Didn’t have high hopes for a hotel restaurant, but their beyond burger is honestly the best one I’ve ever had. Fantastic. Fries good too. Got takeaway so I can’t speak to the service.

Great for breakfast and dinner. I created my own omelette with spinach and Swiss. Everything was super fresh including the hash browns. They also have vegetarian and gluten free options. I had the gluten free sweet potato raviolis with quinoa. It was delightful.

Absolutely Amazing.... Cinnabar restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport, you are the best. This is my new favorite restaurant. Exquisite food, amazing service and a feel of warmth that you don't often see in a hotel with fine dining restaurants. Chef Shane and his team take the ordinary and make it extraordinary. I was there in between flights from Florida to DC and stopped in for dinner thank God I did. The entire experience was great....I’m already looking forward to the next trip to DC to return to Cinnabar!!!

Absolutely great service from Pradip our waiter. He is a truly living the American dream. We need more people like him. Food was outstanding, we selected all his personal recommendations, but his service was even better. Great place especially if you are staying across the street at Courtyard where food and service are extremely lacking.

Overall, great. It wasn't busy, so we had the buffet to ourselves. Loved the make your own omelet option.

I eat breakfast here, this restaurant has a very nice, upscale feel and look. The food was very good and the service was great.

Surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast. Buffet was clean, with plenty of selection including cooked to order omelets and eggs. All foods were clearly marked with allergens and sensitivities which I greatly appreciate. Terrific friendly service as well. I would eat here again.

Ok breakfast but poor service. We got the bill on our table before we even finished our breakfast. Poor customer service considering it is in Hyatt hotel and a lot of business customer comes here to stay.

Kelem was my waitress and she was wonderful. Service was quick and courteous. The food was just so so and typical for a hotel (expensive but average at best). I ordered the Steak Frites. It was tasty but the NY strip was literally half fat. Maybe they gave me a crappier cut because I was using my airline discount? I also got a Caesar salad with salmon on it to go which was a little better. If I was paying full price I would not be happy!

Pretty much what you expect at a hotel restaurant. A little pricey for what you get. Food seemed to be prepared well and was flavorful though. Turkey avocado sandwich good.

Eh, it was okay, though I think i expected more for the price I paid, not to mention it being a hotel restaurant. The staff were professional and did their job well. The first thing I got was spinach artichoke dip with crab. It was decent, I liked it, though I honestly couldnt find any crab in it, which was an extra charge. I originally ordered the fish and chips, which ended up having to be returned. It was basically devoid of any flavor. I tried adding some malt vinegar which didn't help much before suddenly the next bite I took was unsettlingly bitter. Like, REALLY bitter. I decided to order something else. I then ordered the steak, medium rare. It was cooked correctly and came with a "specialty butter" on top, which was...well, it honestly didnt taste like much. The char on the steak kinda took over everything. Also the knife given was extremely dull and could be hazardous to someone who isn't careful in cutting. Overall, I would just suggest choosing wisely on what you plan to order at this place. It's pricey and you may get something you won't much like.

Good but expensive

The good: the food was very tasty and hot. Seated with orders taken quickly. Staff friendly. The bad: on a non-busy morning it took them 45 minutes to bring me my order after placing it. There were only 12 other people in the dining area. After I was given my beverages I was not checked up in until after I received my food. Neutral: for a hotel restaurant the prices weren't too bad for the portion and quality of the food. Recommendation: go here if you are not on a short timeline.

Very good pizza and hummus. Horrendous veggie burger. The patty tasted horrible. A bit overpriced but expected.

Steak and vegetables were barley warm; steak over cooked. First experience was not a good one.

Expensive mediocre food and poor service

Drinks and desert were tasty, bartender was awesome, but waitress for couch seating area was not good-she barely came over to take orders or check on us-we had to order up at bar most of the time. We went here several times throughout week during our stay, same issue each time!

Had the crab cake and the corn flower appetizer. Very disappointed. After waiting for an hour and 15 mins, my food was delivered barely warm. AND the crab cake has shell left in it. I can understand when I get crabcakes from a home cook, to find a shell or two, but not from an expensive restaurant. (It was more than three shell pieces) Not Happy 😤😟😞😖🙁😤

The food from the Cinnabar Restaurant in the Hyatt Regency is overpriced and the staff have issues. I ordered a chicken, broccoli and mashed potato platter with ice cream for dessert some time after 10 p.m. and told the Cinnabar staff I would come down to pick it up. However, someone delivered the meal to my room anyway. If I had not protested, I would have ended up paying an extra $10 because of the room service! Also, after taking a bite of one piece of chicken, it appeared rather pink near the bone. I was hungry so I decided just to leave that piece and eat another. That also turned out to have some pink in it. I called down to complain and let them know that I did not want the food and I would bring it back down to the restaurant. The same guy with a foreign accent who had delivered the food answered and acted as if he was having trouble understanding me. He turned the phone over to a woman who was a bit curt and tried to get me to accept a replacement order; also, oddly, she stated that the chef assured them that the food was well-done. Why would the chef feel the need to let the staff know that he was preparing well-done chicken? And before I even called down to complain? Had there been an issue with the food preparation in the past? Anyway, she stated that I would not be billed for the meal and to leave it outside my door to be picked up. I did let her know that I would still eat the mashed potatoes and the ice cream, though. It was already late when I received the food in the first place, but as the time neared midnight, the food had still not been picked up. I called down to Cinnabar because I didn't want the food to stay out in the hall too long. The same woman I spoke to before, sounding exasperated, told me not to worry and that the food would be picked up. It was gone when I went to check after getting up the next morning but I have no idea when it was actually picked up. The dinner/dessert did appear on my hotel bill, but reduced. Still, that was a lot of unnecessary drama over some food.

$25 for a breakfast is nasty work!

Service was horrible. Waited 30 minutes just to get a water when they aren’t even busy. Alcoholic beverages are way overpriced for the quality product that a Hyatt should offer. Drink glasses are mediocre to the standard a high end restaurant/hotel should have. Come to this establishment about 4 times a month and will never come back and waste my money again. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Got food poisoning from the strange French toast at the breakfast buffet. It was the only thing I ate there, and a couple hours later I thought I was going to wind up in the hospital, and almost did. Lets just say that it's not worth the pain and blood and eat elsewhere.

Food bar did not have coffee available. When I asked the servers about three times for coffee but left after 30 mins of no service while other guests were served.
