At Napolini Pizzeria, we're passionate about serving up delicious pizzas that fit your taste and budget. In Anaheim's heart, our restaurant (1313 S Harbor Blvd) is a hidden gem where Ruth's warm hospitality makes you feel right at home. Our customers rave about our customizable pizzas, saying they're "ricas" and offer great value. One fan even mentions we're a must-visit despite being near Disney - they love our affordable prices! While some guests note that our dining space is limited, the quality of our pizzas more than makes up for it.
Napolini Pizzeria offers customizable pizzas at a relatively good price, especially compared to other options inside Disneyland. However, some customers found the pizzas overpriced for their quality and the individual size. Limited seating is also a concern.
Tip: Ruth was mentioned as being very friendly and helpful. Be aware that you may have to eat standing or on the sidewalk due to limited space.

Had a really great experience here. Our server Maria T was amazing! She was very kind and thoughtful and was helpful with suggestions when it came to the food. The food we chose was good as well. I would come back here again. The seafood pasta sounded good and something I want to try next time.
Shout out to Grace for great, friendly service. The pizza is really good for what it offers: high quality ingredients, customizable, and fresh. We ordered the sweet potato, hot and sweet, and the pepperoni. All were awesome. I wouldn't categorize this as Napolitano pizza. It's closer to a Mod Pizza. Think thin and crispy with a zesty sauce.
We enjoyed two amazing pizzas from Napolini in Downtown Disneyland. We tried the Barbecue Chicken and the Carne pizzas. Both were very good. We ordered them exactly how they came on the menu and they were both tasteful perfection. The crust is thin and had good flavor. The toppings were abundant and so good. Pizzas are made fresh while you wait. We were able to grab a table just outside under one of their umbrellas and on a day it was 72° outside and it was fabulous! Service was patient and helpful and it really didn’t take too long to get our pizza even though they were completely made fresh and during a busy Sunday lunch time! I highly recommend giving this place a try if you are visiting Disneyland area!!!
Family leaves to eat at Downtown Disney when we come to Disneyland just makes sense for what your paying in the parks and taste wise. Pizza was quick to come out woodfired delicious authentic sauce not-not overpowering. Portions are in my opinion perfect to be full but not stuffed. U cant beat pizza and cold beer on a very nice day. Must try if youre out here. 😍
We visit downtown Disney quite often but never tried this restaurant. The food was delicious, we ordered a 20’ New York pizza, the fettuccine pasta, and a salad for two. The atmosphere was great, clean and updated. Highly recommended.
Wife has allergies and the staff had no trouble making a pizza to accomodate her needs. Service was fantastic and the two pizzas were very filling and of reasonable price. Each time we make the trip from Australia to Disneyland, we always stop by Downtown Disney to have dinner here.
Came her for dinner while out with 14 for her birthday and her friends. Dakota our server was the best you could ask for. Super friendly, helpful, and noticed it was 14's birthday, so he made it a point to bring out gelato with a candle at the end of our meals. Not only was the service quick, the food was awesome.
I wasn't really expecting much; it's just a pizza place in downtown Disney, so it can't be bad right? Yeah! True that! They did not disappoint. It was solid pizza with friendly staff, nothing less excpected by Disney. It's an over the counter pizza place with only outdoor seating. It gets pretty rough during the cold days; I only noticed one out door heater. For a place in downtown Disney, the price was actually pretty decent, as long as it wasn't a custom pizza. If I recall correctly, it is just under $8 for a signiture pizza. There's additional charges for every additional topping though.
Wesley was fantastic! Was very attentive and helpful. He ensured that our party was taken care of and made the experience at Napolini memorable. Will most definitely be back again for the delicious food and great service from Wesley! Must have if you visit Disney. (:
If you're in the mood for some really tasty pizza made really well in a wood fired oven please check out this place out an.My family and I make it a point to visit here every time we visit Anaheim. Any negative review I think is just of somebody that doesn't like that particular style of pizza and maybe they're used to more of an American style which is mediocre in comparison.
