Nothing to say. In the summer, it's a must-visit for me at least 5 or 6 times... Between courses, the kids play in the pasture out front. At 1450 meters above sea level, it's fresh, natural, and good food. The staff are always friendly, and the wait isn't too long. Clean bathrooms and parking.

Siamo dei ciclisti e ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questa baita che si trova sulla strada che porta al Plan di Montecampione. La baita è a 1400 MT di altitudine e la si raggiunge anche comodamente in macchina. Dispone anche di un grosso parcheggio. La baita è abbastanza grande, ha posti a sedere sia interni che esterni su una bella terrazza. Si mangia bene e i prodotti sono molto freschi e della zona. Si consiglia la prenotazione.

La Baita dello Sciatore in Montecampione is a truly charming little spot. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to lend a hand. We tried the French fries: delicious and perfectly crispy, even if the portions aren't exactly generous. The prices are fair for what you get. If you're in the area and looking for a quaint refuge to stop in for a bite, we highly recommend it!

Enjoyable lunch on the terrace, wearing golf clothes. We left Dovera in 30-degree heat. The menu was varied and the portions generous.

La qualità è indubbia: Malfatti ai funghi 10€ e costata (20€) ottimi e al giusto prezzo però il totale pagato è eccessivo. Colpa dei contorni, del piatto di formaggio (pessimo) e del 0,5 vino della casa a 8 €.

The owners and waiters are very kind and welcoming. The biata is nice, but the food didn't satisfy us! The pizzoccheri were very greasy and had a lot of oil! The steaks were raw! The polenta with goulash was very good, but the polenta was really thin!

Visitato un giorno di intensa attività e tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene. Essendo un esagerato fruitore di ristoranti e simili mi sento di dare un consiglio: a prescindere dalla mole di lavoro, si accompagni sempre il cliente al tavolo lasciando menú e chiedendo subito cosa desidera da bere. Noi, una volta seduti, abbiamo aspettato 15min prima di disturbare lo staff per avere dell'acqua.
