There are several locations of these tacos in the city; they're a tradition. Over time, they've expanded their menu. Now, in addition to a wider variety of tacos, they also offer tamales, chilaquiles, tortilla soup, and tlalpeño broth. This time, I ordered the "steamed special" tacos. These are soft tacos with beef, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, avocado, and their house salsa. The service is fast and friendly. Prices are moderate.
The food was 10/10. The atmosphere is pleasant. However, the service... I would have preferred to be served by someone other than the waitress Anahí. From the moment I arrived, she was constantly on her cell phone instead of attending to my needs. She wasn't friendly at all until she gave me my change after I paid, when she said "have a good day" in a pleasant voice. She never approached me to ask anything during the meal; I had to speak to the other staff members, who were VERY KIND. Finally, I left my billing information, but she ignored it and made the bill however she wanted; I had to call her a few days later to get it corrected.

All that's missing is a little more atmosphere. Everything else is excellent. Plus, my dad enjoyed the food and the quality of the service. It was a challenging day, but going helped. By the way, have you met my dad? The famous Don Luis. Thank God he's 88 and in good health.
Buena comida buen servicio área refrigerada muy buena zona Buen lugar céntrico Malo que te quieren cargar coste de servicio incomodar alos comensales
I'll try to make this review constructive... I arrived at 4:30, and the waitresses stared at me as if to say: "How clever of you to arrive at this hour!" The person I think is the manager (a tall young man with glasses, dressed differently than the others, but it was a dress shirt with the store's logo) was leaning against a piece of furniture in front of the cashier and wasn't good at saying welcome, come in, sit wherever you want, nothing! As a customer, you expect to be welcomed and at least told where you can and can't sit... so I asked: "Hello, can I sit anywhere?" And this man with glasses responded: "Good afternoon," but in a very curt manner. I asked him again: "Can I sit anywhere?" And he said yes. So I went to sit in a spot in the back, and everyone made faces like: "Really?" And then they put the baby seats across a wall where they divide the dining room from the back to the front. We ordered food, there were two of us, and we ordered four dishes. They brought mine first, and about five minutes later, my companion's. By this time, my enfrijoladas and tortilla soup were already cold. We know everywhere that dishes go together, and preferably in two courses so they don't get cold. They never came over to ask if we needed anything, and the table had four empty plates with napkins. For this, the waitresses were cleaning the tables and arranging chairs. I imagine it's cleaning up so we can leave early. But, if you close at 5:40, why do you make faces and provide poor service from 4:30 onwards? And the worst part is that you leave the customer without service because you're doing your "job"! The last customer should be served the same as the first because we're all going to pay the same, and the last thing we want is to get a rude face upon entering, during service, and upon leaving. I stopped at the register to get the check because they weren't bringing it to me since they were still cleaning. Ahh, but when I finally paid, the waitress came over to say thank you because she was expecting a tip, and I thought, "Are you really expecting a tip?" Attention, owners of the place, don't let your employees ruin your business, the concept is awesome. If your manager sets that example, the other employees will do worse. Attached photo of another table that didn't even notice and didn't even pick up their dirty plates before giving them the bill. What a shame about such delicious food. Personal recommendation: - Someone should always greet the customer and direct them to where to sit. - Get the waiters used to coming and going with full hands. That is, if you bring a dish to a table, you have to come back with dirty plates, napkins, trash, etc., even if it's not your table. - If the same person orders two dishes, bring one first and then the other because they cool down in less than 5 minutes due to the air conditioning. - If it's a couple, always bring both dishes at the same time because one has to wait for the other person to bring it, and by then, it's already cold. It's even worse if they bring two at the same time. time -NEVER ALLOW waiters to start busywork while there's a customer because it's uncomfortable and you feel like they're pushing you away (they started setting up tables, dragging chairs, lifting sauces, and clearing tables while we were eating, and two waitresses walked past me and never took away the dirty plates because they weren't their tables). THE OUTCRY WAS VERY LONG, BUT VERY CONSTRUCTIVE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SERVICE. NOTE: I'm from out of town, and it was my first time. Regards.
The benches are a bit close together; someone said it was good for children, but it really isn't. It's always packed, and you have to wait to sit down. Those are the negatives. The positives are that it's an inexpensive place, the aguas frescas are very tasty, the tortilla soup is also very good, the salsa isn't very good, the enfrijoladas are very flavorful. Overall, it's a 2-3 out of 10 place. To be honest, I wouldn't go back.
The waitress (a blonde) went to the restroom, didn't wash her hands, and went straight to grab some ready-made dishes to take to a table; she handed them out like that. Plus, all the employees were on their cell phones. I don't know how the owners allow that; cell phones have so many bacteria because they always have them with them, even in the bathroom.
The Guacamole is good, but the tacos dorados need more flavor. They are salty and the oil that they were using was too burned. It needed to be changed. The tomatoe sauce that it was poured over the tacos is just tomatoe with no spices or seasoning. The dish can be improved to reflect a more authentic Mexican flavor.
I've had been poisoned with the cabbage