Great price for the combo. Pizza is actually very good. Very friendly staff.
We ate here a few years back. So, while we were at Disney, we took our family. Just like before, it didn't disappoint. The food was all excellent.
Whenever we fly to California, we dine there for a unique dining experience that we can’t get in Russia or China. Mama please forgive me. I didn’t mean it was better than your pie. Nothing can be better. But it’s close.
Corey and Juan made this the very best birthday celebration, they were attentive, friendly and both had a great sense of humor. Thank you for a memorable night :)
Its amazing that a place doing this much business can produce hand made to order wood-fired pizzas. Great place to check out!
A really great eating option Delicious pizza selection available
We stopped by after a trip at Dinseyland. We were undoubtedly exhausted and needed food as soon as possible. We stopped here at Napolini Pizzeria and were impressed with the amazing service and the quick timely manner in which they had completed our order and got our food to us. I highly recommend after a long day, especially with toddlers.
They make some great pizzas and they have a good variety for everyone's palette. Similar to MOD pizza, but I do like that they have eggplant, which for some reason I think tastes really good on pizza. If you have a Magic Key pass, you can get a discount—should be 10 or 15 percent, depending on which pass you have. They also have salad and pasta and a few snack and dessert foods, but I haven't tried those. I just like pizza too much—more than any of those mostly boring foods. I would even go as far as suggesting that for dinner, you should exit the park and go get pizza here, and then return afterwards. The price is extremely reasonable as well—not as good as MOD but for a resort area, it's very cheap. I highly recommend!!!
Corey was our server tonight and really made our time special. Between great jokes and knowing how to help us make the best decisions for our meal, he was all we could ask for and more. The food was fantastic. As well.
This is a must. Anytime we are at Disneyland we take advantage of this fine restaurant. The pizza is probably the best in the world. They always make us feel at home. Their new remodel is glorious. The food really can not get much better. Little secret tip. Inside of the park you can get pizza, but it can not even compare. The difference is night and day. Little Ceasar compared to a real homemade pizza made by the best of the best.
This a nice little pizza place. You can get personal pizza sizes for a quick bite or you can sit down and get a full pizza also a bigger menu options like a Italian restaurant right next store. I got the special multi-meat madness pizza. They put a good amount of toppings on it. It was so fresh and hot when it came out, very good pizza similar to a New York Style pizza.
Corey is hands down the best waiter! He’s awesome! We requested him for the next night, so easy food was super fast too
Absolutely love Naples Pizza, and a big shoutout to Lauren for making the experience even better! The food is always amazing (the crust has that perfect balance of crispy and chewy), but it’s the service that keeps us coming back—and Lauren nails it every time. She’s warm, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time. You can tell she cares about the customer experience and takes pride in what she does. Thanks for the great service, Lauren—and for making great pizza even better! 🍕👏
We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we went twice for dinner during our Disney trip. The service and food were outstanding. The calamari fritti was cooked to perfection, the lasagna bolognese was one of the best I have ever had, and the pollo alla parmigiana was full of flavor. For pizza, we ordered half hot honey soppressata and half margherita, both wood fire baked to perfection. To finish, we had vanilla gelato with espresso, which was the perfect sweet ending. I highly recommend this place and suggest booking in advance.
Wesley!! What a wonderful waiter! Food was excellent, service impeccable. Highly recommend the mushroom pizza!
This place was by far one of our favorite diners that we visited during our time at Disneyland. We selected the family platter which included a large pepperoni pizza (considerably a XXL pizza compared to dominos), a large dish of spaghetti and meatballs, and a large salad to share. The platter provided more than plenty of food and everything was delicious. We were seated next to the kitchen, which was fully exposed to the dining room. We enjoyed watching the kitchen staff cooking and plating orders. You could tell the kitchen staff was enjoying themselves and taking extra care with each plate that they put out while we were there. The waiter, I wish I could remember his name, was absolutely amazing. He was very intentive with tending to our table and needs. He was very friendly and informative regarding the menu and recommendations. The kitchen and the dining area was very clean, organized, and enjoyable to see and experience. If we make it back we will visit again with no hesitation.
