What a fun coffee shop! My husband and I enjoy finding local coffee shops in the DFW area and Inclusion did not disappoint. Another review described it as having an industrial vibe - YES! It’s OPEN and bright. And, that makes it loud :-). The service was great and coffee good. I had a Corbano (first time) and enjoyed it. There are not an over abundance of seats with plugs so charge up before you go. You can also have small parties here. I’m glad we came!
Amazing space!! Perfect spot for a large party! Service and staff are the best
This place has become my new favorite and I’ve only stopped in once. The people serving were so kind and efficient and the DJ there was creating an immaculate vibe. 10/10 I do recommend
Love the plants and the cuttings they have for sale. The coffee is great. The pumpkin bread was not great but maybe it was some kind of special bread that’s supposed to be dense and hard. I’ll def go back for the vibe and the coffee though.
Beautiful, cozy and clean place. Inclusion has such happy vibes and wonderful food options. Just grabbed their Spinach Dip Cruffin and it's so delicious. A must try place!
This place was adorable! Staff was very friendly and helpful & my coffee was delicious. I will be back for sure. There is something for everyone here *hints the name ;)*
My friends & I are from out of town for a conference, and wanted to check out a cute local coffee shop. Coffee is absolutely AMAZING. Super smooth & flavorful & not expensive. Staff is really nice, friendly, & accommodating. Their oatmilk is also really good. Vibes are great, the upstairs loft was by far our favorite spot in the shop.
Staff is great. Like really great. The environment is super cool and it's a great place to chat with friends, meet with colleagues, or just get some work done. It's not an overwhelming vibe, but it does have a little bit of bustle to it. The menu has some nice items worth checking out. Enjoy y'all
Inclusion is such a cool environment! They have great vibes, great people, and great coffee. I'm here all the time and invite people to come with me, and they enjoy it! Plus, they give teachers and students a discount which helps me out a ton! 10/10, would recommend!
I love this place so much. the vibes are so chill and cozy and I love the natural lighting. The employees are very nice and remember you if you go often enough which is very cool. Their strawberry danishes are SO good and I absolutely love their homespun latte (get it with mocha and caramel you won't be disappointed)! Overall, a great place to study, hang out, or grab a little treat.
Today was my 1st visit to Inclusion. I love a good coffee shop. Not knowing what to expect, the cashier at the time was Israel, he made great recommendations based on what we like and he was able to tell us about each coffee in details of taste. He made me feel like I was with my family and not just a coffee shop. I enjoyed his personality and his conversation. I have a regular coffee shop I go to but because of Israel , I will definitely returning. He makes the coffee shop experience a whole vibe. Ask for him for any of your coffee/ tea beverages desires.
I’ve visited here twice now, and both times it did not disappoint!! They have a huge space that almost feels like a coworking space, and their coffee is great. The vibes are industrial with lots of plants and light. A great place to work, study, or just hang out! It was a little hard to find parking, but if you’re okay walking a bit there is usually street parking. nearby.
I've been dying to try the homespun iced latte, totally worth the wait! Creamy and sweet with just a hint of bitterness. Great if you've got a sweet tooth. The interior is cozy and well decorated with various different places and styles of seating (couches with coffee tables, bar-style seating, regular tables) and overall is very welcoming. Staff are very friendly, know their menu well, and were super quick with my order! Definitely going to become a regular spot for me. The vibes are immaculate
Our son hosted their wedding here and it was absolutely great! The location, the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, it was a great experience all around. We were able to quickly move a few things around to easily seat the entire group downstairs for the ceremony, with the reception and food upstairs afterwards. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a cool place to host a wedding or any event!
This place is popping! Busy, busy, busy on a Saturday afternoon. Most of Downtown Arlington didn't seem busy in the stores around that time because they had an outside event going on at Abrams/Center... but Inclusion was packed! As I walked in, I saw that a staff member noticed & immediately went to the register ready to greet me & take my order. I put in an order to go & sat down as I waited, I was lucky to find a place to sit! The staff seems upbeat & cheery, from the person who took my order, the guy that bused the tables, to the girl who finished making my order. There's an upstairs & downstairs which is very convenient, offers ample seating. As I was waiting I did notice it was loud & just busy, I think they run it well but just be aware if you're looking for something quiet & cozy, maybe not so much. It was loud inside. The vibe is very cool though, the design itself with open windows makes it feel light & airy. Cute furniture & greenery placed throughout for a fresh feel. Sugar Free Caramel Latte (hot) - Excellent, not too sweet & great coffee aromatics. Ham & Cheese Croissant - This wasn't for me, but my friend liked it. He said he wished the croissant itself was more flakey. Even though I food to-go, it wasn't even five minutes that passed when it got to him to eat - so I don't think the transit time affected it. He also said the dough to filling ration was more dough. Almond Croissant - This is a big boy! Lots of almond filling, also not overly sweet, but heavy. I ate half of it & the rest went home. Drop by here if you get a chance!
