Duuude some of THE best pizza I've had in a long time. Definitely recommend this place, we had such a great time. Large party of 20 and pizza cook time was fast. You gotta try this place

I just had a baby after 21 years and all want all my kids first few parties here. I will be coming soon to celebrate my daughter 26, son 22, and daughter 1 at bday . All my kids bday are a day apart july31, Aug 2 and Aug 3 we coming in few weeks.

I work in Sacramento two days a week I live in American Canyon used to be a Rico's Pizza in Vallejo when I was growing up it's even better than it used to be decades ago they fixed the pizza literally how you order it fantastic I would recommend everyone go

Food smelled great, looked great, probably tasted great. The UberEats customer I brought it too said Rico's is a cut above the rest, so I'm inclined to try it

Occasionally we have lunch ordered for staff and choose Rico’s for the pizza. We recently ordered the Party Size Combination and Party Size Chicken Supreme. Both pizzas were delicious and was plenty for 20 adults. Plenty of napkins, plates, and pepper and cheese packets were supplied. We ordered ahead around 1030 online, which is before they open, and received our pizzas by 1205 via delivery. The delivery person was very kind he even asked if we needed help carrying them to a specific spot.

These pizzas are LOADED and delicious!!! We got a delivery order, which arrived hot, with two small (10") pizzas. One was a custom chicken bacon artichoke with pineapple (yes, pineapple), garlic, and garlic sauce which was BOMB. The other was a custom chicken bacon jalapeño with white sauce which was also bomb. The crust is amazing. 👏 You can trust Rico's to have amazing pizzas! Thanks y'all 😊 we will definitely be coming back!

Rico's Italian Pizza 🍕 is just a block away from my residence. We used to get it delivered for Birthday celebrations at our complex, and it was/is delicious! Upon hearing that they were permanently closing, my friend and I went over for one last time. Though a bit expensive, it was definitely worth every part! We also got deep fried Zucchini Sticks and deep fried Mozzarella Sticks, which were fantastic! I am so sorry to hear that they are closing, because I really want to go back again (and again, and again!).

I live in Utah. Every time I travel here to California for my family we always get Rico’s pizza. Yes the price is high. BUT!!!! It’s worth every penny! The pizza is amazing , delicious. This place is the best pizza place in the United States! The workers here are so kind and friendly. And while you wait for your pizza to cook there is cute little claw games to play. I win a small prize every time I play. I wish I had Rico’s pizza in Utah. But in my opinion you can’t go wrong on coming to Rico’s . My whole family loves them.

It's been awhile since I've been here. I used to work in the area and would visit this establishment from time to time. I stopped in on the way home from a softball tournament for my daughter. I almost forgot how incredibly tasty this pizza is. From the sauce to the cheese to the incredibly fresh and airy crust, I look forward to going back hopefully soon.

Clean dining room, friendly service and delicious grub. It's been a while since my last visit. So nice to see that the only thing changed was the updated atmosphere. Great for group gatherings.

The customer service was good and I paid upfront online! Upon getting my pizza one of the staff members asked me to wait to check if I had paid!? Embarrassing and check it before I start walking out the door. Pizza was okay, not the best as I've had but okay.

We had a $70 order jalapeño poppers and a big pizza only to get 2 small ranch packs and when we asked for more had to pay 50 cents each the order should’ve came with 2 packs each or unlimited ranch because we were dinning in

Don't order garlic bread. It is terrible... Plus, suppose to get 4 slices and got 2. Pizza is good but even asking for more pizza sauce, it didn't seem like sauce was on the whole pizza

I'd give them 5 stars because the pizza is so great, however the customer service leaves much to be desired! The boss lady is rude and grouchy every time I call in an order. I never want to follow through with my order when this happens. If you want to patronize this establishment, I suggest ordering online though "Slice" to avoid the negative customer experience.

For the price I paid for a grande pizza it was actually dry, it was like they forgot to put the original love into the pizza that once made it so famous to enjoy eating & it wasn't worth $52 .

The pizza was good but the old lady who claims to own the place is very rude. I placed an order for pick up with door dash and when I went to pick it up she told me that it was for delivery. Gave me a big hassle about it. When she went to try and check her machine she did not know how to work it to see the facts of the matter. One of the young employees had to come show her and let her know that yes it is for pick up. My wife then called to speak with her and she was very rude. Hung up on my wife 3x. Finally told her she owned the place and she was welcome to come speak to her in person. When my wife arrived she acted to busy to speak. Very unprofessional.

Games are rigged extremely, on top of that a rude boss or manager was being beyond rude to another employee just because we asked for Togo boxes we spent 114$ not including the drinks and games and yet this employee (boss or manager) was rude and made a big deal stating that they didn't give free boxes out no more. Don't waist your time coming here there's a pizza place down town Sacramento with bigger slices and cheeper where if you have left overs you can gracefully get a FREE Togo box to take your left overs home. I am extremely disappointed this place use to be so great but who ever this constant employee is and he know who he is has disgraced this place,Again if you are coming here people order what you feel like you'll be able to eat and finish or they'll charge you for the boxes to go highly disappointed a family favorite has gone to trash.

If you use the groupon and carpool with someone else who also has the groupon be prepared to be turned away. I picked up a friend who also ordered from them, so we carpooled since they were on the way. My friend was turned away because i had already gotten my pizza and they seen we traveled together. Even after offering to show ids with very diffrent addresses they still refused. So now they what hope to resell that 26 in pizza to someone else? And no where in groupon does it state two seperate house houlds can not pick up together.

If I can give this place a zero I would Deliverr driver RUDE . Very OVERPRICED for nothing gives you more vegetables than the meat plus you pay 2-3 dollars for every Topping alone on top of pizza being priced at 40 dollars. I'd rather go to ROUND TABLE worst pizza experience ever. I would never ever waste my money

Just because he’s a Mexican man, she didn’t even ask if he was going to Rico’s she just assumed he was going next door and told him that. Very rude. Then she told my 10 year old sister that she couldn’t come inside with her Starbucks drink. When we asked why, she said it’s because it could contain alcohol and they can lose their liquor license. She’s 10 years old. So ridiculous.
