Ding Tea

Definitely one of my go-to places for a tea drink. The interior is pretty nice. They got a good amount of seating and fancy wall decorations for your social media posts. They also have a TV mounted on the wall with an arcade controller for two attached - the games are classic arcade games: some you've heard of and some you haven't. I'm not crazy about add-ons so I haven't tried too much of them, but my go-to is their "golden boba". It's their only boba option I believe...I think they have a different taste than regular boba, but I honestly can't tell too much. I wasn't too crazy about the coffee jelly, but maybe it's because I got a coffee milk tea and it was a bit too much coffee for me. My favorite thing about this place is the level of customization you can give your drinks. You can pick how much ice you want and even how much sugar you want. Not many tea places I've been to allow you to customize the level of ice or sugar - if they do then it wasn't presented to me in the fashion that Ding Tea presents it. The only issue I came across, ever, was that it was a bit too hot inside one time and they had a fan circulating. Not the highest of tech, and it wasn't really working, but I was only there for a drink to-go. I can see how it might've been annoying had I dined in. Aside from that, everything has been A+. Friendly staff, a wide arrangement of delicious drinks, and a solid location too! I tend to think tea places are in crowded venues...but this one has plenty of parking and is easily noticeable when you're driving by. My favorites: Thai tea and winter melon. I get all of my drinks half sugar though. I suggest you get your drinks at face value though and go from there.

As always Ding Tea is delicious, clean, reasonably priced, and courteous. This location stays true tho that business model. Very happy that this new shop is even closer to my home so that I can indulge my tea jones more than once a day!

My favorite part about this place was the customer service. Specifically my server, Kyle. He was so kind and caring. Unfortunately I dropped one of my drinks on the way out but they helped accommodate the situation. I felt that Kyle really put in effort to make my experience as best as possible. Great little boba shop that is a little small on the inside. The drinks are delicious and the service is pretty fast here. Only reason why I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because apparently this chain is franchised out and the rewards system isn't uniform across all locations. Annoying!

They need to update their menu on google maps because I thought their milk teas specifically one milk tea I wanted was gonna be $4.10 but when I went to the actual location it’s $4.35 and to top it off, they charge extra a topping and to make it a large. I spent around almost 6 dollars for a Milk tea :/ I guess what’s cool is that they have snacks on their menu unlike other Boba shops that don’t but unfortunately they ran out of the chicken wings and the calamari (I wanted the calamari). It’s probably the tea they use because my milk tea come out eh, alright. Not the best I have tasted. I didn’t stay in that location for too long because the environment itself is pretty dead. I probably came at the wrong time when it’s not busy.

It's not great. The boba overpowers the drink. The service was poor. They weren't the friendliest. It gets an extra star because the decorb is really nice and Instagram worthy but that's the highlight by far. My personal recommendation is to go to the 7 leaves across the street if you can. The tea is better there for sure.

I would give a better review but, the cashier hadn't given my sister her receipt so we didn't know what know what number were. The lady didn't call us while we were waiting outside and there were 5 people who ordered after us and they had received their drinks first. Second me an day younger sisters drinks we minty and bitter. I had ordered jasmine green milk tea and the drink had a bitter mint taste. While my younger sisters was a strong mint taste rather than vanilla. We didn't order mint or any special order for our drinks. I would maybe go again but the drinks tasted as if they didn't clean the cups in-between. :(

Gave me burnt rice and no straw for my boba drink. This is my lunch. I have to eat this because I have not eaten all day. I did schedule ahead of time, so it would interfere with the food rush. Disappointed!

Drinks are ok, but customer service not the best. I had a buy 2 get 1 free promotion code but they didn’t want to honor it even tho it hadn’t expired, according to them that promotion was a glitch in the system and that’s why the couldn’t do it. Really!!! If it was a glitch in the system how come it was in their tablet when I signed in.

The jasmine milk tea had zero flavor. I felt like I was drinking plain milk. Also, they don't offer normal boba only golden and crystal, which is disappointing.

Drinks are ok, but customer service not the best.
