone addressed this potential deadly uncaring act.

Person taking my order was clearly stoned. Tried to order one combo half an hour ago, he tried charging me for 2 when I only ordered 1, and wouldn't correct it when I pointed out the mistake. He saying "it cost that much because you asked for the combo" not about to pay double the price only because one employee was being irresponsible and inattentive. Left.

At the window, they gave me my drinks, incl a shake and then pulled me up to wait for my food. After 10 min, drinks melting, I had to go in and get the food myself. Then they also gave me a reg soda when I ordered diet. Poor service.

I'm very disappointed and i may never go again to a McDonald's. I get there and place my order at drive through about 12:08a.m. No line, no line, just me and the woman taking my order. Simple order 2 for $5.00 deal. I said specifically i would like a quarter pounder only lettuce and tomato, nothing else on the burger with a 10 piece nugget. She responds, ok so you want a cheese quarter pounder with lettuce and tomato, and i said no cheese please no cheese all i want is a quarter pounder with only lettuce and tomato. Ok done now to drive up and pay to receive my order. Go figure i usually check because my order always gets messed up and somehow cheese or mayonnaise and i may find pickles or something else i didn't order on my burger. I trusted the lady and went home. I get home to find cheese on the burger. Very upsetting. This inconvenience now has led me to drive back and explain this is not what i ordered, this is inconvenient to have to drive miles back then miles back home because of your error. All she says is pull up and wait for the burger. Just about 5 minutes later i receive the burger with no apology, no hey i put an order of fries in the bag for the mishap, i got nothing. I looked of course at the burger to ensure before i go home there was only what i asked for. Good I'm home ready to eat my burger and already cold chicken nuggets that came originally with the sandwich 50 minutes later. Again i must emphasize not happy. I now have light to inspect my burger to what's inside is a soggy green leaf lettuce that is half brown from already sitting out and/or outdated. I pull the leaf off which cost me an extra .59 cents that may already contain bacteria. Nothing fresh about this lettuce. Next 3 very small tomato slices and when i say small think of cherry size tomatoes. Moving along i take a bite and all i taste is pickle juice in my burger. I had enough. Not only was my original order messed up now the second burger is also. Whoever made the sandwich placed pickles on it thinking that's what i want then removed them after noticing it doesn't belong on the burger. Not only did i receive a cheese tasting burger now a pickle tasting burger. These are thing's i do not enjoy in my meal and none of which i like the taste of when all i wanted was a burger with only lettuce and tomato. The sandwich went to the garbage and my patience had enough of McDonald's employees incompetence and no apologetic behavior.

The manager wearing blue shirt( I think are managers )the big guy, that worked 11/22/17 morning shift around 1:55am on route 110 in Amityville long islan New York, is very rude and seem to always be miserable. Ordered our food wanted siracha sauce with our chicken strips, says he has none which is fine, so the young man working with him offered Spicy bbq instead and all was good until we got the order and realised fries and chicken were cold. The young man working under him seemed to want to fix it by either making it fresh or warm it up I don't know. But to us as long as It was hot we'd be fine. All hell broke loose when the manager took over: "oh tell them that's all we have for the night." So I intervened as it was my Friend the driver who wanted this. And I asked why is it a problem if we aren't happy with cold fries or selects, I mean who wants cold McDonald's fries? No one! His response was: "we have no more either take it or leave it" I in turn said can I feel it's hot at least? He's like, "No! If you touch it that's it I'm not taking it back." We were taken aback by his rudeness. So we responded by asking for a refund. This guy did nothing but started arguing that we always do that and how he's going to take our license plate and call the police. (Mind you we hardly go to this place often, maybe once per month if that much, we must be really hungry to go.I was so shocked at this stupidity. I asked:" so you're taking my plate# because I request hot food that I'm paying for and wish to only have a hot meal?" I asked if that was a threat, as I thought that was beyond pathetic and stupid. I've never come across a more stupid thing like this. What kind of customer service is this guy providing your establishment by threatening to call the authority on a customer that ordered hot food? Normally the other employees and managers are great, but this guy needs to be evaluated. Pathetically miserable. Hopefully he gets better training soon. Value your costumers each one of us matter. And I'll be calling the head office tomorrow 11/23/17. I've never come across anything this foolish and uncalled for. We took our business elsewhere as we have options.

If you want a quick meal, don't come here. Any time during a busy rush or a late night craving, the line can draw out to almost an hour. On a recent visit, I spent over an hour in line waiting for my food and they lost my order. They also had the nerve to say that their "fry machine" was down, which is not something which McD's corporate could ever condone.

