While I do think the food is pricey, considering you can actually make a good bowl at home for a fraction of the price, the idea that you can go out, get a BOUNTY of food, bento box style, and have it to go (hot, ready, without spending grill time) with fresh ingredients is what makes it so awesome to get this as the occasional treat. I've always had great staff, the portions are mighty and I'm a big guy with a bigger appetite, and I think a friend and I checked the dollar to content ratio and it definitely beats some of the larger chain Pan-Asian bowl restaurants. I have not had their more traditional rolls, so I can't say much for that, but their salmon is far surprisingly fantastic and flavorful. Big love to the chain and the teams behind it, you've helped my family celebrate some big wins, curb some crummier days, and have always been a welcomed place when the time is right.

Fuji Grill has grate prices and it has really food tasting food. I little get it every Friday and thanks to Jose for always welcoming me with an awesome comstumer service and giving me good options of the what plates and bowls I should get. Thank man. 🔥👍👍

the only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because I like the owner - but the lady in the front has to go! she has no basic etiquette of customer service. been dealing with her all year and she is always a pain to deal with

Called at 11am for an order to be ready at 12 lady got my order she said I'll be ready. I have limited time for lunch I love their food but sadly their service isnt their. Had to go with out eating because I had no more time for lunch. It is not the first time the first time I thought it was a misunderstanding. I've notice this is a patter of lack of attention by the person taking the order. Update I got called at 12:46 to tell me that my order is ready. The person who called me said i dint give my order items right, the order name right, and my phone number. I profited all items above. The person talking to me on the phone got upset at me for not wanting to pick up an order that was nearly 1 hour late. The customer service definetly has some issues. Any how the food is still good

A co-worker insisted on going here. $10 for a bowl. All I want is beef and rice - nothing, else. As you see in the order, it is clear marked ONLY BEEF AND RICE! My co-worker comes back with raw meat filled with two types of onions and lots of giant green things. Had to throw it in the trash since it was so raw. Stay away from this place!

Called to ask about gift cards, drove here, waited WAY TOO LONG for an old man and the cashier to figure out their misunderstanding, just to be told they don’t offer gift cards. When I asked the cashier why they didn’t tell me that 30 minutes earlier when I called, the cashier tried to tell me she was the only one answering the phone and the # on the pamphlet was the correct number, despite me showing her that I called from the google listing, and it was the same #.

I asked for a California roll with extra avocado on the outside. It’s an extra charge… no problem! I confirm what’s on the inside . Lady says avocado and crab I said OK can I please have cucumber on the inside? She says that’ll be extra. That’s fine. I don’t mind paying for it. She says.. let me ask. I’m like forget it! What drama! Jeez!

Super disappointed with the quality and even more so the service today at Fuji Grill. We order from here A LOT, today was the last time. First, the women at the front is rude and lacks any customer service skills. Secondly, and the most annoying, she asked when calling us up to the counter to get our food if we needed anything else. She had given us 2 packets of soy sauce each. I asked for a 3rd and she told me they "only give two and if I want more you have to buy them." It's soy sauce! Lastly, the roll tasted like it had been sitting around for awhile and was far from fresh. 2 sub par rolls for $25 and attitude over a soy sauce packet. Save yourself the trip. We won't be back.

I will not be coming back. This is my second encounter with this lady working the front. She is so rude and very unprofessional. She gave me attitude when I kept telling her my name for the order and she would say it wasn’t mine… long story short, it ended up being mine. I won’t come back unless that girl is gone. The customer service sucks! Don’t waste your time and energy on this place.

Teriyaki chicken bowl (dine-in) + spicy tuna roll (4pcs to go) = $10.26 Maybe I'll get what I paid for... NOT! I could have drove a little further for a better price and quality. I went on a Tuesday around 6pm. Teriyaki chicken was ok and the rice and ginger wasn't that fresh. Pea pods felt like I was chewing on a bunch of tooth picks... After finishing the unimpressive bowl, I ordered the spicy tuna to go hoping that it will make up for the lack of fulfillment but boy was I wrong. About 20 seconds after I ordered it, I got a small container with 4 pieces (smaller than usual) and the rice seems like it was a maybe a few days old that sat in the frig. I felt sick and had a headache later. Almost threw up a few times... Only positive thing I remember was the friendly cashier.
