I got the lemon honey boba. It was superb and refreshing; pretty sour, just how I like it and expect it to be. You can tell they use real tea and lemon. Boba was the perfect chewiness.
The cashier was friendly and the drinks were delicious! The pearls were chewy and not overcooked. The oolong milk tea had a strong tea flavor and was also creamy. Highly recommend :)) Glad this place opened in the Westfield Mall!
Wushiland is now my #1 go-to boba place in California. If you are the first timer, please order Black Tea Machiatto with MINI boba. Trust me, it will not fail you but I do warn you that you can't stop coming back afterwards. Go give it a try and thanks me later~
Omg hands down one of the best boba places EVER! Absolutely delicious and the milk teas being so rich in flavor and creamy! Plus super fast service!
I love Wushiland for their pearls (mini boba)! This location is inside the Santa Anita Westfield mall (aka Arcadia mall) next to Macy's on the first floor. This location is almost always busy. Luckily they have online ordering so you don't have to wait too long. They also implemented a loyalty program. You have to give them your phone number when you order otherwise you lose out on the points. The brown sugar roasted oolong milk tea with pearls is my go-to here! (also posted on Yelp)
Oh my gosh, I actually don't like mini Boba at all but somehow this spot has mastered mini Boba. I go there just to get milk teas with mini boba and occasionally get the Bobo with a scoop of ice cream in it. Their drinks are flavorful, though really sweet so oftentimes I just get 25% sweet, definitely creamy, and consistent. I have not gotten a bad drink yet from here and I would say it's in my top three boba places in all of San Gabriel Valley. That's a tough thing to earn!
I love that I can customize the ice and sweetness to my green milk tea. I got to try the pearl instead of the boba, and it was delicious. The line looks long at times, but they work real fast on the drinks. Excellent customer service and teamwork. Thank you!
Really good! I got the oolong milk tea with pearls and it was excellent. Fast ordering, no hassles. A bit pricey but once in a while I suppose
So far probably the best milk tea I've had since coming back to the US. The ice cream milk tea is good but man did it give me stomach ache. Being lactose intolerant sucks. If they had lactose-free milk or even almond milk choices this would be awesome. Still haven't found a place that makes comparable milk tea to the ones I had in Vietnam. They need to bring Koi Thé over here!
Soooo creamy! The milk tea is a MUST! Got the Jasmine Green Milk Tea and it wasn’t too sweet or strong in tea flavor at 50% sweetness level. They put a LOT of boba- like half the cup- so ask for less boba if your not into that. They do have regular size boba as well as mini boba. Lines weren’t long when we were there and drinks came out quick.
back in the A mall and had to try Wushi' orange grapefruit green tea w coconut jelly at regular sweetness. it did not disappoint! orange flavor w a little sourness and the jelly was a nice contrast.
I've seen Wushiland Boba locations pop up in different places in the SGV. I know they have another location in Focus Plaza but I've personally never been there but since I was at the mall decided to stop in and try it since they were brand new. They are located on the first floor right next to Macy's. With social distancing guidelines, they made the queue line up outside and only one party at a time can be inside to place an order. And they tell you to wait outside until your drink is ready. There's a good variety of different types of drinks here but I went with something basic. Overall, the drink was pretty good I got the green milk tea with pearls. They do put more pearls in the drink compared to most places. At least that's what it feels like. My sister got the milk tea with ice cream and that sounded really good too. Right now they do have a 10% off until the end of November if you comment on Google Maps or tag them on Instagram.
Good boba place, only a few locations in LA area. New location here in Arcadia. the peach green tea is good.
If you love boba and tea, you’re at the right place! They have the best boba and so many tea options. My favorite is four season tea with pearl (mini boba) with less ice and 30% sweetness. Less sweetness allows more flavorful tea. If you love sweet, 50% would be good. Roasted oolong milk tea is also good, and I recommend 50% sweetness for it.
Out of all of the boba shops popping up recently, Wushiland still stands as one of the best. They have a huge selection and something for everyone. The drinks are very refreshing and taste great. The coconut jelly was a nice topping is you are want something other than boba. The drinks come out pretty quickly and the staff are friendly.
I've tried their San Gabriel location and they're both great. The cashier was nice and helpful. I ordered the Ice Cream Milk Tea with Boba (they use a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which blends in perfectly with the milk tea and can be drunk through the big straw itself. As far as I know, this is the only Boba shop that does ice cream with their drinks, and the end result is quite innovative and delicious.
Ordered the mango ice cream four seasons tea with less ice and 50% sugar. I used their app and it was very convenient! The drink was ready really fast and pick up was simple. I was curious if the ice cream would go well with the tea and it actually did! As the mango ice cream slowly melts into the tea, it starts to taste more like mango tea with hint of four seasons. Once all the ice cream melted, it did get a bit sweet so next time I am going to lower the sugar even more. But, overall this drink was good! It will be one of my go-tos here from now on. I might even try another ice cream drink next time. Would recommend this drink!
Not sure why this received such low reviews. I liked my drink and the employee was helpful! Their regular cup sizes are pretty big and I love the tiny boba and the fact that all their drinks are non-dairy!!!! I tried the oolong milk tea and got full sugar and it was a little too sweet but I still enjoyed it. I appreciate how it is conveniently placed in the mall and it’s actually good boba!!
