The food here is AMAZING! I have been a couple of times and have failed to write a review. My bad! Gloria’s is my GO TO place for Latin food. Their bean dip is actually pretty good and I am not a fan of bean dip PERIOD. But I will eat theirs. The seafood is ALWAYS FRESH and flavorful. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

I loved EVERYTHING about Gloria's...the atmosphere was very laid back, clean and a nice vibe. That drink...well I understand why there is a (2) drink limit...it was very tasty & pleasing. The food was a 10/10...let's just say I'll definitely be back.

I've heard good things about Gloria's but have never tried it myself. Today I decided to give it a go. From the outside, Gloria's looks like a fancy restaurant. Once you get inside, it's not too fancy. It's a nice casual restaurant, similar to what you'd find at a pho restaurant like Pho 95. They have outdoor patio table seating, indoor table seating, and bar seating with multiple flat screen TVs mounted on the wall playing sports. Our waitress was kind and courteous. The menus are nice. Prices are similar to what you'd find at a regular restaurant, it's not too pricy. The restaurant itself is clean and so is their bathroom. We ordered a frozen house margarita with a salt rim, a frozen mango margarita, the A la Gloria chicken enchilada, and the Tacos al Carbon with corn tortilla. We had complementary chips, salsa, and black beans. Let me tell you, for a free side, it's pretty good. The tortilla chips are good quality, not too thin, not too thick. They're crunchy. The salsa has just the right amount of kick to it, it's not too watery yet not too thick. The black beans surprised me. I'm not much of a black bean girl, I'll eat it but it's not my go to. The black bean dip tasted pretty good! It wasn't plain like your regular black bean. The A la Gloria was delicious! The chicken was nice, moist, and flavorful. My personal favorite was the queso, the red one, and then the orange one but only because I love queso. The rice was pretty good although you couldn't really taste much of it. The refried pinto beans are whatever. The Tacos al Carbon were amazing. The quality of the beef is superb. It was so flavorful, moist, just amazing. The additions to it with the guacamole and sauce added to it was just icing on the cake. The rice and beans that came with it were just like the ones on the A la Gloria enchiladas. They're nice sides but honestly not really needed. I wish they gave me more rice. The rice was barely anything. Both of the margaritas were strong. The house margarita was good. The mango margarita was like drinking a mango frozen smoothie but spiked with hella alcohol. My bill came out to be about $67 dollars for all four items. The waitress was nice enough to ask if I'd like to take home a side of salsa and black beans since she saw me take the chips to go. Definitely delicious. I would recommend. Portion sizes are just right but the chips and sides during the beginning definitely fill you up before the main course.

This is the 3rd Gloria's I've been to since moving to Dallas. I'd have to say that the service and food quality is probably the best at this location yet. All were fine overall, but tonight was worth mentioning. We had a large work group and we were all really pleased with our seating and service and of course our food. Good job Gloria's!

Loved the vibe and cleanliness of this resturant. Our waiter and hostess were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and affordable. Decided to try something and I'm glad I did. Everything was amazing. Definitely recommend if you are wanting some tasty Salvadoran cuisine!

The customer service is amazing! Very friendly and sweet. Although at the end of our dining we were left sitting for 15 minutes, I had to flag someone down just to get refills and the check. However the overall experience was amazing. Outstanding food.!! Also i really loved the diversity in this restaurant customers from all different backgrounds were enjoying. I recommend this place to everyone looking for good food! Great Atmosphere! And lovely customer service.

The food and service at Gloria's was EXCELLENT!!! I had the salmon and it was really good. My wife had the chicken and it was excellent. The nachos were literally the best I've ever had. Wanted to try something new and landed on this place. The ambiance was very welcoming and cozy. When the food came I was wondering if the nachos would be good based off appearance but they were perfectly stacked. My entree was carne asada rice and beans. The meat and rice was cooked very well although the beans were a little loose. I was also disappointed because I ordered a dirty Shirley temple and she said no we don’t do that and brought me a regular one. No alternate option was offered she just brought me the soda. A dirty Shirley is literally a normal Shirley temple with a shot of clear. How can you not do that? All in all I was pleased with everything else.

This place used to be a nice restaurant. I guess it depends on the location because the food and vibe is not it. Arlington location is not good. Drinks are poorly made, not strong like other locations. Almost tasted watered down. It used to be more elegant and somewhere you're proud to be. I prefer the Southlake location. The vibe is way better there and strong margaritas!

I don’t usually write reviews but during my visit I was stunned when walking into the restroom and seeing one of the hostess crying. I didn’t want to invade their conversation because it could have been personal but I overheard her talking about the management and he treats his employees. I’m not sure of the situation but no manager should be making their employees cry. It was unfortunate to witness, do better Gloria’s !

I’ve always enjoyed the food and service at Gloria’s — it's consistently good when I dine in. However, I recently ordered takeout and was really disappointed with what I received. I got the steak fajitas, and while the flavor was still there, the portion was completely off. For $20, I expected a balanced meal. Instead, I got what felt like an entire bed of grilled onions, with just FOUR thin strips of steak and maybe three pieces of bell pepper. It was more like an entrée of onions than steak fajitas. Honestly, if I had been dining in, I know this wouldn’t have been the portion served. Takeout should reflect the same quality and value as dine-in service. It’s frustrating to feel short-changed, especially when prices aren’t cheap. If you're ordering to go, definitely check your plate before leaving. This was unacceptable.

Absolutely unprofessional. I called ahead for a pricing breakdown on the fajitas for two. My husband and I needed to place a pickup order for a special occasion. The lady on the phone told me the price. I asked for reassurance about the dish because we wanted the beef for both and not the combo. She stated it would still be $29. Upon picking up our order, I noticed I was over charged. I asked the guy from pick up why I was being charged more than what I was told? He said that it’s more for double beef. I completely understand charging extra for the beef BUT that’s not what I was told over the phone, especially after being reassured. I spoke with the manager and all he could do is apologize and just state that he would speak to his team about them knowing the pricing. Didn’t offer any kind of incentive or any kind of meal comp. Not even giving me the meal for what I WAS TOLD IT WAS GOING TO COST. As a nice restaurant that has a 4.5 star rating, this was absolutely unprofessional and disappointing. make sure when a customer is asking about pricing for things over the phone that you give the right price.
