It is a traditional place, if you want a nice breakfast Lunch or dinner, or Just some snack during your trip it is the right place, the food is awesome the desserts and candies as well.

A good place to stop on the way to Bogota. Has a good selection of desserts for peckish travelers or that make good gifts. The strawberries and cream is a particular favourite.

Good food with amaizing local desserts. You should try an "arepa con queso" and if you are in the mood for a sweet I would recommend "arroz con leche", "postre de natas" or "fresas con crema".

This place was excellent. Tables are laid out to enforce social distancing and since it has no walls, the air is flowing constantly. Food and service are very good.

It is a good restaurant where you can find a lot of different food the all day. 24/7 attention. If you are going from Bogotá to Fusagasugá, or in between is a good place to take a rest and recharge your energy.

By far the best stop in this route. The food is delicious, they are agile to give you your food and the prices are fair. They have bathrooms and parking lot. There migth be a long line in rush hours but it will move fast as they have incredible service.

It's a good place. It has a lot of milk desserts. It's not good the division between the meals and the dessert, because we want an "aguadepanela" with cheese and 1 dessert and it was impossible, because 1 lot it's for the dinner and the other for the dessert, but everything it's the best, good price and delicious. This is a great place to get breakfast after leaving the horrible traffic that is Bogota. The food is fresh and delicious. The service is excellent. The restaurant is very clean. They have a big restroom area that is very well maintained.

A road side standard that provides universally Colombian food. Will be crowded but impressible efficient so probably not going to wait forever. Folks working there were really nice and helpful. I will probably never write anything like this for a road side stop ever again. Chevere.

It is a popular spot within travelers to and from Bogotá. Make sure to ask for cuajada and tres leches desert plenty of carpark space and lots of options to eat.

And excellent place to stop, eat something, go to the bathroom and continue you trip. I agree that is somewhat expensive but you'll find something that suits every budget.

Needs to improve Customer Service from some employees. Some are quite rude. Plenty of cashiers empty most of the time while people is waiting to pay purchases.

Good place to stop and try the colombian food. They have specially good breakfast. Try the "changua (a soup with bread, egg, milk and specias), or the "caldo de costilla", that IT is a broth with rib of beef, potatoes and spices. You can try the "chocolate con queso", that IT is a beverage made of chocolate and IT comes with cheese, we use to introduce the cheese in small pieces into the chocolate, and then, drink the beverage and with a spoon take and eat the melted cheese .

This place was famous because of it's hot sugar cane drink now they serve hot food as well! Becareful, this place is not well lit at night and the entrance road is in a bad shape.

I was in the restaurant located beside the highway Bogotá-Fusagasugá. It's a very traditional "paisa" restaurant (from Antioquia) where they offer bandeja paisa, frijolada, soups like "pajarilla, claro, mazamorra" and other typical "paisa" food. The ambient is so close to a big house inside coffee farms: painted in white, red and green, decorated with carrieles, poncho, walking sticks and hats hanged in the walls. You can taste delicious colombian food while you listen lays and other rythms from one of the best regions in Colombia: Antioquia. The man who attended us was so experienced, not very kind.

The prices are very hight for the quality and quantity of the food, the service is not the best, but any way is a clean place to rest and take your meal. The pairing and the restaurant is very wide, makes you feel comfortable anyway.

Great stop when travelling outside Bogotá. Lovely, lovely, lovely fresh made traditional food. Try 'almojabanas' (cheese bread gluten free), anything with dulce de leche has magnificent flavour. I don't give 5 stars only because the queues to order food are disorganised and the seating area lack a bit of character (only plain wood tables). The views are lovely and plenty of free parking. Desserts are incredible particularly if you want something to take for your friends. enjoyit if sugar is not a problem. Try Panelitas, Rice with milk (arroz con leche) and Postre de Natas (Milk Skin Dessert). Be cautious with the main-dish menu some of them are expensive and not worth for value. try Chorizo and Chicken slices

I love to stop over there when I go back and fore from the south region. Nice place, sometimes too crowd but the parking lot and the people in command of it are very well trained so there is no problem with parking. Good dairy food. I will recommend stopping by.

This place is where people traveling via car have some food ( connect Bogotá and neighbor towns with warn weather) and it's popular because the deserts and cheese but the food is delicious as well. I always stop here on my way to Bogota, some of the best deserts and pastries I've had... Try the feijoa yogurt it's the only places I've seen it and it tastes so good with a milhoja (Arequipe biscuit thingy). Feijoa is similar to a guava and tastes a bit like kiwi it's skin is sour and the inside nice and sweet.

If you need an on-the-road restaurant while travelling from Bogota to Melgar or Girardot this is an average place where to eat. Their food quality is average but the employees (mainly local people) make you feel at home and try by their best to serve you quickly and good. Highly recommended: three milks dessert (tres leches)

Place is cool, yet desserts are not the best I've tried. Taste could be better. Three milk cake is dry and tasteless.

Its the only place to stop that can meet someones standards, while on the road the food is not the best nor the service. It a bit pricey not to many options for the whole family. The staff has to much work, which does not allow them to create a experience, it is obvious that the owners only want to increase profit that they are are avoiding little things that will improve their service.

I've been coming here for over 30 years. The quality of food has declined. Although they now have larger facilities on both sides of the road that make it more convenient, the food tastes like it's been warmed up and not freshly made the last 4 times I went. The meat was hard and bland, the arepas were dry, the hot chocolate was served luke warm like it had been sitting in a large pot for hours. The view, though, is pretty spectacular.

For me this place is overvalued, is always so crowd and has expensive prices for desserts and Colombian candies that is just a waist to stop there. You can find this same food in the city and at lower prices. My recommendation is to avoid the long lines and don't stop there. Maybe is best to stop in that part of the way and buy the same candies but to a local store

Feels Like you are livestock being fed. Too Many people and too big a space.. There are other, more quaint places around where the food is not done on an industrial basis.

Food is made on the run... not fresh, cold, and tasted like its been sitting there all day.. they should just stay with the dessert station because on that they are really good..
