First time eating here and definitely not the last! The food was quite delicious! Super tasty, garlicky, crispy noodles and fried rice, best we’ve had at any restaurant. Everything we ordered was above anything we expected. The prices are not expensive at all. Very good quality food and huge portions for what you pay. Also a special shout out to our waiter Hung because his customer service is top tier! Super attentive and nice man, very kind. He offered a toy to our toddler so she wouldn’t be bored. The lychee drink was super good as well, we loved it all and will definitely be coming back here! Worth a Special trip!

It's in a little office/shopping center, parking was actually quite easy for us! Service was fantastic! They're very nice and they're great with suggestions! Time for food! 🍵 Lychee Rose Iced Tea - it's refreshing, sweet, and overall delicious and you get a whole Lychee at the bottom that you can eat! 🍵 Passion Fruit Macchiato - It's served layered, but once you mix it up it's a very creamy and refreshing drink! Plus all the passion fruit seeds at the bottom was great! 🥢Spicy Wonton - it's packed full of flavor and proper portions between the wonton wrappers and filling! It's so savory and good. If you want more spice, they do have some chili oil for it! But I do highly recommend! 🥢Pad See Eww - it's a good portion of food! The noodles were a great texture and the beef was nice and soft! It was very flavorful! 🥢Lomo Saltado - Shaken Beef with fries and garlic noodles - the portion was huge! I still have leftovers! But the seasoning was perfect, the steak was cooked to perfection, and Cajun fries are amazing! The noodles were great! (Even better with the sauce!) Overall one of my favorite dishes! Come try this place out! They're open until 1am so you can't go wrong!

I got to try out the fusion food with my friends for the first time, I gotta say that I'm pressed with the food. I tried the crispy eggrolls and pad see ew chicken which is impressive. The staff here is friendly and helpful when it comes to finding which dish that I should eat. And the interior here has some great space when people want to come in to eat too. They have a parking lot in the plaza.

Parking: Parking is free. It is fairly easy to find. I visited on a Sunday, and they had a consistent flow of customers. Environment/Ambiance: Fusion Corner is literally located in the corner of this small plaza. They have a large menu filled with Vietnamese-Thai foods and drinks. As you walk in, you'll be greeted, asked how many is in your party, then you'll either wait for a table or be seated immediately if there's an open table. It's very spacious inside with a warm, welcoming, and modern ambiance. Service: Servers are very friendly. They constantly check on you to ensure you are enjoying your food. Kitchen staff is also quick and efficient. We waited under 20 minutes for our food and drinks. Food & Drinks: 1) Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings - I usually don't go for lemon pepper, but I heard it was one of their popular appetizers so of course I had to try it. I actually really enjoyed it. They were seasoned very well, wasn't too salty, and super crunchy. Make sure to dip them in the ranch for more flavor! 10/10 2) Spicy Wontons - These were my absolute favorite appetizers! If you like spicy foods, this is the perfect way to start off. Don't forget the extra sauce at the bottom. 1000/10 3) Beef Bulgogi Fries - I also tried one of their popular main dishes. It's a combination of both sweet and savory flavors. It's similar to a Lomo Saltado dish but with beef bulgogi of course. This was my second favorite dish. 9/10 4) Pho Tai Bo Vien (rare steak, beef balls) - Every time I go to a restaurant that serves Viet food, I must try their pho. Their broth is simmered for 12 hours. You're able to choose your choice of noodles. Add ons are extra. They only have one size, and I would consider it a large. They're very generous with the meats, and the broth is delicious. 8/10 5) Signature Milk Tea - If you're a milk tea person like me, try their signature milk tea. They serve basic milk teas. Not sure if they offer boba. Their signature is regular milk tea topped off sea salt foam. 9/10 6) Lychee Rose Tea - If you need a refresher, try this fruit tea! Not too sweet. You can definitely taste the lychee; not much of a rose taste. But it's topped with dried rose petals. 9/10 Pricing: Since they serve modern Vietnamese-Thai dishes, prices are $$$ than average. But let's be honest, what hasn't gone up in this economy? I'd say the prices are worth it for the amount that you get. Their dishes can be shared between 2 people.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon and was promptly seated. Staff was super quick and accommodating. I tried several dishes and they were all superb! The most standout dishes to me were the following: The Taiwanese popcorn chicken came with a side of sweet and sour sauce, and a small cup of chili powder which you can add to the chicken yourself depending on how spicy you can handle. The chicken was super soft and juicy and is among the best popcorn chicken I've ever had! The bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup) was flavorful, rich and satisfying! The soup had a little more kick than I'm used to, but it had a nice beefy flavor, and the meat was tender! The com tam (broken rice) came with charbroiled pork and egg and was delicious! As with all of their other meat dishes, the pork was cooked to perfection and was moist and tasty! It had a nice char on it to give it that distinctive charbroiled taste. Lastly, I tried a new menu item of theirs, the sizzling Wagyu beef with egg. This one came with black pepper sauce, however they also have a mushroom sauce option. The beef was thinly sliced and practically melted in my mouth. The black pepper sauce added a nice sweet, savory and peppery touch to it and the accompanying French roll was a nice complement for dipping into the runny egg and meat juices. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend trying this spot if you're in the Buena Park area!