I got the Yakult green tea and it was so good! It is the only place I can get yakult boba tea. Also had the plum green tea which I didn’t like and they let me trade it in for a brown sugar tea for free!
First time here but have heard great things about this place for a while. Got the honey green tea with aloe. Tasted good. Kiosk available with tap to pay.
This is one of the great boba place that offers authentic tea and delicious boba. I went on a weekday afternoon but still the line is a bit long but the wait is short. My favorite drink on the menu is grass jelly green tea latte. The boba tasted fresh and of high quality. When ordering, make sure you tell them your favorite ice and sugar level. It's addictive but it's great!

Really good ice cream boba. The flavor of the tea is so good, and the ice cream edition is amazing. My cousin told me about this place and he was NOT joking it was amazing. Will come back when I come back to LA, this is some of the best boba I've had in the area.
Ordered the Black Tea Macchiato. Always wanted to drink it but delivery orders for the drink itself goes to $10. In store/In Person, the drink itself comes out to $7 with the added boba topping. I would say, to finish the drink within an hour or so because the ending cream and boba becomes harder to drink as it they sit in the liquid.
I really love Wushiland. But lately the Jasmine milk tea has been drowned in creamer. It’s super creamy yes, but all I taste is creamer! I come far to get it. Please please reconsider a pleasant ratio. Thanks and much love!
Delicious ice cream tea is what I always gets. This time there was no line and it took five minutes to be ready. They have membership program and this time it was half priced. Everything was lining up. Nice.
**4.4/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨ Wushiland Arcadia: Solid Boba & Grapefruit Green Tea in the Mall** Located inside the Westfield Santa Anita mall in Arcadia, **Wushiland** is the reliable Taiwanese boba chain spot that draws crowds for its classic drinks and chewy pearls 🧋🍵. The counter is always busy, but the menu is straightforward and the quality consistent—perfect when you’re already shopping or catching a movie. Ordered the **grapefruit green tea** and **boba milk tea**. The grapefruit green tea is refreshing: strong jasmine green base, generous fresh grapefruit slices, a touch of sweetness that cuts through without overpowering, and plenty of pulp for that real fruit pop. The **boba milk tea** is classic—creamy, not too sweet, with chewy black pearls cooked just right (soft yet QQ). Both drinks come in large sizes that last a while, and the ice levels are customizable. Service is friendly when you finally reach the front, but the **line moves slowly**—expect 10-15 minutes on weekends or peak hours, which is the main deduction. The **sitting space** is limited: just a few small tables in the mall corridor, often taken, so most people stand or take their drinks to go. The **location inside the mall** feels inconvenient if you’re not already there—parking can be a hassle during busy times, and it’s a trek from the main entrances. Still, Wushiland earns a solid 4.4 for delivering tasty, fresh grapefruit green tea and dependable boba milk tea in the Arcadia area. It’s not the trendiest or most spacious boba spot, but when you’re in the mall and craving a classic drink, it hits the spot. I’ll be back for the grapefruit next time—just planning to hit it on a quieter weekday.
Classic Taiwanese boba shop that has grown to popularity. There is usually not too long of a wait, although there is a separate kiosk one can self-order (it's not much faster though). It's generally been quite busy with all the tables and chairs filled, so more of a grab and go place. Their milk teas aren't anything special/I'd avoid them, although they do have the secret menu item of the Four Seasons Tea w/Coconut Jelly, Boba, and Pearls, which is highly recommended if you enjoy multiple toppings. Otherwise, stick to their fruit tea, especially their Four Season Tea which is light and quite refreshing. Watch out since their containers aren't the most durable and one of them cracked when we stuck a straw into it.
The store has a variety of boba tea. Like other places, you can choose the level of sweetness and ice for your drink. The place is located inside the shopping center and has a small internal lounge. In case you can't find space in the store, there is an area in front, corresponding to the mall, where you have sofas to sit on.
Location is great, it’s located in the Santa Anita mall (right next to ramen Nagi). Would recommend getting their four season tea w/ coconut jelly+ boba + pearl. Both 30% or 50% sweetness work. Enjoy!
Their business hours on Yelp show that they open at 11 AM but when I arrived around 11:45 AM, one of the workers told me that they don't open until 12 PM. I'm not sure if they normally open at 12 PM everyday or if they just opened late today. Their door was open but blocked off and there were workers inside so I mistakenly thought it was open. I ordered a roasted oolong milk tea with honey. It costs an additional $1 for adding honey. I also ordered an orange grapefruit yogurt which costs $7.24. I didn't pay attention to the prices when ordering so I was taken aback when I saw the breakdown of costs on the receipt. The drinks are good but over priced in my opinion.
Taste :43/5 Environment: 4.3/5 Service:4.2/5 Authentic Taiwanese boba place ! This place is inside the shopping mall. Clean and fresh Love their tea flavors from black tea to green tea with boba .

