This was the nicest location I have been in. The employees were super friendly, the food was quick and fresh, and the lobby was clean.

Stopped at midnight just needing some food, we were caught off guard when we were greeted by Damian. He was so personable and respectful and made our visit so much more than just a midnight run. Best service we’ve had since it’s opened here in Anthony.

Went to pick up some food and Jessica took out our order. She was so friendly and professional. Made the service great! Fries came out fresh and not too salty! So sweet

The food was fresh and tasted as a Whataburger should. The mustard was evenly spread. They got my order correctly. French fries where fresh and the tea… holy hell it tasted like sweet tea. Yummy. 👅 The low point: they don’t ask the right question to avoid the person to repeat themselves. 10 mint wait … But over all it’s new … and they still need the practice. 🖤🤘🏼

I love this place. If you want a real burger, then this is a must. They are open all the time. Finally, a place open late at night, and they make good food. Thank you God for 24 hr Whataburger. Carla Jr, get on board, if Whataburger can be 24 hr, then why can't you. The fries are good too.

I love whata!!!! But lately the fountain drinks in the drive thru havnt been great. Ordered the new buffalo chicken sandwhich which was very good. They forgot to put in my jalapeño ranch. And the sprite tasted like carbonated water. The line was a good length and i was on my lunch break so i couldn’t go back

Sooo disappointed at how minimal the Whataburger Jr has become. Patty as thin as cheese with no flavor and cheese as thin as paper. Visiting for holidays and was so looking forward to our W treat, but very disappointed. 😔

Ordered a small shake. Charged me a 32 oz Shake. Drove off they only gave me my 2 meals. Returned realized they charged me the wrong size to never give it to me. The guy directing the outside drive thru was the only reason for the 2nd star he was very polite professional and great with all the drive thru customers. Waited for them to refund and recharge my card. That being said the food was cold by the time we got to eat it. New location and I had so much more expectations. The guy outside should by the MGR other locations do very well. Idk what wrong with this one. Hopefully they get settled in fast and gets better. No problem with good quality only the fries were sub par. Went in 01/24/2023 at around 1:30pm

They always get my order wrong. I order a number 4 with no onions and mayonnaise. Last order today they put onions in my hamburger. Yuk! The French fries were cold.

People that made my food did not care raw meat nasty food but the pace is nicer then any other whataburger I been too

Its nice having a whataburger nearby and I understand that this one is still fairly new but they could do a lot better. Their unsweet tea for one is always bad, the orders are constantly messed up- they give the wrong items/sized drinks/food and the wait time can be long after ordering around 15-20 minutes. In general they take a long time, just don't listen properly and don't like fixing their mistakes.

Placed an online order and waited over half an hour for it to be ready. When I finally received it, items were missing and they handed me empty cups for me to fill them, but they didn't give me a cup holder even though it was 4 drinks. I expressed my concerns to the manager but the manager was nonchalant and unapologetic.

The staff is very rude. My husband was ordering food for our family and the girl who was taking our order kept repeating the order wrong, and when we kept adding stuff to our burger she sighted sooo loud and annoyed so we cancelled the order and left. We told the manager and he also did not seem to care at all whatsoever. His response was only “Okay ill talk to her” and then hanged up. Will never order there again.

Terrible customer service at night, younger girl that works nights is such a pain to even deal with. Morning customer service is pretty good! Started off strong with great customer service when it first opened, but it quickly declined.

The burgers at this Anthony location are smaller, much smaller than last year. The fries were cold and disgusting. I paid $12 and change. Take a look at your reviews, Management! There are many 1's. Time to step up! Never again!

Went during my lunch hour so I did not have much time. I ordered on the app to save myself some time. once i got back to work and ready to eat I noticed no fries in my order. I called and complained to Miguel, the manager. I was told I can return to pick up the fries that were forgotten in my order and when I did I received an order of over cooked fries. They were brown and hard. Miguel did not even bother to come out and speak to me. I was told that's how they serve their fries brown, hard and overcooked. Never again will I go to this location. The manager is extremely nonchalant about his position.

Waited almost 40 min curbside for me to go inside and them tell me they’re waiting on fries all for them to still forget fries on one of the meals and receive what looks to be leftover gravy…

What’s the purpose of asking how many sauces n what kind when we order online if you don’t even take the time to put them in the bag

Used the drive thru. Ordered a #1 and small fries. They asked me to drive up from the window where I paid to wait for my order. People behind me were all getting their orders. After twenty minutes I'm told my order didn't go through and that my order would be out soon. Someone that looked like a manager brought out my order. I told him there have been various times where I am waiting a long time for my order, tired of the poor service. I said I would be driving to Canutillo for my burger as they have good service. He simply said "okay" and walked away. If that is a manager's attitude, no wonder there is poor service at this location.

Curbside pickup is horrible I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try a few times but every time I try it (6 times now) I end up waiting for half an hour in the parking lot regardless of the time of day or if it’s busy or not. And 4 of the 6 times I had to go in and ask them for my order defeating the entire purpose of curbside pickup. And by the time you get the food it’s cold because they just let it sit. Would never recommend this location and I’ve just started driving to el paso any time I want Whataburger.

Every single time ive gone they take nearly an hour to get the food ready, even when there is no line. I have tried ordering for pick up hoping it would be faster and it still took abut an hr. After a long long long wait i would expect the food to be fresh and the meat is always dry and unseasoned. The fries are also never full if you order the “ whatasize” you’re just wasting extra money cause they will not fill the carton up so. Youll get the medium amount of fries with the parge carton.

I was really looking forward to stopping by here for breakfast. Whataburgers are usually great in Arizona, but after all the bad reviews , and not a single reply by this one, that seemed to prove the management here really just doesn't care. One can only hope this manager won't be receiving an illearned paycheck for long. Otherwise WB threw a lot of money away on a location they didn't want to serve their customers
