I am a teacher who brought a group of students through this town, needing to feed them. Manager was beyond hospitable, advising me on how to order for the group at the best rate online, while still applying my tax-exemption, and was willing to fight traffic to personally meet my school bus in a parking lot. She couldn't have made feeding a lot of starving teenagers any easier, and I will absolutely support this location again, as a teacher feeding students, and from a personal stance as well. Thank you for your help! I haven't received customer service at this high of a level since before 2020.
OMG does this guy have an oven in his car Lol my pizza got here so fast and so hot! I know it's not going to happen all the time but this is the first time I've ordered Papa John's and it is the bomb! I stopped eating just so I can let you guys know how much of a good job you've done. My daughter ordered the pizza for me, so I'm going to come in the store in personally give my driver a tip for doing such a great job getting my pizza here hot is fast. Thank you Papa John's! It was delivered to 1050 Highway 360 North building f 3068
Pizza was hot and fresh the guy up front was friendly he went to the back to get help and the lady came out to help but she always has this mean ugly look on her face never smiles she just looks likes she doesn't wants to be there
Pizza was decent and hot. We did a take out on 5 boxes. When asking questions the workers were a little dry and not too helpful. We did not know how to work the online app due to it seeming to be glitching and it wouldn’t allow us to use the online deal we needed… when we asked the cashier he said he wasn’t trained on the app…. Yet you’re able to be a cashier?? Hmmm. Ooookay. We figured it out on our own. But as I said the pizza was decent. 👍🏾
Paid the delivery fee, tipped the delivery driver and got the wrong order. What was the point of delivery if I still had to go to the store. I'm done!
I will start off with I will no longer be ordering for delivery. They not only got rid of the in-house delivery drivers the owner has decided to use the delivery service that is the worst for complaints Door Dash. The idiot Dasher delivered my order to the wrong apartment. Thankfully the resident was honest and brought the pizza over to my apartment. And the employees at this location really couldn't have cared less. I did however get my money back so that was one bright side to this.
Very slow. The order pick up tracker said that it was ready and when I got there it took them 8 more minutes to get the pizza out. The lady also wasn’t very nice.
The pizza was messed up and it was mostly crust. Will not be eating here again.
Man if you want pizza take your business somewhere else. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. It’s a wonder yall even make any sales at this location. I ordered pizza and wings for pickup on the app, and selected payment with cash. I placed the order after 10pm, showed up around 10:45pm to pick it up. The tall guy with the glasses tells my man he already counted his cash drawer for the night… and I go in myself and I hate to be that person but like if the app allows me to select that option for payment yall should have to honor that. Well he just says I can’t do any cash orders after 10pm. If that’s the case why didn’t yall call before we wasted our time and gas to come pick up? We left with no pizza… and extremely upset and disappointed. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this specific store. The first time was issues with the actual food itself. He didn’t seem to care at all, or like he even cares for his job. If you hate your job that much bro just quit. Your customer service actually sucks, and it just seems lazy. I’m 8 months pregnant and all I wanted was pizza. But yall lost out on money, and had to trash food. If yall are losing money or sales that guy is to blame. Will never return to this location, I have filed a complaint with corporate, and here’s your bad review. Extremely disappointing service, if yall don’t accept cash after a certain time (which if the app allows us to place it after 10pm, corporate must not be aware of how yall are running this store) the app should be changed to reflect that. I’ve never been pissed off the way I have at a fast food place like this. I’ve worked in food service and this whole experience was completely unacceptable. Hard to believe the store operator/manager and or corporate would be okay with losing sales like that. Yall have lost a customer for good.
Service was not good. They look like they don't care about customers.. and I ordered a Large Pizza with pepperoni, jalapeno peppers and mushrooms.. when I get home my has Not Jalapeno peppers at all just a few pepperoni. Very bad experience.