It was ok. I like the lounge area and see through glasses for walls. Pretty nice and attractive place. The selection of drinks is just ok. I have seen places with better selection. As for the quality of the drink it was good. The boba was nice and soft but it feels like it lacked that "pillowy" touch. Not a bad experience overall.
Having a mediocre service is something you would expect from a place that just opened recently. Well, seeing reviews from a year ago, and knowing they have been opened for long enough, got me really disappointed. Don't get me wrong, their drinks are on point. I got a total of 7 drinks, all of which are delicious. The people who made the drinks are exceptional, but the people who are taking orders, were something else. They were in a hurry to take my order, and when I told them all 7 of my drinks, they couldn't keep up, got my order wrong, and charged me an extra $0.67 cents on a separate transaction using my credit card for the boba that I clearly ordered but they didn't include. I told them that I asked for boba the first time, I guess they didn't understand because they keep repeating I have to pay for it. If they just took my order down correctly and if they weren't in a hurry, we could've avoided unnecessary stuff like this.. Just silly!
I was curious about the long and winding line, so I decided to try them; I'm glad I ordered online because it is waaay quicker than falling in line and ordering in person. I ordered ovaltine ice cream and yakult something-something 😋. Both main ingredients are extremely popular on their own if you grew up in Asia. But I was not crazy about it. Maybe it's just me. I can't believe I didn't like it. I hope someone here can suggest what everybody else is crazy about.
we tried the orange yogurt drink and it was good but $8 for each drink does not justify it, too expensive, literally went home and did it ourselves for like $1, orange juice and some yakult. overpriced!! other drinks are probably better and good for the money which is why it gets a 3 stars instead of 2.
Definetly ask for 50% sweetness and less ice. Cup size is pretty big and whw they charge for boba, they do give you a lot of it. However, the drinks themselves were not very good. The 100% sweetness in the brown sugar oat milk tea is way too sweet, I couldn't even taste the milk. We also got the green tea yakult with 50% sweetness and less ice and it was much better but still a 7.5/10. Only drank half of it and then wanted to throw it away. Service was great but the drinks were disappointing.

Normally order the Jasmine/green milk tea here and always get my order right. Today however I noticed my drink wasn't my usual jasmine green milk tea. So I asked twice once once I got the drink and once more I came back and they told me all their drinks are Jasmine milk tea based. However that wasn't my question, my question was is this a Jasmine milk tea as in is this the usual green milk tea? The drink was noticeably darker than usual. I decided to forego what I know and give it a try, it's not the Jasmine milk tea I usually order. Deeply upset they lied to me.
Yeah, this place was not that good, which makes me kinda sad. I enjoy drinking teas and I definitely enjoy trying new boba places. I ordered their ice cream oolong tea. It was horrible. I couldn't drink it. It was weird. Ice cream and tea? Pass! The reason why I gave them 2 stars and not one is because the second star was for creativity. Wish I took a picture of it, but just think tea with blobs of ice cream.
Girls ignored me until I just went to the kiosk to order my drink, and as soon as I decided to order off of the iPad, somebody else walks up to the register and she moves over so quickly to help them.
Do not come to this shop! My friends and I had major diarrhea after drinking their milk tea. First, I got food poisoning when I got home. We vomit 3 times in a row the same day! Very crazy... Also got wet stools the next day nonstop. We are sick. I think their toppings are not fresh and full of bacteria. The red beans and boba are no good! The coffee and creamers are also rotten
Ordered brown sugar milk tea it was extremely sweet, asked for regular sugar they put triple extra sugar i got nausea after drinking their milk tea, literally food poisoning start vomiting 6 hour later. Going to doctor today to get report, hopefully this place can close down bc they don’t care about customer
I regret to say that my experience with Wushiland Boba was extremely disappointing. After receiving a watered-down orange green tea, I politely asked for a remake only to be met with side-eye and a passive-aggressive attitude from the staff. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it's clear their customer service leaves much to be desired. Additionally, their app is not worth using as the overall vibe from the staff is lacking, and their lack of urgency in serving customers does not reflect the premium prices they charge for their drinks. I had high hopes for this company, especially a company as highly regarded as Wushiland, but sadly, my experiences have left me feeling incredibly disappointed. After this second instance of poor service and lackluster drinks, I don't see the need to return again. It's truly disheartening when a company fails to meet expectations.
The new young girl worked on 11/30/24, idk her name, you need to train her. We asked to add cream to the drink, usually no further questions and we would be given macchiato cream since it’s the only option, but this girl said she didn’t have cream, we got confused, then she said only had macchiato cream, lmao
I’ve been drinking Wushiland for years, this branch is the worst. Drinks are water downed. I’m disappointed considering Wushiland is one of the most iconic boba chains in Taiwan. I’ve been to other Wushiland in So. Cal, this one is the most disappointing. Wasted $7!!
I have nearly 35M views, you'd figure I would keep track of my reviews. I know I've left multiple decent reviews for this place, now everyone knows you manipulate your rating. Fewer stars for you. This is a popular business that has been opened for many years, there's no way it has only a little over 170 reviews. Good milk tea quality. Average milk tea quantity. Good price for a mall business. Almost zero seats, 3 small wall benches; the mall has some seats outside this business. Overall I recommend this business.
