if you see the rude fatty at the drive thru register do yourself a favor and leave. one of the rudest encounters i’ve ever had with a fast food worker. i’m a gen z guys i don’t complain about fast food workers but when i tell you this man was so rude and unhelpful refusing to fix an order that THEY messed up, it was ridiculous. he told me he couldn’t help me and couldn’t give me a refund (i didn’t even get my food BTW) and then proceeded to tell me i needed to move my car because i was holding up the line without offering assistance on how i could get my food THAT I PAID FOR ALREADY. He made me feel like an inconvenience when all i wanted was some damn tacos, even used some rewards points for it. So yeah if you see an overweight miserable looking man working the window i’d say haul it!

Quality has gone down, I don't get food poisoning every time I'm here but I've gotten it enough times to steer clear. Weird wet/cold fries every time and charging this much for food when there's authentic mexican food nearby and better Del Taco branches too is just weird. Just drive down harbor to the other one.

Corruption Disruption

This is a Del Taco my daughter and I frequent because we both love the burritos and raspberry ice tea. I don’t usually rate any business but the last couple times we visited, we were disappointed not with the food but that our drinks were loaded with ice even though we requested “light ice “ for them, and the time before we ordered large drinks and received medium instead (even though they charged on the receipt for large. Maybe we ought to look for another location farther from us where they listen to their customers and responsibility to them is expressed in the service. 3/4 ice????

I recently had the Barstow Taco from Del taco until when I got back to Orange County I thought I’d have another one since they were so delicious and I was highly disappointed when I opened up my tacos to eat them. Which did not even come close to comparing to the Barstow Taco at Del taco in Barstow.

Always check the order ! always get it wrongAsked for a tostado no sauce no lettuce and add taco meat. This is what they gave me. Go to a different location. It was slow and they still messed up.

Bad service I pulled up to the drive thru window cleck was rude didn't even greet like other places. Employes were just laughing and playing taking way longer than usual.This was Sunday night around 1050pm

She doesn't called it discrimination, she calls it "hurry up cause I'm busy" it's all koo with me, I just don't like the fact that your own people discriminate you. This is one of the reason here America us Mexican are not united. We are apart of each other, not only other race tries to put us down but your ow people.. this Mexican cashier judge me of my appearance. I'm a construction worker just off work eating at this del taco. Thank you Del taco for having such an awesome employees.( Sarcasm).
