What can I say? Good presentation. Not the best ice cream I've ever eaten. On the other hand, I found it a bit annoying that in Italy they charge for whipped cream, so the panna cos for €0.70...

The ice cream sold in this wasn't good at all, the flavours weren't as I expected, they were excessively sweet and they didn't taste natural at all. The Worst thing of all was the ice cream cone, it tasted like salty crackers inside a wet freezer. I'm putting 3 stars because ice cream quality was the only bad thing of this place.

Metterei 0 stelle se potessi, imbarazzanti. Entriamo alle 22:15 circa per prendere 3 gelati, TRE. Abbiamo aspettato 10 minuti eravamo solo noi perché i tre ragazzi continuavano a parlare dei cavoli loro al bancone abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte dicendo "possiamo ordinare?" Dopo aver pure pagato! Se non si ha voglia di lavorare si può stare a casa cari ragazzi ed evitare inoltre ad un cliente che vi sollecita a servirlo di dargli brutte risposte come la ragazza che era in turno questa sera.

The gelateria is strategically located and offers generous portions, but those are the only two positives. The staff seems disinterested in the customers: out of three customers, not a single one smiled or said hello, and courtesy is completely absent. The cold atmosphere ruins the experience. A real shame.

Ordered from Deliveroo and half the product I paid for was missing. There was no number to call and no availability from the delivery driver or the ice cream shop.
