I used to LOVE the food here. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was my absolute favorite but Idk what happened. I ask for thick crust I always get thin. The pizza I got tonight has hardly any cheese and is doused with hot sauce and onion chunks. I give up. This is my last time trying.

Tonight I placed an order for delivery at 6:40 pm and it never was delivered. My phone had died so I didn’t get their calls which granted is my fault but the delivery driver never knocked on our door or even exit his car to attempt to deliver the food. And when I called I was told by the boss and the delivery driver that he was banging on my door and I did not answer and even after explaining that I have a camera and can see my street and I can see the driver pulled up and sat there for a few minutes and then pull off never exiting the vehicle. I know that if I have to order from them again, to find a way to pick it up myself or not to order at all.

Update ordered delivery from here recently. Called because my sandwiches were missing the ordered lettuce and tomatoes. The person on the phone argued with me telling me he knows that it was on there when it wasn’t. Then proceeded to tell me they were closing soon and hung up the phone. I have thrown the menus away and will never patronize this establishment again. Pizza is great. However they didn’t have green peppers and they called and told me so I asked for extra extra cheese because it already comes with extra cheese… there was no extra extra. Delivery service was excellent and super fast! The one I order Sunday without olives, add green peppers and extra extra cheese was better… but they didn’t close my front gate…today they did!

Ordered a medium pizza and jalapeño poppers, the the driver delivered after an hr a cold pizza that had sat, when I reported this the clerk told ne to microwave it. After disputing he offered a credit in form of can soda, that wasn't enough for me, he then said 10% off next order. Bottom line they kept my money didn't want to replace cold pizza. Never again

Can someone please explain to me how you order subs with a special but they don't charge you the special price and try to tell you that all your extra food makes up for the difference. They basically cheated me out of $10 I find this highly outrageous. I will not be ordering from them anymore just to get my money stolen.

Food was dry supposed to be mild and was reg wings. French fries was not seasoned and dry. Forgot to send cheesecake and tried to get me to take a credit and told them driver can give me back the money for it and then said he would but bet they won't. AVOID THIS PLACE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I don't usually leave reviews but we have given pizza man so many chances. We USE to LOVE their food. The first time we had a problem we order cheesesteaks, the meat was absolutely disgusting and they explained they tried new meat and gave us a refund. We stopped ordering from them for awhile but than started again and since then its been okay, just okay. Today I ordered an xl pizza since we are feeding 3 adults with some fries. When we went in there I told them my order and they told me one second and looked around trying to look for a pizza, the guy at the counter came back and was like we made a large so we are going to give you that for the price and upgrade the can of soda to a 2 liter, I said no that won't work. So they made my pizza and I had to wait. I walk back in to get my order and they all started laughing like there was an inside joke. I came home to find the inside joke to be on me since they put something spicy on my pizza. Obviously I can't prove anything but I will never go back there again. He also tried to get me to buy the pizza he made in error. I won't even get into the extra fees they charge like using a credit card, like seriously who does that anymore?

Absolutely disappointed. Called in and paid for the order at 7:11pm. Was told that it would be delivered within 45 minutes, I live 11 minutes from the restaurant, it was a Saturday I understand that they would be busy. Pizza did not arrive till an hour and 15 minutes later, was cold, dried out and unappetizing and looked nothing like the same pizza we usually order from the Reisterstown location. Barely able To eat this chewy cold food 👎🏻

Went for a simple cheesesteak meal. I don't know where to start. Horrible attitude upon arriving. For this so called pick up special. How did the $11.99 meal come to $17.20 and did they really charge me a whole dollar for extra onions. Then look at the food did these guys really just give me one half of sub(uncut) and then tried to put a quarter of a piece at the end to make it a whole sub?? Smh worse experience in a long time. Food is nowhere near worth it. On top of that the bread is stale

This would be a zero if possible. While I was waiting to pick up a delivery order, a rat ran across the floor, mice and cockroaches were running in the grease and food prep areas and on the floors. It was disgusting! Flies and bugs everywhere. Not to mention another order came in for delivery for me to pick up while I was waiting for them to cook the previous order…they literally took cold noodles out of the fridge with their bare hands no gloves the poured a can of Alfredo sauce on the pasta put boiled shrimp in it and bagged it up. I haven’t eaten here and I would not ever after seeing all that.

Every piece of food I ordered from Pizza Man was a disappointment. Materials were poor quality and not well prepared. The thing that sticks out in my mind the most is that I ordered breadsticks and I received a toasted sandwich roll with butter on it for the price of good quality food (meaning I was drastically overcharged). Everything I ordered cost a lot more than it was worth because it was all garbage. Frozen chicken patties being put in a roll and passed off as a chicken sub or something like that was also not only disappointing but insulting. I took a picture of what they called bread sticks and will provided it here. The only good thing about this place is that they are open late and they can deliver, but if you have any other options, I urge you to go elsewhere.
