Love this place—especially in the morning! One of the best coffees in the city. Homemade pastries and veggie options on the menu. With its retro interior and music, it’s a great place to start the day.

Good coffee, amazing cake, great atmosphere, friendly and kind staff. I left my sunglasses at the cafe in the afternoon and back to the cafe at night to check if it still there. The time I enter the cafe, the staff recognized me immediately and hand in back my glasses with the kindest smile.. thank you for the excellent service! You guys amazing! I wish I could give more than 5 🌟

Very cool cafe housed in a historical building. Great vibes, excellent coffee, tasty breakfast and friendly staff. A must visit.

Вкусно, вежливо, антуражно, старомодно. Кофе хорош. Банановый пирог особенно понравился. Хорошая идея с отдельной рабочей комнатой для трудоголиков.

They did a great job in restoring and preserving the original interior of an old bookstore that had a history of almost nine decades. Coffee is superb. I'm not a good fan of sweets but every time I come here I can't help but have a piece of their delicious cheesecake. The staff is nice and the baristas are very professional.

Недавно побывала в Lumen 1936 и это теперь одна из любимых спешалти кофеен, я попробовала V60 на зернах Эфиопии, а затем Бамбл на свежих апельсинах, все было супер Я познакомилась со стаффом, которые рассказали про зерна, вина и десерты, помогли с выбором дрипов, а также рассказали про аутентичную историю кофейни Что касается еды: попробовала банановый хлеб, он отличается от тех, что я уже успела попробовать, он мягкий, тающий во рту, с орехами и семечками, идеально подходил напитку и как просто здоровый перекус Есть коворкинг-зона, где можно поработать, не мешая остальным гостям, очень красивый неоновый туалет и музыка на виниле 😍 Это 10/10

Tomamos un café y un te matcha 🍵. El luchar es precioso, tiene mucho encanto, el local por dentro conserva la personalidad de los años. El personal fue cordial en todo momento, el ambiente fue tranquilo.la única cosa negativa son las sillas, no son muy cómodas para estar relajado.

Приятное атмосферное место, можно поиграть в шахматы, пока пьешь кофе. Вкусные спринг роллы, но кофе v60 на колумбийских зёрнах не очень понравился, возможно из-за зёрен, а может всё-таки из-за способа приготовления) нужно зайти ещё раз, чтобы понять) Обслуживание супер

Beautiful and great coffee. But you should know that if you want to work in the co-working area, you will have to eat and drink for 5000 amd minimum or a fee of 1000 amd per hour will be added. Also, people in this area are usually talking so not the best to work, other coffees in erevan might be a better option for you !

The coffee itself is great and the music selection is varied, eclectic, and uh-may-zing! I appreciate the two ladies who were running the place during my visit-- they were quick and had great service. There is also a co working space at the back where you can prop up your laptop. No working on the coffee area just at the back. The pastry selection is also decent. Will return here just for the ambience and mood setting. Recommended!

The interior is impressive, but the seats and tables are much less comfortable than what you’d find at McDonald’s. The staff often come across as arrogant and visibly annoyed with customers. Unfortunately, my dinner here today was a complete disappointment. I was served poorly made pasta with dry, inedible chicken, which later caused digestive issues. On top of that, when I asked for a hot matcha, I received a lukewarm drink instead 😑

I had a disappointing experience at this café. I ordered a salad and specifically asked how the chicken was prepared. After checking, the staff told me it was grilled. However, what I received did not resemble grilled chicken in either texture or taste — it appeared boiled and then lightly fried with red spices. After only tasting the chicken, I mentioned that it was not tasty and that the salad was missing olive oil, and I returned the salad without eating it further. No olive oil was added, no alternative was offered, and there was no attempt to address the issue. At the end, my friend paid by card, and only afterward did we realize that the salad — which I had returned after barely tasting — was fully included in the bill without any discussion. As a result, I lost additional time deciding what to eat next, which affected my plans. Taste can be subjective, but attentiveness to customer feedback, accuracy in describing dishes, and transparency in billing are important. Unfortunately, this was missing and left a negative impression.

Repostería buena pero café nefasto. La decoración es original pero las sillas incomodísimas. Para colmo, los camareros simpatías las justas.

Место не очень понравилось. Пожалуй, только интерьер зацепил, ради него сюда и шла) есть отдельная коворкинг зона. сырники оказались суховаты, кофе нормальный. Я попросила кофе подать к сырникам. В итоге, кофе принесли сильно заранее, он был уже не очень горячим и к сырникам он стал просто холодным…

We have tried several times to have a meal at this café on different days and at different hours, but unfortunately we were never able to find a seat. Although this place is clearly not advertised as a coworking space, many people occupy tables for hours with laptops and tablets, seemingly using it as one. Of course, customers cannot simply be asked to leave, but there should be some consideration for guests who come specifically to dine. Each time we visited, all tables were taken by people working for long periods, leaving no room for those who actually wanted to have a meal. It’s very disappointing because the café itself looks lovely, but the current situation makes it nearly impossible for new customers to enjoy it as intended.
