Stopped here for a bite to eat, the staff were lovely and very helpful for my poor Italiano. We had burger and pizza and it was freshly cooked and the burger was good quality meat. We sat outside and did not have a reservation. They even had a child options which I've found to be unusual in Italy.

Nice burgers good quality decent prices

We walked in and they didn't even say hello. Wrong order: they gave me my husband's dish and vice versa. We specifically asked for a burger without fries, and one came with fries. My husband said, "Okay, leave them," and of course we paid for them. I don't think I saw the cover charge on the menu outside (correct me if I'm wrong), but we paid the cover charge. The burger wasn't bad, and the interior was also nice, but we definitely won't be back.

I'm giving it a 1 because I can't give it a 0. On New Year's Eve, my boyfriend and I decided to go to this place (without a reservation). The owner sat us at a table, and after ordering (a hamburger with some appetizers) that cost a whopping €17, we received a portion that wouldn't have fed even a child. The worst part, however, came at the end of dinner when I realized there were five hairs on my plate. Of course, I pointed out this unpleasant situation to the waitress. The waitress simply ignored me as if I hadn't spoken, asking if I wanted dessert. Later, we ordered a pizza since we weren't full from the previous dish. The owner came over and told us that since there were people waiting, we had to get up because the pizza was taking too long to come out and she had counted the tables incorrectly. A little annoyed, we agreed, so we got up, and as we were heading for the exit, the owner told us that the pizza was arriving and that we could stay seated. Meanwhile, the waitress arrives with the pizza and an empty plate to share. At that point, I point out that she's once again brought back a plate with hair inside. All I get in response are excuses from her, telling me that her hair was tied back and therefore it couldn't be hers (she didn't apologize even once). I understand everything, but I've never seen a place this disorganized.

If it had been a business lunch, we wouldn't have respected the lunch break time. The service was inattentive from ordering to the arrival of the dishes, extremely slow—over an hour for three sandwiches, one for my nephew, completely wrong. The pizza menu wasn't even offered to us. After politely pointing out the various oversights, he didn't even offer an apology, just pathetic justifications. The quality of the dishes is beyond question, but the rest of the service was just not up to par. Not recommended.

I've rarely eaten so badly. The rolls were cold, the rest was lukewarm, the advertised side dishes were bland and tasteless, as was the meat, and the salad was dry and lacking anything else—utterly disappointing. The ambiance initially promised a lot; the restaurant is nicely decorated. But the food wasn't just lacking in flavor and seasoning; it was downright bad. I would recommend avoiding the place!

Very disappointing. We got a salmon burger, tuna burger and chickpea burger and steakhouse fries. The fish wasn't really fish, it was some kind of bread patty that tasted mildly fishy. There was no flavor, no sauce on the burger, we had to ask for tons of ketchup just to get some taste. Super expensive. Even if the food had been amazing it still would've been significantly overpriced
