It's a Whataburger. Never seen a dirty one. (Have seen one just as two highschool buses were pulling out and the staff was scurrying to get things right.) This one was immaculate fully staffed and running like a well oiled machine 👍

Good food. Fast. Love the online order option. They are so nice. My kid just spilled his drink while we were waiting for food and they brought us out a new one.

Whataburger is more consistent across the state with good food! For a small town this is one of the best all round. Good local management and hard working employees! Can’t go wrong stopping here!

I mean the food was good but what really made our experience great was the kind service and positive attitude of the lady who took our order! Her name is Shandra and she was very kind and accommodated us very well!

I just went to whataburger in Uvalde. My cashier was a young lady named Brianna V. After she took my order and I proceeded to the drink fountain she noticed I was struggling (am disabled and have a hard time doing things) she immediately came and took over!! She made my drinks, carried them to the car and went back inside got my order and brought to my vehicle!! What an outstanding employee and wonderful person she is. Whataburger is lucky to have her!! Much love from an old man❤️❤️Thank you Brianna!!!

Order has been screwed up several times in the past but food is usually worth the risk. People tend to flock here late at night as if it's the holy land so be wary of long lines.

Good food, big selection, fast service

Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. There are times when it’s super busy so the service and food might suffer. I’ve always received good service and if the order is wrong, they correct it. I wish they had WiFi but I guess if they did, people would never leave.

Made a visit to Uvalde for Business, mom was hungry so we stopped and she enjoyed her meal very much. She was happy that they prepared it exactly as she asked, grilled buns & onions, light mustard without cheese🍔 and crispy🍟 fries!!! I've never seen her enjoy Whataburger, like she did at this location. But what I loved was the young gentleman who walked out and assisted my mother out of her car, and helped in to your establishment. Great Work Whataburger team at the Uvalde location...and a Great Thank You to te gentleman that works for you and showed me that Chivalry isn't dead and gone 👏👏👏!!!

I always stop by the Whataburger in UVALDE when I pass by to go to Kickapoo Casino in Eagle Pass. I have to say that every single experience has been great. The Staff is so polite and friendly . This early evening I was waited on by a young lady named Fatima ; she was so attentive, professional and friendly as she took my order and repeated the order; immediately she began by working on my Dr Pepper shake. It was pretty busy and as I waited for my name to be called she suddenly appeared in front of me personally delivering my shake to me . She is excellent ! As a Teacher; I gladly give her an A++ and a few GOLD STARS . Great Job Fatima ! Whataburger is lucky to have her as an employee ! Kudos ! BTW the drive thru lines were long and so was the dining room . She was the only cashier working up front .

I'm in town for 2 hours. Nowhere to go until 1pm. After I ate, the crew let me sit here instead of my car. They were fun to watch. Everyone worked as a team and were very polite!

Whataburger is amazing. Fresh tasting food, friendly staff. The best thing is that all the store I have ever been too are extremely clean, and the prices are fair. The food is always hot, like it was cooked when you ordered it instead of sitting around waiting to be ordered. But my favorite about the food is the spicy ketchup, this is the only place I've found and it is amazing.

Whom ever is the manager here 👏👏👏 I came to eat inside. Fries are crispy and hold their shape unlike most whataburger I've been. All employees wear mask and gloves. Even during a peak hour the manager had them sweep and clean while the rest of the crew kept lines moving. The males with beards are wearing beard guards as well. The restaurant is super clean.

Let me tell you this was one of the only places open on Thanksgiving day! Our grandpa passed away we were traveling to Mexico. We sat inside to eat and they brought our food to the tables and even brought us jalapenos for free not even knowing what we were going thru. That server was so nice! Great customer service! Highly recommend if you live there or passing thru! Great job guys!

My first time at a Whataburger and I had a great experience at the Uvalde, Texas location. It was super busy but the amazing staff did a phenomenal job handling the busyness. Great customer service and delicious food. I give this place A+. Great job everyone 👏 👍 🙌.

I got a number 12 with a medium vanilla shake. It was quiet delicious, I asked for a number 12 with nothing on it, it was the perfect spicy type sandwich I was looking for. 5 stars.

The workers all were friendly and smiled, a nice change from other fast food places. The manager went out of his way to make sure you had what you needed for an enjoyable meal. Great food too.

I really like chicken, and they serve good size, delicious chicken, especially the brest. The fish is also very good. I've never left feeling hungry. The personel always treat you like family, always with a smile.

We purchased two honey bbq chicken strip sandwiches but one came on a bun instead of Texas toast. They immediately made a new one the right way, and added fries and a pie to make up for the mistake. Great service recovery. Friendly and helpful staff.