@fusioncornerllc is a great spot to get your fusion on! Their menu offers Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Peruvian dishes to take you on a journey for your taste buds! All the dishes we had were super delicious and washed it all down with one of their teas! Their menu is so fun!! I must say next visit I will try a Thai dish, bulgogi fries and their passionfruit macchiato! How’s that for a taste bud trip?! We had: Popcorn Chicken Wonton noodle soup with shrimp Grilled chicken and shredded pork skin on rice Bun Bo Hue Sizzling Wagyu Strawberry peach tea

Five Stars Fusion Corner on the Beach — A Review Tucked just steps from the surf, Five Stars Fusion Corner effortlessly merges culinary creativity with the laid‑back charm of beachside dining. From the moment you step in, the modern yet cozy ambiance draws you in—its bright, welcoming décor whispering the promise of something exciting on a plate. Fusion Mastery That Delights True to its name, this spot serves up a masterful fusion of flavors—blending the bold spices of Southeast Asia with refined techniques and unexpected ingredient pairings. Each dish feels thoughtfully conceived, where bright citrus tones meet deep umami, and crisp textures meld with lush, savory sauces. The result? A menu that’s eclectic but entirely harmonious—every bite an artful balance of tradition and innovation. The Lomo Saltado — A Standout Sensation Now, the lomo saltado—worthy of five stars in its own right. Imagine tender strips of perfectly seared beef, bathed in a glossy soy‑vinegar blend, alongside sweet‑sharp onions and juicy tomato, all tossed with golden fries and paired with fragrant rice. It’s a beautiful fusion of Peruvian and Asian cooking traditions, delivered with precision and passion. The beef is succulent and flavored deeply; the fries lend playful crunch in every forkful, and the rice rounds it out with comforting familiarity. “5/5 LOMO SALTADO ($21.95)” — a succinct yet glowing nod from a reviewer, underscoring just how much this dish resonates . Overall Impression • Ambiance: Casual beach elegance—inviting and stylish. • Service: Attentive and friendly, elevating the relaxed vibe into something memorable. • Value: Prices lean toward premium, but each dish delivers thoughtful craftsmanship worthy of the cost.

My wife and I stopped by here to try out their Bun Bi Hue and Pho and it was amazing! Perfect portions of noodles, meat, veggies, and broth. The Bun Bo Hue was not too pungent as other places it’s usually very strong and spicy or lacking of flavor but this one was perfect. If needed, you can also add more chili to heat it up. Pho was also delicious and meat portions were so tender and easy for consumption (some places the meat is a bit tougher in texture). We also had their Jasmine Milk Tea and Coffee which were delicious as well. Worth a stop if you’re in the Stanton area on Beach Blvd.

Fusion Corner - A Must-Try for Pho Lovers! I recently had the pleasure of trying the #30 Pho BACKRIBS at Fusion Corner in Stanton, CA, and it was absolutely delicious! The beef ribs were incredibly tender, falling right off the bone, and the broth was rich and flavorful. It was truly "finger-licking good" – a testament to a perfectly executed bowl of pho. A great new place! I didn’t know about this place and I live down the street. Ads kept popping up on IG so I decided to give it a try. The food and drinks were really good! Great quality and taste with a decent portion. We went on a weekday during lunch and the service was phenomenal. The entire staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The food was prepared on a timely manner so we had enough time to enjoy our food and didn’t have to rush back to work. Love the atmosphere as it was very calm, relaxing, and comfortable. Overall, I love everything about the restaurant and I will definitely be back to try different entrees and drinks.

Fusion Corner is an unassuming spot near our house that we have now made our go-to for Pho, rice plates, and garlic fries. The interior is modern and clean. The food comes in large portions, with a menu that has a mix of Pho spot classics amped up with flavor fusions. The thing that makes this place 5 stars though is the service - they give the nicest, friendliest service every single time.

We came here pretty late at night and were happy to find the place still open. The food was decent overall—I'm quite picky when it comes to Asian cuisine, so I’d say the taste was just okay for me, not exceptional. One downside was the cleanliness: our table was visibly dirty and wasn't wiped down until we specifically asked. That took away from the experience a bit.

Let me review for you!

I saw that this place was almost a 5 star reviewed restaurant. I gave it a 4 star. Food was very flavorful amd aromatic yet this is not the only restaurant that does "fusion". There are two or three more places like this that almost exactl dishes, nothing new. One extra portion of this place isbthat they do a little milk tea as an additional value for the Boba lovers yet their drinks are less in variety of tastes. Out food came out rather rapidly, a little too rapidly as it was already in the kitchen to be dropped off. All in all great atmosphere and lack of employees but still good customer services, just had to flag them down for attention.

First time here, the place is fine. My friends enjoyed it. I would give it another try. It is really pretty inside! Service was nice and calm. Enjoyed my time here. Vegetarian Pho taste good. I wouldn't pick it over Pad Thai though. I would love to see more Vegan/Vegatarian options. But Pho is a good start! Ill try to see if their Pad thai with tofu is vegan next time. If so, Ill bump my review to 4 and if their Pad Se Ew is Vegan friendly too, its automatic 5/5 for me. Would love to see Fried/crispy tofu on the appetizer. I recommend coming! It is really nice place! Just not for me as a Vegan :) i would give it another try though

We dined here on 5/31/2025 around 10 pm after reading some good reviews of this place. Food: Ordered their best seller shaken beef garlic noodles and bun bo hue (BBH). The meats in both dishes were low quality. The shaken beef was tough and over cooked. The broth of the BBH was too sweet (MSG and sugar water). Atmosphere: The seats at our booth were all beaten up, ripped. Need new seats. Service: Average service. One thing we observed was that the older gentleman who serviced our table kept wiping his nose with his bare hands, then was touching on everything. It was obvious he did not aware of his action. Also, the other waiter bought water to the table next to us, he had gloves on, but held the water glass at the rim when placing it on the table. This place needs food service 101 training. We left disappointed and grossed out.