I want Jonathan Castro to be recognized for not only his hard work, but also his professionalism very professional. I hope you could promote them to a manager or even a higher up position because he handles customers very well. I’ve been coming over to Napoli’s pizza for over a year and he’s been always really friendly, good sense of humor and on top of everything.
Finally had an opportunity to dine here, and it lived up to my hopes and expectations. The salad was flavorful and exciting, the wagyu meatball spaghetti was perfectly toothsome and the meatballs tender and seasoned, and the pulled pork pizza was psychedelic beyond the capacity of human reason. The smoky desert margarita... well, if you don't get one, that's on you.
Quick bite for the kids when hungry. They were pretty quick even though they were bus on a December night during dinner time. We didn’t want to spend a lot of time at the restaurants. Great alternative to feed kids quickly. Pizza was decent but nothing amazing. Blaze but more expensive and not a lot of choice in terms of customization.
The pizza was good but nothing special. Actual wood fire oven but the pizza struggles to keep up with Blaze Pizza. Very thin crust with limited toppings.
One of the more reasonable options for food at Disney/Downtown Disney IMO. About $15 for any pizza which is made to order and for $5 more you can add garlic knots or a side salad and a drink. $20 and you can really feed two reasonable appetites or have a quick snack. Service was friendly and they even gave us an extra drink cup because of the wait. Didn’t ask, didn’t expect it, but appreciated. I guess they figured we were going to share it anyway :) Only wish they had slices. We can never decide what to share and would have made things easier. Not fresher, but easier. They do split toppings, but only if it’s the same base sauce and my GF wanted bbq chicken, which is not my fave so I had the salad. Anyway, nice option and I’ll be a regular stop since we are pass holders.
It's in Downtown Disney, so it's a great place to be... assuming you like Disney. It is a nice place to pick up a quick bite to eat after a long day at Disneyland before heading back to the hotel. The pizzas are pretty good and reasonably priced given the location. The wait time was fairly short. I will definitely eat here again on my next extended trip to Disneyland.
Atmosphere- 4 stars- Located in Downtown Disney, this is a two story restaurant featuring indoor and outdoor seating. Kitchen is open for viewing and you can watch them prepare pizza after pizza. Service- 3 stars- servers were nice enough however there seemed to be a lot of confusion to which table got which food. Food- Pizza was really good but kinda pricey. We got a large pepperoni and a small cheese- no leftovers! We also got the Contadina salad- chopped romaine with olives, salami, cheese, garbanzo beans, radicchio, onion, cherry tomatoes and pepperoncini mixed in an Italian vinaigrette. Very good. Overall a very good restaurant however you can get the same pizza in their takeout area next door for a cheaper price.
Friendly service, plenty vegetarian items on the menu, make your own pasta option. Good comfort food but can’t call it fine dining. The caprese had no dressing had to ask for it. The bruschetta toast was very tasty but the tomato mixture was very watery. We had ordered a veg pasta specifically asking for no mushrooms but it came with mushroom which they had to remake. The Tiramisu was good. It’s a big restaurants with lot of tables but reserve ahead else walk-in may have a long wait especially weekend nights.
Nice pizza place in downtown Disneyland. Has couple of vegetarian options - Margherita and sweet potato pizzas. Can take the tram from within Disneyland to get to downtown to this place.
This wood fire pizza at Napolini Pizzaria is your best bet in downtown Disney. It feeds 1-2 people for $14 and it’s made fresh in front of you. There’s something that cannot be matched with wildfire cooking in the flavor and how the cheese melts. Plus the little burned bits are good too. Don’t get ripped off at the other places near by, just eat here.