Wow! Just stood in line for almost 5 minutes while women stood behind the counter talking and it looked like managers were on the floor talking but not one came to the register to take my order. At one point two workers walked past me and neither addressed me or said someone will be with me soon. Didn't even bother to order, I walked right out. I'll spend my money somewhere else. I entered the dining to take out due to extremely long wait in the drive thru. I waited in line to be serviced but no one came to me or said anything. A young Hispanic man serviced a young lady, hugged her and went. After 5 mins of waiting I realized there was a kiosk. I felt that the young man should’ve said try our kiosk instead of just staring and dragging his feet around. I was the only customer in the dining mat I add. Then another customer comes in and I had to do the young mans job for him and tell the customer to use the kiosk. The customer only ordered a large drink. After waiting 5 mins after using kiosk the customer asked for a cup and the young Hispanic male gave it to him not asking for a receipt. I then asked the young man for my cup as well since he was grabbing the cup and he asked for my receipt but didn’t ask the customer who first approached him. I would like to say this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. My wife and I had visited this restaurant numerous times and gave this place numerous chances but I have yet to have a satisfactory experience at this location. I drive an extra 2 miles out the way just because I hate this location . The service at this restaurant sucks when it comes to service and if they make a mistake they look at you as if it’s your fault. 2 months ago I order 3 combos and the employee packed my burgers and fries together in one bag like it was Tetris. The fries spilled out because they were laying flat instead of standing or even needed to be separated from the burgers(Big Macs). If I could give zero stars I would.

Terrible service. LITERAL children there. First, he couldn’t get the order right over the loud speaker so he cut me off and told me to pull up to the next window. We drove up and got our drinks from our order and one of the drink was not closed so it spilled on my car and I had to clean it, after that we checked out bags for the correct amount of food we got but the worker was rude and asked stupid like she didn’t know what we were talking, we asked for a cup holder and she didn’t they didn’t have any and we proceed to see some in there so she lied to our face, I was about to ask for her name but she walked off, she gave us so much attitude and disrespect, it disappoints me that you have such worker working there and treat customers like this.

Don’t go here late night. Not only are the employees really lazy and slow but very rude and disrespectful. I had two employees try to pick a fight with me because I rang the bell to pick up a food order. One employee actually came outside and tried to physically fight me. I just left and cancelled the order like many other drivers for door dash and Uber eats do late night at this location. They don’t care and make drivers waiting a really really long time while they’re inside horsing around. There is really poor management at this location late night. On top of all that, the food is always cold and horrible when ordering late at night between 12am and 3am. Beware of this location after 12am.. I don’t even feel safe coming to pick up food here anymore after the employee tried to physically fight me.

Thee worst service ever! So I ordered a frappe with my food. They made me wait 20 on the side for the frappe only to walk in and find out they forgot all about me. Then to top it all off I bit into my sandwich to find no burger.....really?! Ridiculous

One of the worst McDonald’s to exist tell me why to make one coffee with only one car thru the drive thru it took 10 mins to make my order which was ONE ICE COFFEE two workers were just talking with the manager while she stood around doing nothing as well.

2 drive thru lanes. “Any line any time”. Get on one line, ignored for 10 minutes. Got on the other line, ignored for another 10. Tremendous line built up onto the highway on New Year’s Eve.

Ran out of monopoly stickers . This is the second time I super sized my drinks for nothing. Service is below average McDonald's speed. Talked to McDonald's feedback team, and disappointed with their constant reminder that the monopoly game will ends very soon, and they can't do anything if the sticker ran out

This McDonald's is starting to go down hill fast. They need to incorporate the ban on teenagers without there parents..like other McDonald's have done. And they need to do it fast. Otherwise they going have problems like the other McDonald's locations have done. After what I have seen tonight. I don't think I will be bringing my family here anymore. Until they clean things up with there atmosphere. The food just not worth getting if you have to deal with the out of control no sense that was transpiring there this evening. Was going to dine in. I can't believe this McDonald's took my review down. But that's ok I will recite it. They had no barbecue sauce for there nuggets from May 23rd- may 26 the whole memorial day weekend. For all you BBQ sauce lovers out there. When you went to this location on any of those days. And asked for barbecue sauce and you were told they didn't have anymore you must have felt crushed like I did. Like what was the point of ordering nuggets and finding out they didn't have any BBQ sauce afterwards. Why didn't they disclose that fact before ordering there nuggets and paying for it? I'll tell you why. Because they wanted to take advantage of us. Just to get that sale. What the employees do take the BBQ sauce to there homes to use for there own memorial day weekend barbecues? This is one memorable un favorable moment that will be remembered for years to come. I definitely will not be a repeat customer going forward especially around the holidays. I rather travel to other McDonald's in Amityville a little further down. To avoid situations like this with this location. And I found out they have an inspection coming up soon. Hopefully the inspector will visit the bathrooms and see how the dryers to dry your hands don't work right. You know there's many who are BBQ sauce lovers out there that went through the same feeling I did when I ordered 3 , 20 piece nuggets just to find out afterwards they didn't have any BBQ sauce. Ordered two hamburgers, small fries and a 4 piece chicken nuggets. The hamburgers came out to be cold CHEESEburgers. The fries were as cold as a beverage sitting in a refrigerator and the chicken nugget sauce was half open when I got it. It’s safe to say I will never be coming back to this place again.

McScandal's... I guess they figured no one will get back into late-night drive-thru to complain. They serve food not meeting health-inspector temps AND keep the money. Received order of lukewarm french fries @ 11:45pm drive-thru on a Saturday night. (Simple order: fries & shake).) Line was fast, so no way they could have been hot when bagged.