My visit to Inclusion Coffee was nothing short of fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional service with a friendly smile. The food and hot coffee were both outstanding and truly made my visit even more enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the versatility of the space. There's ample room for gatherings with friends, while also offering cozy, quiet areas perfect for reading or working on your laptop. The second floor, with its lovely tables overlooking the first floor, added an unexpected touch of charm to the overall ambiance. In conclusion, Inclusion Coffee has it all: friendly staff, delicious food and drinks, and a versatile layout that caters to a variety of preferences. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an inviting spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or get some work done.
Today we came to Inclusion Coffee. We ordered a warmed coconut sugar free vanilla steamer for my 5 year old and a fireside latte for me. The latte was good and not overpowered by the espresso like some places. My son said it’s way good and tasty. It cost almost $24 though. We did have to wait a few min after we ordered bc it was a little. The ambience is cool industrial vibe with tall ceiling. It looks like they have music on the weekends. The customer service is pretty lacking. The staff seem like they are in a bad mood or no personality. I tried to chit chat with them it was like a talking to a brick wall. They didn’t even say hello or thank you. Most of the places we go they like to interact with my son but they could have cared less. A little smile and standard niceties could go a long way. It may just be this generation of millennials or college age kids.
Great tasting coffee only let down is I go to local coffee spots for the latte art it is advertised in all there pictures and everything we order in so it's not in a Starbucks paper cup. low and behold that's what it came in. like I said that is the only let down so if your looking for that classic coffee shop with glass cups with art this is not the place they do however have glass cups sitting there so I'm confused ohh I have it a shot though conclusion on inclusion is the staff is friendly very busy coffee taste great service was fast my review is only based on latte art. Overall it's a great place to stop and have your morning kick.
The coffee was great, but the tea didn’t seem to be steeped long enough. During my visit, it was pretty crowded both upstairs and downstairs, so finding a seat was a challenge. This is definitely a place where people linger for a while. If you manage to find a spot, the vibe is cozy, with mismatched chairs and sofas. The prices are average, but unfortunately, the breakfast tacos were underwhelming and lacked flavor. On a positive note, the lemon blueberry loaf was a highlight and made up for the rest.
Disappointed that they didn’t have food that was advertised in their webpage. No panini, no tacos, etc. pastries, croissants are made using poor materials-no butter used. Croissants are no better than what you find at a 7-11. Coffee & atmosphere is good. Too bad food is sub substandard.
I have visited a couple times recently and tried some of their iced lattes from their specialty menu and normal options. They were okay but they tasted pretty similar and watered down compared to other cafe options. The atmosphere though is a nice place to relax and study. However the service can feel uncomfortable. Instead of small talk staff would ask personal questions like asking where I live or what plans I have for today, or what’s happening in my life in general. Another thing worth noting is accessibility. There is an upstairs seating area but no elevator which can be difficult for some visitors. Overall the place is fine for a quick cup of coffee but if you are looking for a stronger experience there are better alternatives
I came in on Sunday around 1pm to read and get some work done, but there was a DJ playing during the middle of the day. The music was pretty loud and I could actually feel it in my chest and ears, which made it hard to focus. I ended up moving seats, but the only spot available was by the front windows where the glare and heat from the sun made it uncomfortable to sit. I completely understand having music, especially on a Saturday evening, but at 1pm on a Sunday many people come in expecting a quieter coffee shop atmosphere. It would be great if Sundays during the day could stay a bit calmer for those of us who come in to read or work.
I came here once and liked it. I should have left it at that. The next 3 times I came here, this was hardly even a coffee shop. The first 2, the entire place had been turned into a loud market. No where to sit with booths everywhere, no where to think with all the noise, and everything sold out by noon due to the crowds. I went back another weekend to the same thing. This time I checked their instagram AND the schedule on the website and saw nothing. Of course, there was another event. I just came again and the shop was CLOSED for an EVENT, also not mentioned on their instagram. Let’s be clear- on weekends, this is more an “event space” and less a coffee shop. Do not come here if you are expecting open doors or an unbothersome cup of coffee. After the first couple times I showed up to a huge event, I DMed them on instagram and encouraged them to post their event schedule and keep up with it on their instagram stores. They assured me they do that, and were very kind and even gave me a free drink for next time. However, here I am again, half an hour out of my way and arriving to closed doors with no notice anywhere on their social media. What’s the point of having such a curated social media if you won’t even post important updates like being closed for events or turning the coffee show into an art market? So take this with a grain of salt. They are very nice and well meaning. The coffee is good, the pastries are great, but it’s not worth going out of the way for. There’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get coffee. They are aware of the problem and have not made any changes.