Was passing thru from my trip to Kickapoo, quick stop but very nice. The staff was busy but they were still very attentive to the orders. Definitely will be a place to stop.

Took a bus of students home to Floresville from here. Boys were hungry. They handled the ridiculous amount of orders like a champ. Food was fresh. Wait times were to be expected, with around 60 orders being processed.

Such a wonderful whataburger. The attendant at the drive thru was super hospitable and accommodating, female around 5pm. Food was good,, bun Luke warm but hey, a whataburger goes down regardless....

Been eating at whataburger since early 1970s always been great unfortunately when a double meat burger, a large shake and large fry is now over $13.00 its getting to the point its just not affordable. I dont mind a little bit raise in price. If it helps raise pay a bit but come on whats next $15 or 20 for a burger drink and frys. Maybe yall need to start thinking customers over profit before your customers can't afford to enjoy your delicious food and you have no profit or customers left.

Every time we have a curbside/mobile order I have to go back inside the restaurant to get something that was forgotten. That's my only complaint other than that whataburger is great.

I was on the way home from being out of town all day and noticed that Whataburger's dining room was open, so we stopped in. Fast service, cashier was patient with customers before us and friendly. Meal served fast and hot.

The service was great and pretty quick for as much business they had at the time of our visit. I will say we did not receive napkins with our order and ordered in the drive-thru.

Our visits here are hit or miss. Some days the service is great and other days your completely ignored. Lately my orders have been wrong and when you address it to employees they seem annoyed. One day the manager was there when I got an incorrect order and he could have cared less. Did nothing to try and help me. 🤷‍♀️

They're awesome and out of all the fast food places in uvalde, they actually keep their ice cream machine working and never turn it off. I always have problems with the other fast food restaurants turning their ice cream machines off early, but this whataburger doesn't disappoint. Also great service when dining inside.

Stopped for breakfast, employee at the counter was very nice and professional, The food came out fairly quick, the biscuits were hard on the bottom, but the rest was really good., thus the reason for the less than 5 food rating.

Interior is outdated. Its a it or miss with getting the order right, but when they do, its deicious and fresh!

Walked in, found Covid safe practices followed by all. Haven't had a Whataburger in years, due to my living in CA and their non-presence there. Had a #4 combo - Cheeseburger w jalapenos, ff , drink. Excellent as I recall. I'll be eating them as much as possible while visiting. CJ or maybe CG helped me at the counter and was friendly, accommodating and helpful as could be. Excellent service.

Die hard fan of whataburger, but this time they fumbled the order. I ordered and paid for a double with cheese and got a single no cheese, plus one thing I really dislike (when it does happen) is lettuce with a bitter unpleasant after taste. Still being generous due to my history if loving what burger I only took one star.

Okay , Uvalde Whataburger... I'm proud of you. The burger was hot , the fries were hot , wow. I gave up on you because the last few times I went I was mad after checking my bag. If the lettuce went to green , I'd say you've made a comeback. Thank you. New management?? Whatever , keep up the good work!!!

We stopped at this restaurant in Uvalde on 12/27. The food at Whataburger is always good. The young lady who took our order was outstanding, unfortunately I don't remember her name. She was so friendly and helpful. She made it a very nice visit. The only reason I didn't give this visit a 5, is that it was a bit chilly in the restaurant. Granted it was 40° outside, and that may have contributed to this. But otherwise, it was a pleasant meal.

Food was really good, it just took a little longer than normal to be ready. Other than that, it was excellent. Never used this location before, but will be back again!

Whataburger was great. Had to wait a few minutes but then again they were super busy. Can’t hold that against them. The food is good.

Took my Mom out for a Whataburger treat. She normally orders the Whataburger, Jr. with toasted buns and mayo. I usually order the chicken meal strip. My mom enjoyed her burger and I enjoyed my crispy tender strips. The toast was soft and the gravy had a thicker consistency than other times. The lemon pie was delish. I wish that cashiers would stop touching their ears and fidgeting with their hair. All of that is unsanitary. Also, please hand customers their cups from the bottom, not the rim.

This used to be best burger you could get as they would not start cooking until you ordered. Now most times in the last few months, burger is cold. Disappointing that it's near impossible to find a really good burger now days.

Ordered a whatacatch, double meat jr with jalapeños and 2 small chocolate malts. The whatacatch and jr burger were very good. However, there was a long line even though it was after 1:30 in the afternoon. We got stuck in the line and just sat and ate our food at the payment window because none of the employees delivering food to the second line would ask the person in front of us to move forward. Someone finally "woke up" and asked them to move forward so we could leave. Hope the employee at the window enjoyed watching us eat. The final bad end were the chocolate malts which were really a watered-down version of a vanilla shake with a hint of chocolate but not malted chocolate.