We came here in the night dead tired after a full day at one of the Disney parks. The service friendly and quick. The pizza was delicious and reasonably priced. Too bad there is no indoor seating. Sitting out in the chilly night was not too welcome at the time.
After a long day inside Disney we just wanted a snack for the night before going back to the hotel. The pizza maker takes the order who was kind and patient while we figured out what we want. Ordered the sausage pizza with bacon added. Price was very reasonable for what you get. Didn't take very long to be made which was great. The pizza itself was really good and the ingredients were good as well. Really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend.
I usually get their pizza out& about at downtown Disney mainly cause its yummy, fast & not crazy pricey. My HUGE issue with this is they only take credit cards & not everyone wants to pay that way! They need to accept cash as well. I do wish also however that it was a more inviting atmosphere. No hey welcome kinda vibe. The only people who speak to you is the maker of the pizza, the cashier & the box person. Some people did look bored working or annoyed. I wish the pizza was a tad thicker do to the 13$ it cost. Other than that it served its purpose
Good price on a small fresh pizza. One word of warning, let the pizza cool first for a bit or you will be biting into a flat bread covered in lava! They come out of the brick oven pretty hot. I love it that they do use fresh toppings for the pizza as it makes them taste extremely good! One of my favorites there is the Hawaiian. Looking forward to my next time for a quick bite to eat! The only thing that bothers me, especially if you are alone, it is very difficult to get a table since many people will send others to hold a table until they order and get their food. So many times I have eaten sitting on the sides of the concrete planters across from the restaurant.
Pizza was pretty tasty, but small, and each topping is an individual charge. For the price, I think they should have a make your own option for a flat fee. Seating is all outside, and it was really hot the day I was there, but you can walk inside the Grand Cal and eat in the lobby.
Probably the only restaurant in Disney Downtown that has fair pricing and no long wait line. Pros 1.Price. As mentioned earlier, the only place that has reasonable pricing. 2.Cleanliness. Open kitchen and all pizza ingredients are fresh 3.Customer care. Excellent customer care. I was always pleased with their greeting and customer care. Cons 1.Taste. This is a personal review and I am being biased. I just personally am not a pizza person. lol The only reason why I am giving 4/5 is that I am not a huge pizza person. But if you are looking for a reasonable restaurant where you do not want to deal with a long line. This place is it!
Better than expected. Has classic custom-built pizza spot vibe. I ordered the margherita and pepperoni. I was a little concerned when I saw the mozzarella cheese is cubed and not shredded. Made me think the cheese is coated in an anti-caking agent and would not melt well. But it melted beautifully and tasted good! Pepperoni was thinly sliced with great flavors. There is a nice selection of drinks, too. If you’re visiting the parks, step out to grab pizza here instead of having pizza inside the parks. The wood-fired oven really makes a difference.
The pizza was pretty good and at a good price. It wasn’t busy when I went and I got my food quickly. There is no indoor seating and limited outdoor seating. I would come back because it was yummy and has the most affordable food options in the downtown Disney area.
This is a decent place to get a pasta dish or salad. My husband and I shared the pepperoni pizza. I added pineapple to mine. The pizza was soggy and had a lot of oil on top. However I also had the chopped salad and enjoyed that very much! They have a fun drink selection.
This place is located in a really nice area, the food was good. I was surprised to find that the pizza was not so good. On the other hand, the pasta was creamy and delicious.
My review is based on their breakfast, which overall was decent. The potatoes were nice and crispy and well seasoned. Coffee was great, as you'd expect from an Italian joint. I've had better eggs Benedict but also much worse. The ham on the Benedict seemed like a pre-cut variety that you might get at the deli, wish it was a little thicker, or house made/cut.
