Personale gentilissimo.
When you use quality ingredients, the result is simply extraordinary. One of the best Pokés I've ever eaten. You can sense the passion and professionalism. Huge applause to the Arese staff, always smiling and available to explain, despite the typical shopping mall chaos. The atmosphere, which isn't the brand's fault, but the location, couldn't be rated differently. A great discovery yesterday; I'll be looking elsewhere to try their specialties.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Viva Buono Fresco Naturale and wanted to share my extremely positive experience. The club sandwiches offered are simply excellent: made with fresh, healthy ingredients, they guarantee authentic flavor and superior quality. Every bite reflects the attention and care put into selecting the ingredients, making each sandwich a true pleasure. The service is another strong point of the restaurant. The ladies who welcomed us were very polite and friendly, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Their professionalism and kindness made our visit even more enjoyable. A particularly noteworthy feature is the children's menu, designed to satisfy even the youngest palates. It's very convenient and well-organized, offering a variety of healthy and tasty dishes, making Viva Buono Fresco Naturale an ideal choice for families. In conclusion, Viva Buono Fresco Naturale stands out for the quality of its food, excellent service, and attention to the needs of the whole family. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious meal in a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Lunch on Black Friday, so the mall was crowded. We went early, around 12, and didn't have much of a line. The wait was 15 minutes for the food to be prepared. The food was good; the avocado and salmon club sandwich was highly recommended. The chickpea burger was good, but lacking in flavor and soft in texture, so you may or may not like the taste. The potatoes were very good, and so was the homemade sauce, which is vegan mayo. As for seating, if you get there early, it's doable; otherwise, it's a bit difficult to find.
For those who love "old-fashioned" salads with fresh, flavorful local produce, this is the place to be. I love them. Generous portions (with the all-in option), and you get two nice bread bites with it. Average prices. Be warned: seating is limited; sometimes you have to wait for designated tables at Viva in Centro C. Basically, I find it an excellent, natural alternative to the fast food options in the center. The club sandwiches are also good; I just would have liked a larger portion. Recommended for those who want a more natural/digestible meal.
A healthy option when you're at the Arese shopping center. Average-to-high quality, average price. These days, whatever you order, whether healthy or not, the minimum price is €8. Friendly staff. We didn't even have to wait long, even though it was quite crowded. This makes me think everything is pre-cooked, since I only saw one employee behind the counter. The smoked salmon is good. The dishes are richly seasoned. I was pleasantly satisfied with the other dishes as well. I highly recommend it.
Ho mangiato meglio all'autogrill.
The staff is good and attentive, but it's clear they're being overindulged. After more than a year, I tried the turkey and tuna club sandwich again to see if it was a fluke, but there's still no mention of the tuna. I see the same thing in many other reviews. It's clear they don't make tuna at all. I don't think the two young frontmen are the ones who decide these things.
The food was not very tasty, had a veggie burger. At least the food was warm, but that was about the only positive thing about it. They couldn't serve fries or potatos at 4pm anymore, still paid 11€ for a coke and the burger. Would not recommend.
I hope I stumbled upon a bad moment due to the fact that it was a Sunday when sales began and a lot of people crowded the center, although unlike the usual well-known fast food restaurants, where the lines were almost as long as those of a first-lockdown toilet paper hunt, things were fairly calm here. I can honestly say that the service staff were very courteous and punctual in managing the flow of people. We were attracted by a format that seemed to promise something better than the usual American-style fast food, and, to top it off, a vegetarian option; it seemed like a good compromise for a quick but good meal. But our expectations were disappointed. We had two club sandwiches, one almost traditional with Chicken and Bacon, with chips and salsa, and the other "Really Veggie," with chickpea flour, guacamole, caramelized onion, etc. Let's start with the positives: the sandwiches overall were neither good nor bad, although the bacon in the traditional one was quite boiled, not at all crispy, and the vegan mayonnaise tasted like nothing at all—in fact, nothing at all, with just a little mustard. The same goes for the vegetarian club sandwich, which, however, had a predominance of caramelized onion that covered everything else, leaving the bite completely sweet. I suggest adding something acidic to balance it all out. The completely off note was definitely the chips, some completely dry, others completely limp and raw. They even managed the difficult combination of having some half limp and half dry, as if it were molecular gastronomy. I assume they were piled up badly in the oven straight from the bag; the ones on the bottom remained raw, the ones on top turned into tiles. If that weren't enough, they were served completely unsalted and with the vegan mayonnaise we discussed above. The explanation for why the fries were in the day hospital canteen version was that the supplier had changed (something I often see in other reviews referring to other products). Which is understandable in these strange times, but since we're talking about fries and not quantum physics, the parent company could A- Provide guidance on the new preparation times and methods. B- The restaurant could try cooking a test bag without having customers act as guinea pigs. C- Look for an air fryer on Amazon. 2 stars of encouragement because the format is interesting, but you have to check what you're serving before writing "good" on the sign. PS. For the record, I was offered a compensatory dessert (which I didn't order).
If you're vegan and are looking for a nice seitan burger then this is not the place to come. What is written is not what you get. They do have two vegan burger options, the other is a chickpeas burger. In my opinion they will give you the chickpeas burger even if you ask for the seitan because that is what they gave me. I did speak to the chef, just to find out that he didn't really know what was in it and that they brought they burgers in. Which then in turn makes me think, that the fresh and natural they advise their food to be is not correct either. All in all its not a bad place and the chickpeas/seitan burger was nice just with out seitan.
Sandwich tacchino e tonnato!
Terrible experience, avoid. The staff was rude and completely disinterested in the customer. I was left waiting at the register despite being clearly visible, without anyone bothering to take my order. After ordering, I discovered that the potatoes were "not available." The wait was insanely long: after about 15 minutes, I asked for an explanation and was told that the sandwich was already ready, left abandoned on the counter because the disk hadn't played. At that point, they reheated it. Result: an inedible sandwich, cold inside, and of terrible quality. Slow, disorganized service, with no attention to the customer. Places like this don't deserve to stay open.
Simply inedible. Ordered an Avocado Club and a classic chicken and bacon. What should be the sun-dried tomato is basically a tomato from a can of peeled tomatoes, and the chicken is a sort of cardboard, flavorless and not at all tender. The bread quality is poor. The potatoes have a hint of acidity. Bacon was not delivered. Unfortunately, I can't give a zero.
From the outside, it may look "good, fresh, and natural," as advertised, but it has none of those characteristics. I had a turkey and tuna club sandwich with potatoes on the side, and it was awful! Everything was flavorless, the potatoes were reheated dry and served cold, and the tuna sauce was nonexistent. To top it all off, the service at the counter was terrible.
Totally unimpressed with the overall experience. After spending 32€ for some bland, sloppy food, we have been forced to wander around like restless souls to find a table. Once sat, we have been waiting more and more for our meals to be ready, reaching the unlikely waiting time of 35mins for a burger, a sandwich and a salad. Being the food basically tasteless, I asked for some dressing in order to give it some taste, just to discover in disbelief that a single portion of mayo would have cost me 0.50€. This business is a bad advert for vegetarian/vegan food: often delicious, unless badly prepared like in this restaurant. One star feel a lot.
