From the ordering stage to delivery, everything was excellent. The products were genuine and very good. During the delivery phase, the delivery man was very keen to satisfy the customer within the expected timeframe; he was truly kind. I would gladly order again.

I ordered online to skip the line, but when I arrived, I wasn't given any credit, even though I'd already paid. I waited 10 minutes, and guess what, when the line at the regular checkout cleared, it was my turn... 😒 My piadina had been there for about 15 minutes... but apparently the queue-skipping didn't help much, considering I ate cold food and was late for work because proper procedures weren't followed. Reevaluate your staff.

Negative from every point of view, the staff doesn't know how to use the cash register. We had two vouchers for two free sweet piadinas, but they weren't able to apply the free one and they burned the codes without giving us the free piadinas... I ask if there's a manager and they say there isn't... what a disgrace!

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We've been to this piadineria twice, and both times, despite closing time being 8:00 PM, they turned us away without a reservation at 7:30 PM, saying they were closing. Furthermore, once I found a really dirty salad inside, with visible dirt residue. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the management and attention to cleanliness leave much to be desired.

Normally, ordering through the app has a priority. In this chain, it's penalizing. Everyone who had ordered on the house passed by. Ridiculous.

20 minutes for a piadina, and there were only two of us; the piadina came with two tiny pieces of salmon, making it look like the species was becoming extinct, and just the right amount of cheese and salad. For €8.50, I could have bought the ingredients, made it myself, and waited less.

Good morning, I'm leaving one star only because zero isn't possible... They've lost four customers who used to eat lunch at the piadina shop almost every day. In recent months, the service has gotten much worse, with piadinas made terribly with ingredients different from those ordered. I'm sorry, but piadinas like the one I'm attaching are a disgrace to the piadinas themselves. It's unacceptable for four people to spend an average of €30-40 eating like this. We'll change locations, but please pay attention to the execution/preparation because the money is worth it, not a waste. Goodbye!!!
