This place was so clean. The ladies that worked there were cheerful as can be. They definitely take pride in their store. I had a foot long chicken on flat bread with provolone cheese, green pepper spinach cucumbers jalapeños Parmesan cheese mayo and ranch dressing. The lemonade and tea mixed together is really good. They have sweet tea and unsweetened tea. They also have a footlong cookie, pretzel and churro. All of the food was really fresh. Izzi was super nice

When I walked in there were two people in front of me and one guy working on the sandwiches. It was a Monday night and the store itself had clean and tidy tables. After the two orders in front of me were complete the worker had to pull two tickets from the online orders to fulfill. I didn't know online orders had priority over real life customers but it makes sense now that I had a chance to fully analyze the situation (order online if you want priority). Tommy worked through the online orders swiftly and it was cool to watch as he deciphered each ticket as he got to each part of the fresh goods line. Once he was finished he was pleased with my patience and I was ecstatic for my toasted meatball marinara sandwich to be created. As soon as Tommy was finished charging me for my sandwich this female walked into the lobby with a broom and a dustpan to clean up. It was weird to me that she wasn't there to assist through the order backup, but it was a decent experience nonetheless. Thank you Tommy for the sammy! (:
Our Aransas pass subway is always excellent about accommodating my unique dietary needs. Facility is always clean and well kept with nicely swept parking area as well. Employees always willing to adjust product to accommodate prep considerations. Deeply appreciated.
Not very enthusiastic with customers, you pretty much just say what you want other wise they'll just look at you lol...of course the subway standard of product is always great and the price is rt...just don't expect to be treated like your the most important order at that moment , the staff is too young to appreciate friendliness it takes to be the best at their jobs. It's usually dirty looking in the restaurant no one pays much attention to the dining area 😔

Love the workers in here. They are funny, helpful and sometimes just the right amount of sassy. I had a grilled chicken sub with just about everything on it. It was delicious and fresh, toasted bun, super yummy. The new prices are great too, I'll have to come back more often.

Good place for a healthy quick bite that also tastes good.
You want a fresh custom made sandwich. Subway is the place to get it. They are cleaner than most. Friendly as can be and They are always polite. Even when you can tell they are having a bad day. I eat at the Aransas Pass location a couple times a week. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
My wife and I stopped here for sandwiches on the way to Port Aransasa. The people were nice and helpful and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. We had a nice picnic at Robert's Point Park and enjoyed our sandwiches. Hope to do it again sometime soon.
Tonight's bread on every sandwich was over cooked and rock hard! Returned to have remade. The employee took my receipts and 5 footlong sandwiches and threw them away! 3club and 2 Philly steak. Only replaced one out the whole order. Employee refused to look at the sandwiches or the receipts to replace the order. Horrible service! The employee needs to be fired. No excuse. Update... manager Karen did give me a full refund she was very sweet and understanding.

The guy was rude. Told me “you waited in line for a dumb cup of soup”… the WHITE people in front of me had soup and he didn’t say that to them. Will not be returning to this location due to racist staff. The guy had a ponytail with head phones.
absolutely worst customer service I've ever received. ended up having to return my sandwich. worker at the time had hairs coming out of his Pony tail. the lovely worker that refunded me was super busy when I walked in, and she had to ask the other worker to help me and my friend while she pulled almost burnt bread out of the oven. very disappointed and disgusted that this was the service I got.
Rudest experience tonite, walked in and the staff looked to be cleaning up it was around 6:50 pm and of course they don’t close till 9pm. Walked up to the counter and the male employee rudely says “how can I help you” so I told him the sandwich I wanted and he clearly looked to be annoyed and I’m a hurry for something because he was sliding them food covers around like crazy asking me “what next”. Once we got to the register he told me the total and I paid, he gave me my change and slid the sandwich to me without even a “have a good day” or nothing, then walked away to the back. Which I mean I wasn’t looking for that, I know the food industry gets hectic and customers aren’t the easiest to deal with. But I was being nice the whole time. Have to say this is rudest experience at any subway I have ever went to.
I ordered a sandwich and salad to be delivered thru door dash. I got my order and the bread was hard as a rock. I called and she said door dash was suppose to pick my order up 30 mins ago. I told her my bread got hard as a rock in 30 mins. Poor service and food quality. Won't go there again.
The staff was extremely rude. When we walked in, one of the girls said, “Oh my god,” as if we were an inconvenience. We felt uncomfortable ordering because they kept rolling their eyes while we were trying to decide what we wanted.

Spotted 2 baby roaches in the restaurant. One INSIDE the vegetable area and one by the soda machine. Also found one in our back with the sandwiches! DON'T EAT HERE UNTIL THEY FIX THIS!