This is the worst experience I have had with Papa John's. We are on vacation in Arlington, and our pizza was 2 hours late, and I just sat gave up on it bc I didn't pay yet. When he arrives I was asleep already. The pizza was so old the box was almost tearing at the bottom bc it had been sitting for so long. The pizza itself was cold, and when I tried talking to the guy he didn't speak any English or understood why I was not happy. I shouldn't of had to pay for it, but felt bad bc the guy couldn't understand anything I was saying. Do not order from Papa John's in Arlington by six flags.
We normally order with no problem, today there was no update, no tracking. Finally got a pizza deliver email and no one rang the doorbell, there was no phone call and the pizza got left on the floor on a rainy day. Trey (manager )would not replace the 2 large pizzas that got ruin and would only do a refund thats takes days to get back. At least a phone call would have been appreciated.
If I could leave zero stars I would! We ordered a Large peperoni pizza, now we understand that it was late, but if it was a problem, they should've said it was too Kate to order. They let us order our pizza, had us waiting in the lobby of our hotel for more than 30 mins, only to realize they refunded our money, without a simple phone call! Poor customer service!
Absolutely awful experience!! Order anything, and expect an 2 hr wait. Never received my order, never got updates. All the downsides of using door dash to run your orders…. Cheap companies will fail because of using door dash.. Long and short, never received my order. On top of that I called 4 minutes after them closing (the 4th call to check on the status) to ask why I hadn’t received it and got hung up on twice. Weak restaurant. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, AND PAID FULL PRICE. Will demand a refund in the morning. Ordered at 10:36pm Still have not received order as of 12:26pm Update: 1:51am pizza has still not showed up! Absolutely ridiculous! I have staff members here at the hotel saying no one has attempted to drop my order.
This is the worst pizza place. When you order online, you will never get what you asked for. And they don't care! Take your money elsewhere - Mr. Jim's is good! But this Papa John's is owned by a guy on vacation most of the time and employees who don't give a rat's a about you.
I just wanted to update my review I had another incident happen but I don't think I want to share the entire story but I do want to say that I had made up my mind about never using this location again for Papa John's delivery that wasn't till I spoke to Julia the manager from the moment I finished describing the problem up until earlier today she was completely apologetic and she sympathize with the situation not only did she fix it but because of her attitude and demeanor she convinced me to keep ordering from here even if I should just stick to carry out. She was very pleasant, very sweet and I hope she stays at this location forever. 4/12/24 Got the worst service from a pizza place ever. For some unknown reason someone from DoorDash and not a Papa John's delivery driver brought me my order. They knocked on the door and before I could answer the door they ran down the stairs and left. Before I could call the store they came back up the stairs knocked again and I answered the door. I was told at my Dasher "Ray" would bring me my order so I was surprised when a young lady was there to deliver my order. I had a $40 and the bill was $25.56. The young lady said she didn't have any change when I told her that I was not about to give her a $14 or $15 tip she just looked at me and shrugged to which I replied sorry. She didn't even give me the option to go back and get change. I was completely surprised because it repeats of delivery driver has change!!! It ruined my plans for lunch since my car is getting fixed and I had no choice but to order delivery. I called the store and the young lady who answered couldn't be nicer. They had to remake my food after they canceled the original order but to be honest that whole experience just put me off from Papa John's and I declined the order when they came back I honestly don't think I will ever order from them again.
Took 2 hours to deliver our simple one topping pizza. Called after an hour and the manager was rude and acted like because it was cold yes just cold not snowing or raining was a good reason to deliver late. There are so many options for pizza so you Bern warned do NOT use papa John's until they can prove after all these years they can deliver a pizza.
I won't comment on the fact that the pizza was cold and took an hour, I'll blame that on delivery. That said, still a 1 star. I ordered a chicken, spinach, alfredo pizza with extra cheese. I paid $2 for about 10 leaves of spinach, $2 for like 10 pieces of chicken, and $2 for extra cheese that wasn't even there. To be honest i dont even think theres alfredo sauce on it. Then another $3 for it to be large. Look at the pizza. It's pathetic. My $3 for a large just went into the crust. This was my first time ordering Papa Johns in years and I was extremely disappointed in the quality and price.
