Ordered a Baja bowl online, with extra chicken (4oz). I’d be lucky if there was 2 oz total!! I basically paid $14 for a bowl of rice and beans with a tiny bit of chicken! Never been a fan of CV, this definitely seals the deal. Never again!!

3.8 is too high for this place. Unorganized and the worst I have ever seen for taking an order. I re-explained what I wanted three times and they still had the order in completely wrong. I hope the mike is broken. (Hearing Baja salad from Nachos is a wild leap). after sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes we were running late so I had to go back later and when I went inside the second time they put everything together (while still missing beans I had asked for face to face) and then when I asked for toppings they were out of the toppings. This could be fine if that was explained beforehand as running out isn't their fault but no communication is. The manager offered some other salsa and tried to make it a bit better but it was just a bad experience from most aspects. I've never had so much trouble with an order from any other costa vida.

I’m a Costa Vida girl and I look forward to when I come to Utah to get my costa. Especially the horchata. Welp, today I was disappointed. The horchata was so watered down it didn’t event taste right. It seems like they were trying to spread it thin. My burrito was fine. But if the standards are slipping it’s a bummer, they had good food.

While I usually like Costa vida, this was probably the worst experience ever. This was the smallest burrito that I ever had, the food was barely warm, and I think that is cause they put it through the warmer to melt the cheese. Everything inside the burrito was not very was and a few bites were just cold. I am usually over stuffed after eating my burrito but I am thinking of going someplace else to finish getting something to eat.

this costa vida just made me the biggest cafe rio fan one of if not the worst fast casual tex mex experiences of my 34 years on this earth waited 45 minutes for our food just to get shorted a quesadilla homeboy almost made me cry when i asked for another one manager came out to argue that we got it. she was mean too so bad i went to del taco right after and had a great experience rip costa

The older gentleman working the drive thru window was so rude and impatient when ordering my food, I usually go to other places but chose here out of convenience today; but I will not be back . He sounded and acted as if he didn’t want to be there and was irritated he had customers to help. He also did not give me a receipt like asked for. Train your employees better , or get ones who are happy to help people and can handle a customer service job with a welcoming attitude

The service at this Costa was terrible. The employees were rude, lazy, and clearly annoyed to be there. They messed up my order and didn’t put any sweet pork in my quesadilla when that’s what I ordered. When I brought it up, they didn’t remake it or care to fix it they just shoved some sweet pork in it and gave it back, Definitely not coming back to this location.

Closing at 8 pm means they stop serving at 7:30 pm and they will not even have the courtesy to let you know they are closed in the drive though. Just be aware that kids run this location and lack professionalism. Management needs to retrain the staff. Closing at 8 pm means serving until 8 pm.

We have been eating here for years. I understand that shrink-flation is affecting everything these days, so I’ve been paying for extra meat portions here for the last year or so. Every single time we get our food there is consistently less and less meat, beans and rice. And we usually have to bug the staff for the extra sides and sauces we order.

Drive thru employee got my order wrong two times in a row on the same night. Half the time you order in the last year it’s either the wrong order and/or the food is cold before you even leave the drive thru

I can’t understand why it is so hard for the employees here and the manager to follow a simple order ticket. The only reason we continue to eat here is because my daughter needs Gluten Free. I understand it’s hard to find good help but I’m pretty patient since I owned a successful restaurant for years. 9 out of 10 trips to this Costa Vida go the same every time. My daughter and I send our orders in on the app separately. I always show up at least 10 minutes late because I know the orders won’t be ready whether they’re busy or slow. Tonight there were 5 customers sitting at 2 tables (3 & 2). 2 people waiting for their orders, 1 before me and 1 after. I tell them our names, we order the same exact thing everytime. As usual, they haven’t started making it. When I arrived, 2 employees are standing at the food line waiting for customers to come in. The girl runs the tickets off and takes them to the back. I wait for over 15 minutes. They finally bring the orders up. I always have to check them because again, 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong. First I notice the queso is missing, chips are there but no queso. As usual, one Baja bowl that is suppose to have no toppings except the chips is smothered in pico and other toppings. It’s ordered without because it can’t be eaten so I have to ask them to remake it. 10 minutes later the 1 little Baja bowl comes back up. There is suppose to be extra chicken and extra chips (it’s paid for). They usually put them in little cups. Trust me this Baja bowl they bring up had nothing extra on it. I mention to the girl, there is suppose to be extra chicken and extra chips. She tries reassuring me that “she’s sure they made it like it said.” First of all, not sure why she would be so confident it’s correct when she knows they always make it wrong. Their way of dealing with issues is to ignore the customer. She starts helping someone else so I just leave. While I was waiting the second time for the order to be made, there’s no one in the restaurant in line so I ask, who I think is the manager. Hi, I’m wondering if they wait until the customer comes in with an order on the app to actually start making the order. I asked very nicely, trying to figure out their system. A customer walks up to the line right then, so his way of dealing with my question was to mumble something, and walk off to help the other customer. Like I say, it’s always been thier way there, avoid and ignore!! It’s to bad they can’t find better management to help work out some of these issues. Good luck

First time got our order wrong, then gave us an attitude when we asked for a receipt. Quite literally 2 pieces of chicken in the chicken salad we ordered, and clearly skimped on pico, lettuce, rice and basically anything they could. Have fun being the new cafe rio costa vida. Hire some competent workers.

Without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at Costa Vida. We ordered ahead to pick our food up and though the food was done, we still had to wait 15 minutes because they were understaffed and had new staff that needs training. In addition to waiting 15 minutes for our food, there was no napkins. We alerted them to this and they tried looking for some but couldn't find any so I went next door to Panda Express and got some napkins there. Out of Horchata. Ice overflowing. Utensils in disarray. A line of 10 cars in the drive through and the line to order was all the way to the door and in my 15 minutes there I only saw 2 people successfully pay for their food.
