They tried to charge me $80.00 for an hour of internet, when their displayed price is $50.00. I asked the guy if they'd raised their prices, and he said no, because their computers are in the booth. I've been there several times, and it's always $50.00/hour.

I recommend that if you're going to request a computer ahead of time, make sure they pay attention to it. You also have to leave a deposit of $100 pesos. Otherwise, they'll block your computer and fix it until you speak to a supervisor.

Terrible service and bad prices. You can't print by sending via WhatsApp or email. They force you to rent their internet for 9 minutes per hour, and even if you only use a few minutes, they charge you for the whole hour. They also charge 4.50 per print. I'm definitely not going back; it's a scam company.

Excessively expensive. They rent you a computer for too expensive a price so you can print, charging by the minute, not by the hour. Printing or copying is overpriced and not even the quality is excellent. Likewise, I don't think the workers are to blame, but they overuse the need that arises when submitting documents. Don't forget that everything will be digital, and the business will go bankrupt. Don't forget what happened with Kodak. The prices should be affordable, and that way people will always seek it out for that reason, not for a way out that's already gone. Why, honestly, you don't want to go back.

I would recommend going only in emergencies; the prices are outrageously high. The worst part is that the cost isn't reflected in the equipment: I've been going for at least five years, and they've had the same slow computers since they opened, customer service is incredibly slow, and there's never enough room for everyone when there's a line. They charge you for everything.
