Excellent food and drinks! Matias made the best espresso martinis and fantastic service! Seafood tower was amazing also!!!

Service is amazing, especially when you reserve a table. Presentation of the entrees and drinks are immaculate (photos won’t do it justice).

The food and service were excellent. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The salmon and chocolate cake were delicious. Several members of our party had dietary restrictions and allergies, and they were well taken care of. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back again.

Sy was amazing. She was friendly and attentive. Chef Eddie’s food and desserts didn’t just taste good, they looked good too. Locket is a beautiful restaurant. I’m definitely coming back.

Food was unbelievable and the atmosphere and service was amazing they could not have been nicer and so accommodating to everyone! 10/10 will be going back! Also the food was so so so so so good French onion soup✅ scallops and pesto risotto ✅ pizza ✅ sliders AMAZING might be the best thing on the menu! Salmon so good calamari, oysters, shrimp seriously got everything on the menu and nothing disappointing please go!

Happily surprised how good the food was at this restaurant! Beautiful, open interior with plenty of tables to accommodate different party sizes. Service was quick, responsive, and they were there just enough without hovering. Server knew the menu and made excellent recommendations.

I sat at the bar, the food was amazing and the service was incredible. Ricardo was my bartender, he was amazing. Hilton needs to make this man in charge of the entire property. Excellent experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Friendly, Welcoming Staff. Bright and airy atmosphere. Great food presentation. I enjoyed their delicious Mediterranean salad with a slice of Salmon. Very satisfying. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.

Our experience here was AMAZING - we came for dinner- our server was excellent, the cocktails were perfect! & the food - delicious & full of flavor! I could eat here everyday!

We stopped by on a whim, no reservation needed despite a bustling dining room. The staff is so prompt and helpful. Abderrahim, our waiter, must have fine dining experience on his resume. He provided wonderful professional service and excellent recommendations. We loved the carpaccio and the fig and Gorgonzola pizza! Definitely worth a visit for dinner and price-wise comparable to other popular Arlington restaurants. We will certainly be back.

First time here and everything was so great! The staff was so attentive and the happy hour was legit. Probably one of the better happy hours in Rosslyn. Happy hour apps were delicious, but the star of the show was the hot fudge Sunday. Matias was our waiter this evening and is someone we will definitely be coming back to see. Honestly, every staff member we met was so lovely. Must try new place in Rosslyn!

Despite how extremely packed the restaurant was on Wednesday, February 11th, Sy provided truly outstanding service. She took the time to carefully listen while outlining her recommendations and gave thoughtful, detailed suggestions that really enhanced our experience. Even with what appeared to be a large party by the bar, she managed to take great care of both their group and our table seamlessly. Her attentiveness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you, Sy! We’ll definitely be back (thanks to Sy) and will gladly recommend this place to others.

Don't usually expect a lot from a restaurant connected with the hotel. Flew in for a quick family event for the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised by the really good food and absolutely wonderful staff at Lockett. Our waiter during the day Matias paid special attention to my grandkids and made the experience very good. The artisan pizzas and cocktails made by the bar staff were excellent. if you're staying at the Hilton or anywhere around there don't hesitate to go to locket. It's a nice establishment and the staff is even better.

I’ve dined at Locket many times since they opened, and I continue to walk away impressed. I’ve enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and the food at each has been superb. The quality of the dishes and the level of service consistently exceed expectations. I’d especially like to acknowledge the outstanding service provided by Matias (at the bar), Nahely, Stefano, Jose, Alma, and Andre (the manager). I look forward to dining at Locket again without hesitation.

Matias was a phenomenal server and bartender! He had it a special point to make sure my kids had exactly what they wanted as well as every adult at our table! He provided a very nice experience for everyone! Strawberry lemonade special was a perfect touch!

Very nice experience. Went for dinner for a date night. Lobster risotto was a server’s recommendation and a very good choice. French onion soup had a very nice flavor. The restaurant is new and a great addition to the Rosslyn area. Will be back again.

Let me just tell you this place rocks!! I’m a burger girl and I have to tell you this is the best burger I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE!! It was cooked to absolute perfection, and the taste of the meat was out of this world. Plus, the sweet potato fries made my eyes roll in the back of my head!! They also have free parking in the middle of Arlington, like HELLO this is a must go to!!

If you are visiting the Georgetown or Rosalyn areas, this is a surprisingly awesome hotel restaurant. Great brunch in a spacious and beautiful setting with views of campus and the Potomac river. Food was wonderful, especially the lobster salad and Mediterranean salads. Greer coffee.

