My wife and I are visiting Anaheim, and have been to The Habit two nights in a row. The first night I got the charburger with cheese and fries and it was really good. My wife got the chicken sandwich and subbed the bun for a lettuce wrap. The service was quick and convenient. The second time we went, we both enjoyed the bbq chicken salad. Would highly recommend this place.

Easy automated ordering system and overall everything was good with the food. One of the kids was sick that evening after eating there and nothing else, so there is that but otherwise a good experience.

I love that we found this joint right outside of our hotel. My husband is a burger fanatic and was in heaven with the charboiled portobello mushroom burger with garlic aioli. I had the grilled chicken chibata with teriyaki and a side of bbq sauce, and added avocado and pineapple. *chefs kiss* I can't forget to mention the options for sides; fries, ♡sweet potato fries, and tempera battered green beans. The atmosphere is clean and I honestly appreciate the locked bathrooms. The music playing is a decent variety. I do need to point out that you are paying for the food, *not* for customer service. They're friendly, but busy. You order and grab your food, without expecting it to come to you. And the prices are decent in relation to their location in a big city.

If you're looking for a great burger joint with that hometown burger joint feel, The Habit Burger is NOT that place. The problem with these franchise locations, is just that, it's a franchised eatery and not individual. Has a very sterile and structured corporate feel to the interior and it flows into the food as well. For the price point, you really don't have your money go very far here at all. The burgers are on the small side. The fries are lack luster and the portions are small and not great for sharing. The food has flavor, just not enough of it. The pineapple and teriyaki sauce were both tasty and made the small burger more enjoyable. If you are looking for a basic burger, you looking at around $7 to $8... But if you want a meal, side and a drink, you are forking over $13 $14 for the pleasure.... At lease when you pay that price at Red Robin, you get a bigger juicier burger and endless fries.... By far not a slam dunk on the goodness scale, but doesn't fall flat on the must go scale. The staff could be much friendlier and the decor a bit more fun and inviting, then... The price and food wouldn't hit so hard..... It would let you have a 1/2 star... But this spot gets a 3.5 star rating.

I agree with Joe in his review that says ‘What can i say? They weren’t happy to take my order.’ It’s hard because it seems this is the new norm. Same experience for me. The employees look miserable. 😅 Aren’t they getting paid a gazillion dollars an hour now even though they just graduated from high school… 😳😂 all well - at least they got my order right this time. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Just got back with our dinner from The Habit. The restaurant had minimal guests inside and it still took 20 minutes to get our food. We were only a 7 minute drive from the location and ALL our food was COLD when we got back. The fries were literally freezing. The burgers were not warm. We got two chicken salads and neither piece of chicken was warm at all. NO forks were put in the bag for two salads that required forks to be eaten. The wrong dressing came with my daughter’s salad. The employee working didn’t seem to be happy to be at his job at all. All in all, an epic fail for this Habit Burger.

WARNING CAUTION FOOD BORN ILLNESS My intuition told me not to eat here, but I did anyway, because the name, the location, and all the people who were gathered. I say I should not have eaten here because I am 100% absolute certain the lettuce or whatever green substance they put on their chicken sandwich was horribly foul and I gave me FOOD POISONING all day today vomiting 🤮 only pieces of lettuce. ☢️⛔️⚠️🥬 ☣️⛔️⚠️☢️ Fortunately, I know to take activated charcoal. But from 530 this morning all the way up until 1230 this afternoon. I was crushing the charcoal with my teeth and swallowing the powder only because I couldn’t keep the pills down. Because it had digested so far I had to induce vomiting over 6 times as I could not even keep water in my stomach. Last resort to get the rest out, I drank a carbonated water beverage with zero sugar etc to agitate the remaining bile and threw that up at 12:30 and fell asleep until 330 feeling better. I will not ever eat here again.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Obviously if Disneyland is open late and so are you…. You will have customers coming in until you are closed. My family and I came in like 20 minutes before close and shit went downhill from there. I took our order and we sat down and one of the workers set down three of our drinks next to a thing of food so I thought the food was mine because the drinks were and he just snatched it away and was like NO. Next my brother asked nicely if they have ketchup and that same worker who talks to doordashers and hands out orders says “ I don’t answer questions” ?? After this you can see them going in the back and you can literally hear them talking shit about us in Spanish which dumb move because we know Spanish and heard everything they said. After our food finally came out my mom asked the same guy if he had ketchup and looks at us and puts hella packets in the bag? So you didn’t have ketchup earlier but now you feel like answering questions ? After this horrible service I snatched that bag of food out of the workers hand and they acted shocked which was hilarious. Please never eat at this location it’s not worth the headache or 20$ per person

If you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance, do not risk eating here. I explicitly informed the staff that I have a medical condition and cannot consume gluten. They assured me—twice, including at pick-up—that the salad was gluten-free. But once I returned to my hotel and took a few bites, I discovered croutons hidden beneath the greens. Now I’m left waiting to see if I’ll suffer seizures (I have epilepsy) plus symptoms akin to food poisoning. My husband went back to request a remake. He watched the staff member grab croutons, then put them back—contaminating everything. When he asked them to change gloves and start over properly, they were visibly annoyed. This is not just poor service—it’s dangerous. If you’re gluten-sensitive or have celiac disease like I do, avoid this place entirely. Your health is not worth the risk.

Tired of the greed of these fast food places. $30 bucks spent and I get a 1/4 filled small plastic cup of ranch for the onion rings. I asked the cook cuz only one there in the front at the time and he’s like it’s gonna be an extra 65 cents. I let him know I’m not paying anything extra when the one I got should be full! He had the nerve to argue about it “well that’s just how it is.” Onion rings were burnt. The teriyaki burger and the shake was good, but that’s it. While I’m eating a kid comes over and starts sweeping in front of the table while I’m trying to eat and with the sun setting you can see all the dust coming up from the floor 🤦‍♂️

JC has the worst customer service. I ordered a milkshake with my order on the kiosk not even 2 seconds after he comes up and hangs a sigh over the kiosk saying no milkshake. Then told me I have to be refunded and it will take 3-5 business days for refund $7 for a milkshake. The location is dirty and JC has bad customer service.

Came in today due to craving the Habit, also wanted to use a coupon I had from a while ago. Cashier was very nice and professional. Manager then interrupted the cashier as I handed it to her and said I couldn’t use it due to being expired. I then told her there was no expiration date on it. She then followed up by yelling at me in front of other customers and told me no “we aren’t taking it”. The cashier then told me she was the GM of the store. Definitely needs some customer service training. Decided to come here out of all the places to get some food just to be told off and yelled at in front of other customers. Wouldn’t of been fine if she told me I wasn’t able to use it due to not accepting them. But being yelled at by a manager / the general manager was not on my to do list today. Very unprofessional management.