Manager working hard and deserves a raise. Fries were not done, though. (In my humble opinion). Still one of the best chain burgers and iced tea in Texas.

Burger and onion rings were really good. Only bad thing was that the place was dirty. They had like 8 employees working and none of them took the initiative to clean up. Also, they did not bother wiping or washing the trays, they just dumped whatever was on them and placed them back for use.

I am not sure if there is a management problem, or what, but this facility is so slow with getting orders out. I only ordered a wb jr combo, and 2 people who ordered after me got their orders before I did. More time passed, and I actually had to ask about my food. This was dine-in. The drive-thru isn't much faster, even during non-peak hours. I frequently eat here. Do not be in a hurry when choosing this Whataburger. WHATABURGER OF UVALDE: DO BETTER!

Dont go through the drive through if you're on a timed lunch break because you will have to take PTO by the time you get back to work with your meal for the time it took to have it made! Spent at least 30 minutes in the drive through. Smh

I am giving whataburger 2 stars basically 1 reason. I arrived a little after 6 am and they did not have breakfast items. I had to wait 20 min for my order due to this.

Order was sent out incorrectly 3 times. They gave us old fries, they were replaced once personnel was notified. Management did attempt to correct it but wasn't successful at. Place is small and restroom was decent.

Cashier appeared like she would rather be someplace else. No real greeting. When I asked about egg in a dish and when I found out it did I said I couldn't order it because of allergies, she never mentioned that it could be made without egg. Never once during our wait did I ever see her smile when greeting customers. And an overly long time to receive a taquito and a biscut and gravy.

Ordered a couple of burger combos from the Uvalde location for curbside pickup. When I got there, I parked, and I checked in. After waiting 20 minutes and no one bringing me my order, I decided to get off and go inside. (So much for curbside pickup.) I asked about my order, and after a few minutes, they found it in their warmer. Someone had erased my name from the waiting queue. They were going to give me the order until I asked how long it had been in that warmer. The young lady just ignored me and went to talk with her shift leader. He came over to the counter and was trying to tell me the amount of time the order had been ready. I told him I had been waiting in my car for at least 20 min, so that order was old, and he offered to remake it.

It wasn't all that for what you pay, I've had better...fries were cold! It got to 2 stars cuz the drink actually tasted like soda.

They lost our ticket had an incomplete order but most disturbing and several other people commented on an employee that was coughing over the food. The manager was standing right next to her and commented on it but didn't do anything about it. Oh and it was freezing in there we asked about it and they said yep it's cold. I eat at Whataburger a lot but will not eat at this one again. Very disappointed.

They need to really pay attention when a customer orders food always messing up orders and getting what you didn't order also let everyone oder from where we can see the menu stop taking orders from someone with a tablet and yal don't know wether we paid or not and than we have to tell yal what the oder is and it's still wrong once we get it even though we repeated the order to the person who brings it out management really needs to rethink who they have working there

Got off work at 4 am. Went through the drive thru food was garbage tossed it in the trash. Was cold one bite I could tell it had been sitting for hours. Shame on you for serving cold food to paying customers. When I'm sure you would not eat it yourself.

This location was not good, my order was completely wrong, I should have known to check my order when the customer before me looked at every burger in her bag. not recommended just keep driving till the next town.

The Quality of food has diminished. Buns are always Cold, and patty was luke warm. They are not as good as they used to be. That's why I stopped going.

Was overcharged for a double combo meal with jalapenos. She charged me for a jalapeno meal and added a extra meat patty. Paid 11.00 dollars.

I have to say that I am VERY disappointed in this Whataburger. I stood alone unacknowledged at the counter for several minutes while three, yes three employees stood on the other side just a few feet away from me. Two employees were talking amongst themselves, while the third was busy cooking the fries. I can't really fault the one cooking the fries other than if she would just have greeted me. I finally gave up and walked out and drove across the street to a Dairy Queen. There were two customers ahead of me in line. I was promptly greeted with a welcome and a smile. From the moment I had walked into Dairy Queen until I received my food was quicker than the length of time I had waited unacknowledged at your Whataburger.

Order was completely messed up. Honestly, how do you miss a meat on a double meat burger? Drinks were wrong, and machine clearly needs more syrup added for soda. All of our drinks were just coloured soda water. Very dissatisfied.

It was 2 am and I all I wanted was my burger on a bun sausage with picante .. said the order just like that and what did I get? A burger with cheese.. (I’m lactose intolerant) with fries ... nothing that I ordered at all. Also no picante sauce. You know how upsetting that is to not get the meal you want after a party?

Terrible drive thru service. Ask for onion rings and you get fries. Ask for ketchup, server confirms ketchup but do not receive any ketchup. Wrong orders. Stay clear of drive thru or don't leave the window until checking order, do not depend on the employees to do their job correctly..