This place has a good happy hour. The drinks are great, but the real star of the show is the beef sliders. They’re out of this world. Perfectly juicy, flavorful, and just the right size. Also, the restaurant is very nice, and staff was kind. If you go, you HAVE to get the sliders, no excuses. Totally worth it!

The staff were quick and responsive. I appreciated their attentiveness during my visit. I ate two meals from this restaurant on two different days and the fries were really good. The burger good and the crab cakes were okay. The presentation and plating were well done.

The food and service were very good; the waiter and manager knew all about gluten-free options. On a busy evening after the Marine Corps Marathon, service was pleasantly efficient. Worth a return visit.

I saw all 5 stars… not quite. Was good, not amazing. Ribeye and filet were a bit over cooked but tasted good. Limited sides selection and the ones we had were again, fine or good but not special. The atmosphere is nice. The server was very good at his job.

The food was phenomenal! The hostess was warm but our waiter yesterday couldn’t care if we lived or died. He didn’t know the menu and wasn’t interested in making eye contact or being warm and polite. We felt like an annoyance we were even there. The waiter needs to do better. We told him it was our anniversary and he walked away. He brought the delicious seafood tower and when I asked for warm butter he said he didn’t know if they had that and then walked away. Kudos to the kitchen though! If our waiter wasn’t such a jerk we would come back!

Today was my fifth experience at the Locket restaurant, which is located at The Hilton Roselyn The Key hotel. Unfortunately, the first experience during the grand opening month was much better than the return. The Locket ain’t clockin! I was highly annoyed by Luis, who was the bartender/server for the evening. Not sure why I expected anything differently because he gave the same “rushed” and “uninteresting” customer service experience that he provided back in September 2025. Honestly, DeWayne was the best waiter/server back then, which is the initial experience that we had on day one (9/2025). Luis was uninterested in offering any menu options, other than the “daily special” and he did not show any emotion with us like he did with the caucasian customers (ijs). Now, Andre tried to clean it up this time but the customer service damage was already done at this point. Then, we were approached by Ms. Sy, who was like a breath of fresh air to the entire evening. She read the look on our faces and knew that there were some issues. I did not know that the lobster bisque soup would taste like butternut squash soup, so Ms. Sy quickly took care of that from my bill. She also provided 5-Star menu recommendations on the drinks, which was a plus since Luis did not share any of his specialties. So, when my quinoa was cold and the salmon was lukewarm I didn’t even want to send it back because Ms. Sy changed my whole mood and experience for that evening. Also, no one would have even cared for real but her. I’m only willing to return because of how Ms. Sy turned the whole experience around this second time. I’m only calling it the second time because this is our second stay at the hotel, which this time included two nights where we ate at the Locket both nights. Our first stay was for four nights and we at at the Lockett three times out of the four nights (twice in the restaurant on one night and once at the lobby bar area a different night). I may decide to see if the “third time is truly a charm” but that would only be because of Ms. Sy. Honestly, the Hilton Roselyn The Key hotel rooms are super nice but the Locket restaurant wouldn’t be nothing without perhaps Andre (the GM) and Ms. Sy, especially since Dewayne but he is no longer there. The plus is there are several restaurants in the area that are worth checking out. Give it a try but do not sit in Luis’ section (note: you have been warned)!

Servers dont have any menu knowledge, shrimp cocktail was over cooked, burrata was ok,the pizza good flavor , drinks were good but not excellent enough! I was asking the server how is the steak ?? I’m new I don’t know, how is the Mac and cheese?? - not sure I’m new!! Unacceptable! Managers please train your employees before they go to work in the floor !!

I stayed a Hilton Garden Inn last week in Alpharetta GA. The breakfast buffet was $13 and the eggs were made fresh to order. This place charges $34 and the eggs are basically rubber in a chafing tray The service is horrible. They take a long time to get coffee. They never clear the table. It makes no sense because there’s as many workers here as patrons. Do better Hilton. The hotel itself is stunning. The views are top notch. Fix this restaurant. It’s not hard to do.

The service was really poor. The place was empty but we were sat next to a table with half eaten food that wasnt cleaned up until we had already finished eating. The server barely checked in with us and got our very simple order wrong. When the food was brought out, they took it back and made no effort or apology to try to make up for the increased wait time. Food was good, but not amazing. Based on the price and appearance I had high expectations.