Napolini Pizzeria at Downtown Disneyland in California is an absolute gem and a must-visit for my family and me whenever we're in the area. This delightful spot earns a well-deserved four stars for its consistently excellent food and speedy service, making it a standout choice for anyone looking for a quick yet delicious dining option. The menu boasts a fantastic selection of pizzas, each bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. Whether craving a classic Margherita or something more adventurous, Napolini Pizzeria delivers with its fresh, vibrant toppings and perfectly baked crusts. What sets this pizzeria apart is not just the food quality but also the service's efficiency. Despite the bustling environment of Downtown Disneyland, the staff at Napolini Pizzeria manages to serve up meals quickly without compromising on taste or quality, ensuring you can enjoy your meal and get back to exploring the magic of Disneyland in no time. The casual atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and refuel during a day of adventure. It's no wonder that Napolini Pizzeria has become a staple of our Disneyland visits; it offers the perfect combination of delicious food, fast service, and a friendly ambiance.
Every time we visit, we get the same thing: the family size pepperoni pizza. It easily feeds 4 of us and may have a slice or two leftover (keyword there is maybe). This review is based solely on that one item. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and attentive, atmosphere was chill and the restaurant was clean.
Start off by staying, we had a reservation and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes past our reservation time because they were over booked. (Waited in the rain because no place to wait inside) Service once seated was good, server was friendly and quick to help us. Adult cocktails were decent, sangria was tasty. Appetizer bruschetta was AMAZING as was the minestrone soup. Pizza was ok. Both table ordered pizzas (margarita and pollo) were barely luke warm, tasty, just wish they'd been hotter. Didn't have room for dessert but did take home a decent amount of pizza after all said and done.
It's a solid pizza. My wife had the Margherita and I did a pepperoni. It goes without saying that, since it literally comes out of the oven and onto your plate, you might want to let it cool down for at least five minutes or the cheese is likely to slide off. This happened to my pizza, but I was starving. The price was fairly decent too, especially for being at Downtown Disney where a burger can cost over $20. Think it was $13 for the Margherita and about $14 for my pepperoni. A fresh, fast, tasty, affordable personal pizza. What's not to love?
Their pizza was delicious! I was not given the option of size sadly. I would have loved a large or family size. Had the pizza and a salad, and a slush mixer. The table has a umbrella, so we sat in the shade. We really enjoyed the whole experience! Would have given a 5 star if I had the size options. All they had were 9" pizzas. No large, or family size.
Outdoor seating. Ordered the Hawaiian, pepperoni and California pizza. Pepperoni is a little oily, but still pretty good just blot off the extra grease with a napkin. Gelato was not too sweet, I liked it. Forgot to snap a photo before we started eating. Konrad the employee there is a true comrade.
This restaurant serves delicious food and provides friendly service, but its appearance is quite unappealing. The floors, counters, and walls appear grungy and unkempt. Moreover, the patio needs some new outdoor dining furniture, as one of the tables was wobbly and nearly tipped over. 🍕
Buenas pizzas , la preparas a tu gusto solo le falta espacio para comer terminas comiendo parado o en la banqueta .
Service was great. People were quick and got our order done smooth but....the food... was not great. Everything was swimming in grease and strangely had nearly no flavor. We got three different pizzas and they all didnt turn out at all like we had hoped. Im sure it isn't normally like this based from the other reviews but it is how we got our stuff. My lease favorite part or the experience though was the seating. I went and ate around 4pm and all the seats are outside and in full blast of the sun. Not fun.
This place has lost the magic. Pre-pandemic this spot served exquisite Italian style pizza with excellent service and offered great ambiance both inside and out. Since then it seems like many other places they are struggling provide the level service that's required in most restaurants. It seems the wait staff is overworked and possibly under trained. The building itself has fallen into disrepair its not uncommon. The elevator to be out of service, and the restrooms, well , aren't clean. I've loved this place. And wanted to continue to love it. But it wasn't to be....