We had pulled up to the speaker literally five seconds after ordering on the app. We had requested that the veggies on our double meat be on the side. We had a small drive home and didn’t want nasty soggy hot vegetables. The woman told us to pull on the outside line away from the window and tell them then. There was no one to tell. The, assumed manager, came out with our receipt with an awful attitude and rudely asked, “What is the problem? Your food is already made”. Strange she came out to say that but didn’t have our food. She seemed extremely annoyed and said “We can just remake it.” Well since the food was supposedly done I said forget it. We then waited FIFTEEN more minutes to get our food!! How was it ready but then we had to wait?? The quality was awful. The food was disgusting, old, and soggy. The “manager” sent out a poor employee to give us our food and she said, “My boss said next time you have an issue you can call the store and we’ll fix it.” THERE WAS NO ISSUE. We JUST wanted the veggies on the side!! That miserable manager needs a new profession. She was rude, slow in the head, and over all just unprofessional. You were NOT meant for food service.

Spent $32 on dinner did not get one single thing of the order correct gave us someone else’s order. We caught part of it before we left and didn’t realize all the burgers were wrong until we got home. We stopped by to tell the manager that we spent money and got everything wrong except for drinks! Took 20 minutes to get food and eyewash cold!! Two male managers just stared at my husband 🤦‍♀️.

The hamburgers are good. The service needs improvement. They would have really messed up my order if I hadn't of gotten that employees attention when I told her what I liked. She almost acted like she was deaf or something. My advice to people who come here, Just make sure they're listening to you.

Burgers were great and we enjoyed the brioche bun. However; my husband ordered a double-double and only got one patty but was charged for it. We live 10 miles out so it was too far to drive back and have them correct it. Also, we ordered tea and it tasted like coffee. I think they had stored coffee in the dispenser previous to tea and didn’t clean it thoroughly. 😞

My food was cold, tasted old and stale. Only picked at food. Got very very sick. I would not return to this whataburger. It's sad that alot have gone down, not just this one but alot of them

My husband and I went to go get food here at Whataburger we are local but when we go through the drive thru they were taking forever and this lady she kept talking to consumers that was in lane B instead of taking care of her customers we ain’t got time for that so by the time we got home our food was cold and they had messed up on my husband burger this is not the first time. We will not be going back anytime soon

Our dining experience took an unpleasant turn when we discovered hair in our food. Notably, the kitchen employees weren't wearing hairnets, and some managers weren't following proper hygiene protocols either. We brought this to the attention of a manager, but unfortunately, no action was taken.

Ordered a burger, fries, tea, and a shake. Waited in the drivethru for 20 minutes and someone came out and mistook me for a different order, and asked me to pay. I used the app so I had already paid. When she figured out she had the wrong person she went back in. A couple minutes later she brought me everything but the shake, and told me they hadn’t made it yet. The lid on my tea was left loose so I spilled a little of it on me, and by that time I had been there almost 25 minutes, so I finally left without my shake as it was 17 minutes passed the pickup time on the app and I was now 10 minutes late for work. Oh, and also, the fries were put in the bag upside down and crushed by the wad of napkins and ketchup whoever filled the order fisted the bag with, and they were soggy and just barely warmer than room temp. Not sure how a place gets this bad, but I’m local and I won’t be coming back to see if it got any better. Absolute dumpster fire of a restaurant. Next time I’ll just get food at a gas station, it’ll be fresher and I won’t have to wait almost 30 minutes for a small order.

Closest whataburger to my location sadly the food is bad first was what size fry actually a medium fry’s ..then new Monterrey melt berly enough Monterey sauce on it making it taste like a simple plain burger …then pulling up to the windows just for ur order to be wrong after waiting like 15 min still having to wait again smh highly recommend wallisville location

Let me just start by saying this if you pay 50.00 for food you'd like your order done correctly yes? Me too. So I went thru the drive thru told the person working my order (I had to repeat myself multiple times to insure we they heard me and it was clear what I ordered) repeated the order back to me correctly. Went up paid for my food. Took everything home and nothing was right... I proceed to call the store, they told me to come up there and they fix it. Okay, no problem. My husband went into whataburger, so I won't go off on anyone. I understand mistakes happen I get it. So I let him handle the situation. However, my Husband comes back out and says they said everything looks "right" I dont know what you saw (mind you he didn't check the order I did) comes back out with the "fixed" order for home is still wrong... I'm pissed off... Not only did whataburger not fix there mistakes they tried to make me out a fool. No I'm good. I will not be coming back for a long time. Whataburger you need to hire better employees and managers for this location. Horrible absolutely horrible service and treatment....
