Love their chow mein - the best. So far I've had their pork - delish , terriyaki chicken - nice and plumpy,. Egg rolls - crispy, sesame chicken - ok,. Orange chicken - ok. I wish they were closer to me, oh well it's worth the drive.

Went in for the first time with a friend. We ordered their cream cheese wontons which were fried fresh, but otherwise bland and the dipping sauce they gave us was odd. It reminded me of duck sauce... If it had been mixed with orange Koolaid. Since it wasn't busy, almost all of their food looked old, so we were skeptical. The chow mein and fried rice seemed fresh, and at least the entrees didn't taste quite as old as they looked. All in all, kind of bland, a little pricey for what it was, and it won't be my first choice next time I want counter service Chinese, but I would come back if my usual place is closed again.

Food had no flavor. Ordered 2 items combo. If I had known, I would've gone someplace else. Got orange chicken, was dry. Looked good, no flavor.

I don't think this is the "Hong Kong Express" franchise. Just a normal Chinese fast food place. Majority of the food they serve is discolored in appearance. There are like two fish tanks inside which I think is out of place. The person up front was focus on their laptop watching korean shows. I think I'll just go to Panda Express instead. Who puts chemicals and condiments on the same place together? 110% health hazard right there. I got a photo that won't post.

Never again, NEVER!! The lady who served me was in a bad mood, as soon as I arrived she looked at me with an angry face, and the worst of all is that she sneezed in front of the food, this place is the worst ,This establishment should be sued for several health and safety violations

Read the 1 star reviews , you'll get the idea. Gross place. Something about the place feels off, like they may be involved in something other than just being a restaurant. Attitude and bad food, as well as multiple health code violations just in the front, never again.

I grew up coming to this restaurant, now that I have my kids I started coming again but the customer service isn’t the same … the lady seems like she’s mad at the world ! My kids were super excited about her fishes and she tried screaming at them to be quiet. We had just walked in and I was already telling them to calm down . I still order since my kids were super hungry and she had an attitude the whole time .

When I got there the food looked like it was sitting for days nowhere near fresh on top of that when the lady was making my plate she had on no gloves and started digging in her eyes and nose and tried to hand me food plus her attitude sucked 🤢

Bad food, bad service and asked for 2 plates but only gave me one and said if I want another one that i'd have to get a combo. Also the fish tank is dirty. The lady had a bad additude. By the time I got home there was a hair in my food.

I'll be honest I'm not writing about the food. I was sitting in front of the store waiting on something and I see one of the employees in the restaurant smacking the fish tank messing with the fish. He'd slam one side and then slam the other. If the owner reads this and wishes for a video. I have it. He's an older gent, just thought people should know.

Brought my wife here craving chinese food. Once inside it felt uncomfortable. They have two fish tanks and both have dirty water. You can't see the fish since the it's all green inside. The food was dry and uncooked. We decided to leave and get Del Taco instead. My Sister bought us a plate from there later in the day. Didn't eat since we were full. The next day I took a bite of the chow mein.. I felt like throwing up. I scoop up the chow mein from the box and tons of string cheese mucous was all over the place. Horrible. At this time I'm in the verge of throwing up. The feel of the slime is still behind my throat! Don't come here unless you ask if it's a fresh patch.

Terrible customer Service, the woman was very short and rude when I was trying to order. The place is dirty. I used to come here years ago and the egg foo young was really good but this time I walked out and cancelled my order. Won't spend my hard earned money at an establishment that doesn't care about customer service and cleanliness!