Very basic take out pizza place that serves single personal size pizzas for around $15. It’s efficient and fast. Nothing to write home about, it’s pizza, it’s cooked to order- nothing gourmet. Toppings are sparse, more cheese than sauce. It’s less pricey and less of a wait than other places at Disney. Barely any seating so take out is better.
Pizza here was lacking flavors and came out soggy wet. Maybe its the style but definitely not for us. The sauce was bland if there were any on the pizza. We only saw a thin layer. Food was subpar. For a large pizza its $40 for 1 topping. Staff was amazingly friend. Which is why its a 3 star and not a 1.
The food was good. I ordered the Lasagna and it was delicious, however the portion was a bit small for the price paid. I ordered affogato coffee and that was delicious too. Service was very good as well, very attentive, well trained, and paid attention to the details. The 3 stars rating are for the service alone. We had 2 very young toddlers at our table and the food delivery staff was careful not to put any food in front of them for them to grab. That was very thoughtful and appreciated by the toddlers mother indeed. The only actual down side was the strong cooking smell on the first indoor floor. The smell stained our hair and clothes because it was pretty strong from the open kitchen. So keep a note when making reservations, if cooking smell bothers you after you finish eating, make sure you tell them not to seat you at the first inddor floor.
Express Takeout Pizzeria with outdoor seating. Pizzas made and cooked quickly (under 10 mins) once you are able to get through slow line up to the counter. We had 2 different pizzas and toppings were scarce. Crust and sauce were tasty but they are very skimpy with the sauce, but generous with cheese. Prices are typical inflated Disney prices for quantity of food received. Waited 30 mins in evening after theme park closed to get through slow lineup to order. If you want quick service for food and don’t have a reservation at any of the eateries on this street, there are very few options. This is one.
The drinks and food look good. However, we had to return our sangrias (tasted like 85-90% wine) not to be rude but If I wanted wine… I would have order a glass of wine. The only drink that was fair was the mojito. The chicken pizza, lasagna, salad and a couple of appetizers (calamari/brocheta classica) …. And honestly from a party of 6 with different likes… well nobody liked the food. We didn’t order anything fancy. We actually left most of our food behind. The staff were really nice. The facility was clean. The bathrooms needed a little attention, but nothing major. But the food definitely needs improvement.
Food was great. Employees did not know they had beer and even though it was on the menu did not know where it was. They charge me double of what the sign said and didn't know what buttons to push to ring it up. Train your staff better
If you like grease pooling on the top of your pizza this is for you lol Grab lots napkins to dab it up
I wasn't a fan of the pizza It was my first time there and I LOVE pizza and I was disappointed in the taste. I wasn't able to finish it. The dough was soggy and the garlic knots were sorta bland. The associates were kind, but I wasn't a fan of the food. However, I was fortunate to find a shaded table quickly after I got my order. That was the only plus lol
Bonito lugar, pero las pizzas son caras y no muy buenas. Mucho mejor las Blaze Pizzas que son mucho más baratas y están muy cerca de ahí, en Katella Ave.
It really good pizza but Disney ruined the experience. Also, they have loud metal tables and chairs that cause a commotion if anyone moves in one inch. The price is driven by surcharge to be with Disneyland has really, really gone downhill. Overcrowded, increasing the expensive, who is no longer no all of the procedures here, and is a new confusing system, which also the employees don’t know.
Yea clean and friendly, but very expensive for what you get..The BBQ pizza was $40.00 for a large. It was not crispy, luke warm, too many onions..very sad pizza. To be honest shouldn't have ordered the BBQ pizza, but for 40 dollars definitely expected a better pizza experience Would only go for cocktails.
Ordered bbq chicken, chicken was not cooked and overall bad pizza.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of pizza combinations, but unfortunately, they are often not prepared with all the necessary ingredients to fulfill what is listed on the menu. Service was noticeably slow, and there was an error with my order. While the outdoor patio has potential, both the indoor and outdoor areas were poorly maintained. Trash bins were overflowing, and the condiment and napkin station was disorganized and untidy, which impacted the overall dining experience.
La mujer que nos atendió nada amable, nos atendió de mala gana. La pizza es individual muy alto el costo para lo que es. No sé puede pagar en efectivo.
Rude, insane, I think it is female but I can’t quite tell. BAD SERVICE. We walked in well before midnight around 11:30 and this gross tattooed person yelled at us and flipped us off. Is there any manager going to fire this person or what ?! Restaurants still take customers if it’s before closing time. Employees are supposed to close up AFTER HOURS. If they don’t like it, hire people who WILL DO THEIR JOB. I simple “SORRY WE’RE CLOSED” would have sufficed. Instead we get a “WE’RE CLOSED!!!!!!!!” Then a hand waive and the FINGER
We ordered two margherita pizza, not two cheese pizzas with basil on top 😭
I would have rather gone to Little Caesars after my experience tonight. The lady with the broken arm tried to serve my wife a pizza that was accidentally served to another customer. We asked to have it remade and she just turned around, threw the pizza in anger then left our other pizza on the prep table while remaking the other pizza. When we addressed the cold pizza the employe stuck her glove that I hadn’t seen her change in 25 minutes in my pizza and proceed to gaslight me into it being “warm”. We are at the “happiest place on earth” and this simply ruined my families vacation before it started.
Pizza did not have any taste and was really thin. I had to get a pizza from domino's to compensate for this pizza
Do NOT eat here if you allergies! The staff does not change their gloves, they grab from one topping to another and one pizza to another dripping as they go. Cross contamination is 100% going to happen. Thankfully we saw as we ordered for the other people in our party so we could skip ordering for those with allergies. The pizza was just ok but not planning on eating there again. The service was the hurry up and order so we can move onto the next person, kind of service.
The worst pizza I have ever had, greasy, zero flavour and the crust was burnt. Waste receptacles were overflowing. Because of their location and captive audience it appears that the management and staff take the customers for granted. Save your money don’t eat here!!
Pizza was super undercooked, not enough sauce or toppings. Worst Disney property food I’ve had and I had high expectations for a good fresh pizza
Quite possibly the worst chicken caesar salad I’ve ever had. No croutons, no parm, cold wet chicken. Flavourless dressing. I had to ask for lemon wedges for it to be considered consumable. We had other unremarkable items as well, but the salad was appalling. At $25 USD for a salad, don’t waste your time or money.
I was waiting for my order near the counter. A woman came in to the restaurant claiming that she was given the wrong pizza. The person that worked there took her cheese pizza, put it in a different box, topped it with cut basil, then tried to give it to me. He got upset that I refused it - not only was it someone else’s but it wasn’t what I ordered. Do not recommend.
I waited 10 minutes i didn't even realize until I saw a girl order and get it a minute later. When I asked about my pizza the guy knew my name but had a different guy ask what pizza I ordered and if I paid when both of these men were right next to the register when I paid.
The man at the cash register was very rude. We left Disney, my kids were hungry. So, we went and ordered food. I told my kids to grab a table. Shortly my kids came to tell me the patio was closed. Many people were eating on the patio. I told my kids, we just spent $100 here on pizza. Grab a table. The workers refused us a table!! They told me we could sit in the benches outside of the patio. I was mind blown! I asked who I thought was in charge, may we please sit at a table. Again, he told me to get a bench. These guys are jerks! If you take my money, I should be allowed to eat on the patio. Maybe you should close the patio when your last customer leaves!
Lady at the front has an attitude and extremely rude! Saw her flip someone off on their way in and it wasn’t even close to closing time. THESE PEOPLE CLOSE BEFOFE THEIR LISTED HOURS. Then act like you are the problem if you walk in during their hours. The woman is tattooed and has glasses. Obviously management doesn’t care since another two reviewers have posted about this individual. Do not trust this person with your food!!
